As the former Vice-Marshal, former Adrastos resident, and co-OP, I felt this organization was still needed on NS. I strongly believe Celis would have wanted this organization to stay alive and be in good health - especially since he comes around time to time to say so. I am refounding the Imperion Coalition for that purpose, to keep the idea alive, and to continue its epic story. Although Imperion must change with the time, growth is necessary to truly experience life.

The Imperion Coalition is a political, military, and economic coalition of imperial entities and royal monarchies with its sole purpose as an organization being the mutual security and prosperity of its member nations. Our first mission as a coalition is mutual security. Imperion promises members mutual safety and military strength no matter the reason or time-frame. Be it defensive or offensive, the Coalition promises to assist a member militarily in need. Second, the Coalition works for the member nations, not the other way around. If all members pitch in together equally at minimum, both the members and the Coalition itself will prosper. By creating mutual profit sharing programs and diplomatic corridors, members will achieve more together than ever apart. Third and lastly, the Imperion Coalition's foreign policy goal is the revitalization and protection of fellow traditional monarchies/empires around the world. Imperion envisions itself as the bulwark against the enemies of monarchy and imperialism, namely communism, democracy, and anarchism. Furthermore, the Imperion Coalition adheres to no international law other than the Decrees it passes and observes its member nation's laws when appropriate; international bodies such as the World Assembly are routinely rebuked and their authority rejected outright by this Coalition.

We of the Imperion Coalition are a coalition of conservative traditionalist nations on the right to far-right political spectrum. Member governments are exclusively monarchist based with only the most strictest of definitions used when describing our traditional values. Kingdoms and empires make up our traditional member base, however, lower rank noble realms (such as Duchies) and religious entities (such as Caliphates) are welcome in our organization too. What are our values you ask? Monarchy as a system relies on a powerful central figure along with other central authorities to act as pillars for both government and society. It is vital for monarchies to have this central authority, or else they will fall to ruin from inside-out. This means having an absolute monarch whom heads the state and controls the government; a monarch should always have complete authority over their armed forces and security forces, law making/denying powers, and oversight ability over their nation's policy making apparatus.
Monarchies and empires need to stick together and cooperate to survive this harsh and evolving world. It is necessary that we unite as a single organization so that our collective forces may stand a chance against the democratic elite and red barbarous hordes. Economically, we strive to better all member states by offering cooperation, growth, and support; a strong economy allows for a stronger country, a much happier people, and a better off land. The Imperion wants its members to economically support one-another because economic cooperation is important in today's world markets - whether your economy is driven by planned routes or free market competition. Politically, we strive to empower each member nation's government so that they can safely rule without fear, ensuring these legitimate governing forces remain intact in the land they reside. While Imperion's representatives meet in its illustrious halls in Reichsstadt, TECT, to conduct business and craft policies, Marshals stand at the top, ready to make important Coalition decisions. If a member wishes to be excluded or be made an exception, they wont go unheard. Militarily, Imperion will uphold its traditional mission goal by providing assistance to its members in times of conflict, both defensive and offensive. Safety and security for our members is our highest priority. This is why Imperion will always side with its members, it will always mediate internal conflicts, and Imperion will always be a unified voice in the end. Imperion was after all originally founded on cooperating militarily to defend its member states, its peoples, and its borders from the ravenous communists/socialists, and the untrustworthy democracies/republics whom fought to wipe us out. We will protect our members from attack and we shall assist them if they wish to expand culturally, influentially, economically, or territoriality. There is no such thing as mercy here. If you wish to wage war with a member, you have chosen early graves to those poor souls you've put in our way.
Turmoil, found both at home and abroad, are precursors to the collapsing of an empire. In the darkness, enemies always scurry - hidden - waiting for the right opportunity to strike boldly. Existence is fragile when you don't take precautions in life, and the same can be said for any empire or kingdom. Empires and kingdoms, since their inception, have always been the subject of hate and discrimination internationally - their political practices judged and their culture misrepresented to the world. Anarchists and Communists, among others on the political left, present themselves to be the largest threats to monarchy today. There can be no such thing as a monarchy and "People's Revolution" coexisting in this world of ours. Democracies and republics, although not always evil or wrong, are monarchy's oldest adversaries; although not always an adversary now, we must not forget republics are born from the blood of monarchs. Now they co-opt our very identities! Perverting what is or isn't monarchy by playing and mixing titles until they feel superior! Look no further than at home for threats too. Domestically, enemies can emerge as revolutionaries or anarchist in nature, a threat to any nation, but to an empire or kingdom is the most threatened because these groups desire the head, not the revolution itself. Threats are not always military and geopolitical either. Economic and political threats are always abound, originating from inside and out. The economic security of an empire is always threatened by those who wish to halt its growth, with cyber and economic demands being the worst of threats to this sphere. Politically, many nations do not wish to engage empires and kingdoms while others spit in their direction, labeling them as simply "outdated" or "evil." Some, such as communists, deem royalty as oppressive swine who need to be brought to the guillotine. Democracies often believe royalty to be oppressive as well, labeling them untrustworthy and inherently unjust to govern while also co-opting our very culture. Least we forget, republics and democracies invented the guillotine for the purpose of humiliating monarchies. They aren't always enemies, but a democracy willing to fight for its perceived freedom may be dedicated to spreading that freedom to other nations - by peaceful methods or by hypocritical military force. Leadership & Membership
The Imperion Coalition was founded by New Celis and the Bladian Imperium originally along with allies found all over the world. Imperion came about after the desolation of the Sovereign Empires Coalition in 2012, thus making Imperion SEC's true successor. After a good run, the Coalition went dormant and was rebooted once more by New Celis and previous member TECT (Common Territories). After once again becoming dormant, with New Celis' blessing, TECT rebooted the Coalition once more in 2015.
In Imperion, there is a strict hierarchy that separates basic members from leaders. Imperion's supreme leader goes by the title of Imperial Marshal, a term that describes the position of supremacy over all other Marshals and commanding staff within the Coalition. Imperial Marshals inherit their position from their predecessor once they retire, hence why Imperion has had only two Imperial Marshals in its entire history. Marshals are Imperion's Coalition Officers. They are responsible for their chosen fields and are appointed by the Imperial Marshal based on their preferences.

