A former Sylvan colony, Concordia is a small nation on the Strachan Sea on the southern continent of West Meridia. Classified as a Federal Republic, it has enjoyed political freedoms for it people that have been unprecedented for the region. However widespread corruption has been reported within the government of the small country. Most of this corruption has been centered around the drug cartels which hold large swaths of influence across the country and even outwardly control some of the towns where major parts of their operations are located. Drugs such as Cocaine and Opiates pour out of the country and into other countries in the region which as attracted international attention to set the influence of the drug cartels. Other nations such as Achesia have begun to bring in resources such as military equipment and monetary assets into Concordia to aid the increasingly outspoken government against these cartels.

sized nation and regional power. Situated on the Strachan and Mozrian Sea, it boarders with Erquin and is dominated by a vast mountain range. The people of Aurde come from all walks of life but incomes and lifestyles have a wide gap with the base of the nation being centered around its poorest and a few nobility making up the richest of the nation. This has led to a rise in tension between the classes in the past few years and divided some regions of the country. Different opposition groups have took up direct opposition to the monarchy but the Royal Military has squashed any major offensive. The Monarchs, the Manderfield Family have ruled very benevolently, but have handled the growing poverty in their nation poorly. They however have maintained their Kingdom as a regional power which has a sizable ground force that is expertly trained and equipped.

The Kingdom itself has been ruled by the House of Manderfield for over eight hundred years, since they inherited the land from the last dynasty. The Kingdom has largely been at peace until massive devastation hit the land and much of the country was left in shambles. It wasn't until the Realm of Achesia intervened giving much needed aide and economic stimulus that the country began to recover. However as the Achesian's came so did their religion and the Archari Sumari began to sweep across the land spreading their teachings to many of its people. This did not sit well with the largely Sylvan Catholic population of Aurde, and once the King himself took the Archari Cult as his own religion, so did the nation begin to conflict with itself.

Economy-

The economy of Aurde is strong but the rich poor divide has dominated the nations landscape for generations. Its major exports are precious minerals that are found within the mountains of Aurde such as lithium, copper, iron, salt, and uranium. These natural resources have brought allot of outside investments, with the majority being Achesian investment firms that have bought up large tracks of land. This has thus increased the coffers of the Royal Family and many nobles while sending much of the nation into poverty. While the GDP PPP sits around the regional average at $38,000, much of that wealth does not see some of the nations inhabitants.

Some economic programs have been set up by the Royal Government with much charity work and work of the Archari Sumari going to the poor and under privileged. But still coupled with religious tensions the poor seem to get more poor and disgruntled. Foreign aide as also been streaming into the nation at the request of the King but to little effect still.

Government-

The central control of the nation is focused on the Royal Family and King himself. The monarch has absolute control over the operations of his nation, and oversees much goings on within the government. The King points ministers in such departments such as: War, Interior, Agriculture, Treasury, State, Health, etc. He also has several other advisory positions that he can appoint on such a whim as he pleases, making his own council as large or as small as he wishes. While there is no elected officials in the government of the Kingdom the people some times appoints amongst themselves someone to visit the King in his court to make requests or plea their case in certain matters.

The Royal Family itself is a dynastic ruling party that passes its power down from generation to generation. The current head of the family is the King Himself, Augustinius the X of Manderfield. His wife Queen Anelie sits by his side, along with their two children Prince Johan (14), and Princess Pricila (18). Prince Johan being the only male heir to the throne will inherit the crown upon the passing of their father.

The Forces Armées Royales de la Couronne de Aurde is a well established force of troops with all levels of training and experience. While Aurde does not boast a force that it deploys internationally beyond Septentrion, it does however pack well enough force to defend its interests at home and within the region. Forces of Aurde are often see beside Achesian forces as they are the closest ally to the small Kingdom. The military itself is a hybrid volunteer/conscript force, made up of mandatory service soldiers who are serving their 38 month time in the military, and volunteers who wished to stay longer. Training is top notch for both parties but most money goes towards soldiers who are staying beyond their 36 month period.