Observer members are nations who dispatch a representative to represent their nation in the Imperion's illustrious Representative Chamber. They do not posses any of the privileges a normal member would have, speak only when addressed or when their nation comes to surface, and are meant to report back news to their country. Ambassadors from other organizations or nations can be listed as observers, they will have a title that fits their duty as well. To become an Observer, please officially request the position via an official communique and it shall be reviewed. Client states are, as name mentions, client nations under the authority of either the Imperion or the Imperial Marshal; the situation surrounding said member-state could mean the Coalition is needed to take full control, or the nation is a colony of the Imperion itself, or perhaps the newly conquered land is taken and then distributed fairly to members. Regardless of its origins, Clients are usually nations or territories under the authority of the Imperion or its Marshals; either under request or if a Marshal sees it's needed can initiate the process for approval from the Imperial Marshal. Clients could also be allies of Coalition, states under protection, or directly ruled lands belonging to the Coalition or lands controlled by another member. The complicated nature of Clients could be explained that they are either subservients, or, are partners of some kind.
- Must be an empire or monarch based system of governance - otherwise based on such system, such as constitutional governments and limited democracies.
- Cannot be anarchistic, communist, or socialist in nature; communist and socialist authorities do not symbolize the royal rule we are looking for - they often target monarch or imperial governments. Democracies with royal figures are allowed based on their culture and holding of royalty in their government/cultural systems. Democracies are judged differently depending on their political stances.
- Democracies, in which elected members hold full control of the government system without a royal ruler, are not permitted. This is a monarch and imperial based coalition. However, such monarchy remain an important part of culture or hold some important position in governance will have a chance to join if Imperial Marshal approves nation application.
- Nations cannot belong to any other major political or military alliances, or alliances that disallow Imperion policies, laws, and stances. There will be exceptions to this rule based on Imperial Marshal's decision. The primary issue is loyalty. If you cannot put the Imperion above another alliance, then the Imperion is not for you. Economic organizations do not count in this mix as long as they focus solely on economic based interests.
- Loyalty to the Imperion first is key. Your loyalty is first to your monarch, your people, and then the Imperion. If you hold loyalties to other groups such as mentioned above, you may not be welcomed in the Imperion. We do not wish for nations who are conflicted in their memberships; we strive for a Coalition of willing members over an alliance with many names but little strive.
- Understanding that laws and other policy is made by decree here. This will be explained later, but decrees will be made instead of voting or other form of policy making. These decrees will be understandable and not abusive, that is not an issue, but in return, we request members adhere to them. You may get special exemption if there is special circumstance.