Primary means of force projection for the Royal Military is that of its Army and Land forces. These forces get the most budget out of the three branches of the military and is by far the largest of the branches. The order of battle is centered around the combat brigade which is the primary maneuver until and is supported by all other assets. Technology and arms are mostly imported from other nations (largely Achesia) and are of moderately advanced technology, with areas like aerospace getting some of the latest tech.

Leadership structure within the military hierarchy is made up of officers who the majority of which come from rich families or top soldiers within the ranks. The leader of the Armed Forces is the Grand General or Admiral, depending on who has been appointed by the King himself. The Grand General or Admiral has completely control over the military and answers only to the King. This has streamlined the command structure which in the past twenty years has been viewed to be too bureaucratic.

Description-

The City of Auyedelle is a sprawling metropolis filled with glass towers and concrete structures. Home of a bustling market of commerce that sees goods and exchanges from across the region, Auyedelle has become a jewel of Septentrion where many free enterprises choose to conduct their business. Formed as part of Achesian colonialism, Auyedelle is the last holdout of Achesian influence within the region, often called "the gateway to Achesia".

The people of Auydelle hold similar values as the Achesian peoples, but being a regional hub of commerce has become a blended melting pot of cultures and peoples. Achesians are the largest people group within the city but only consist of 20% of its population. Auyedelle functions on a foreign relations level as its own state, forging alliances and trade agreements on its own accord. Any link back to Achesia is purely speculative, all except the Achesian pledge of protection over the city.

The government of Auyedelle is a republic by nature with two bodies, being the President who is elected for four year terms, and the diet which consists of two-hundred members elected for four year terms. Each serves its own roles within the small city state, the President acting as head of Government and State and Commander and Chief. While the Diet of Auyedelle serves as chief lawmakers and judges of the high courts.

Auyedelle bolsters a small well equipped defense force which packs a punch of its own nature. Despite Achesia having great economic influence over the city, most arms that are used by the Auyedelle Self Defense Force are not Achesian in origin but from a variety of foreign manufacturers. It is well trained and funded, and does not often leave its own soil expect for the occasional training exercise.

Politics-

Auyedelle in its short history as its own city state has been blessed with very peaceful transitions of power, unlike other former Achesian colonies. It has been widely speculated that this is due to the Acheisan governments influence within the city as it has viewed its protectorate as the last holdout within the heartland of the region. Auyedelle since its formation has been the stage from which the Achesian government sets itself in Septentrion, it is home to a sprawling embassy for Achesia, and over hundred and twenty Achesian government buildings and office spaces. This is not including the large Achesian military terminal at the port of Auyedelle where many Royal Marine ships have been found to stage and resupply before operations within the region.

The current President, Alex Gustav is himself an ethnic Achesian. He is the third such leader of his nation and maintains very good relations with the leaders of Achesia. President Alex is part of the Conservative Party of Auyedelle which touts its record as being very pro Achesian, Corporate Interest, and Free Market. Since his ascent to the cities highest office this past year he has reigned over a time where the political parties within the city have a relatively harmonious nature. Most within the Diet wish to maintain relations with the motherland, while only a few fringe groups wish to cut ties completely. This suspicious harmony within the government of a very new nation has been called "Achesian Puppeteering" as most outside the city see it as just another Acheisan stronghold. The record shows however that Auyedelle has been very neutral in many of the latest Achesian decisions overseas in Sepentrion.

Defense-

Being a small nation far away from its rather large protector, the current government as well as the past governments have held tough line on defense. Funding is given liberally to the tiny Defense Force and the latest equipment and training as been provided to form a professional and dangerous defense force. Actions abroad however have been limited to small contingents of medical personnel or peacekeepers for multi-national efforts. Training amongst the ASDF is often conducted alongside Achesian Armed Forces, but is purely for defense measures and training. Achesian forces also use ASDF bases for forward deployments into Septentrion.

Achesian Armored Personal Carrier

The MADS.90 "Aulwana" is a Monarch Arms clone of the famous and effective 8x8 wheeled armored personnel carrier, the BTR 90. Notably the difference between this clone and the original version is the lack of a chain gun turret, however the options for added automated HMGs, Grenade Launchers, or Pintle weapons makes this ACP a heavily armed machine. The hull is made of welded steel armour plate. A turbo charged, liquid cooled, multi-fuel diesel engine is used, which can develop 510 bhp. The vehicle has eight-wheel drive and has an automatic reversible hydro mechanical transmission, which is capable of providing different speeds to each side of the vehicle. Duplicated electrical and compressed air engine start systems are also used.

Achesian Amphibious Armored Personal Carrier

To serve the needs of Achesias landing forces a new amphibious vehicle was needed to replace the much older APCs that were still in service. Thus entered the MADS.801 "Iavius" APC. An advanced composite hull vehicle that would serve the Royal Army in a variety of theaters and situations. Carrying 10 soldiers the Iavius would be a more traditional approach to APCs then its fully automated cousin but would still be advanced and formidable on the battlefield. Being able to reach speeds of 15 knots in the water it was deadly fast for beach landings being able to take the enemy by surprise while delivering its cargo safe.

Developed after the launch of the Shrauon-A self propelled howitzer, the Auhtas Towed Howitzer relies of some of the same advanced targeting technology as its wheeled counterpart. The Auhtas has been developed to be towed by almost all vehicles within the Achesian inventory, carried by almost any helicopter, and support ground forces with some of the latests laser, satellite, or dummy munitions. The Auhtas on board systems are able to track multiple targets on the battlefield as well as self load many different types of rounds, reducing the crew size of these larger pieces down to only a pair of crewmen. Raining steel on your foes has never been as capable or cost effective until now.

Monarch Aerial Systems .72 "St'auod" Light Utility Helicopter

Achesian Transport Helicopter

The MAS.72 St'auod is the latest in a successful line of cloned military technology by Monarch Arms. The St'auod has been developed and based on the UH-72A Lakota helicopter and has been developed to serve as the designated role of medical transport, evacuating the seriously injured from the battlefield often times under fire. It is a twin-engine helicopter with a single, four-bladed main rotor. Other than utility transport, the Lakota can be configured for medical evacuation, VIP transport, security and support, and opposing forces training. It is described as the best military aircraft in the inventory for domestic operations, used by the Militia for homeland support, disaster relief, and homeland defense and by non-deployed active units for MEDEVAC and training. A unique aspect of the Achesian clone is the Electronic Warfare variant of the helicopter. This gives Achesia's ground forces the ability to fight guided weaponry in a active and forward way. The Monarch Aerial Systems .84 " Traurj'on" is a large military transport aircraft. It was developed for the Royal Army Air Corps in 2014. The MAS.84 commonly performs strategic airlift missions, transporting troops and cargo throughout the world; additional roles include tactical airlift, medical evacuation and airdrop duties. Designed to be able to carry one MADS.8 "Aul'mec" MBT and be able to quickly deploy it on far off battlefields.

The MAS.84 is designed to operate from runways as short as 3,500 ft (1,064 m) and as narrow as 80 ft (27 m). In addition, the MAS.84 can operate from unpaved, unimproved runways (although with greater chance of damage to the aircraft). The thrust reversers can be used to back the aircraft and reverse direction on narrow taxiways using a three- (or more) point turn. The Mustafal is a mobile, ground-based, electronic warfare (EW) system. This system is produced by Monarch Arms on different wheeled platforms. The Mustafal's primary targets are airborne radio-electronics (such as UAVs) and airborne systems guided by radar. The Krasukha has multiple applications in the Achesian Armed Forces. It is a broadband multifunctional jamming station is mounted on a MAE-650810-322 four-axle-chassis. The Mustafal counters AWACS and other air borne radar systems. The Mustafal has the range for effectively disrupting low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites and can cause permanent damage to targeted radio-electronic devices.
