Why not just go with 3 1/2" for added flexibility between 12ga shells?

So that's why I attached them to my Heavy Regiment thingy's miniguns so you have a spinning wall of fire with detachable tanks. To avert the horrible death a flamethrower causes I have only told my Heavies to burn unoccupied vehicles, houses, and anything helpful to the enemy which is not the enemy.

It's kinda heavy by today standards, plus it lacks an intermediate cartridge. I assume those things would be rectified.

Like a day late but w/e

Image

The "heavy" motorized infantry squad (Jeverst Panjarymotøvélkanynfanterysten Grúppen) is one of two conventional infantry squad compositions of the Estovnian Army. Used primarily with the arbitrary designated "Guards" formations, the standout feature is its eight men strength, broken down into a section of three and section of four with the squad leader floating between the two. Despite the name, the "heavy" squad is arguably lightly armed and missing what many Western Pardesi nations consider crucial to an infantry squad/section: a general purpose machine gun and some sort of long-range marksman. To rectify this, every member of the squad is trained to use the 6.5x55mm MG 34 mounted on the BMP-3 and typically the platoon command section has four-to-five 6.5x5mm PSL marksman rifles available for use. Additionally, the "heavy" rifle squad has a RPG-7 team and four M72 LAW disposable launchers, with an additional two kept in the BMP-3.

In total, the heavy rifle squad consists of:
-2 rifleman armed with AK-74M rifles,
-2 fireteam leaders (typically an Øverfúry and a Furer), with the squad leader armed with a AK-74M and GP-30 UBGL and the squad second in command armed with an AK-74M ,
-A light machinegun team armed with a RPKS-74 and an AK-74M,
-RPG'er team with one RPG-7 (along with 7 rockets) armed with an AK-74M (assistant) and AK-105 (grenadier)

Image

The "regular" motorized infantry squad (Panjarymotøvélkanynfanterysten Grúppen) is the second conventional infantry squad composition used within the Estovnian Army. It is highlighted by a 7-man asymmetric composition of rigidly defined fire and maneuver sections. The squad is broken down into a 3-man maneuver section, lead by the squad second-in-command, and a 4-man fire section lead by the squad leader. The maneuver section is supplemented with two M72 LAW disposable launchers and one GP-30 under-barrel grenade launcher. Lacking any concrete anti-armor weaponry in the squad itself, two MBT-LAWs are kept in the squad's BMP-3 and would typically be carried by the two rifleman who would normally carry the M72 LAW launchers.

In total, the regular rifle squad consists of:
-2 rifleman armed with AK-74M rifles,
-1 grenadier armed with an AK-74M rifle equipped with a GP-30 under-barrel grenade launcher,
-1 automatic rifleman armed with a 6.5x55mm MG 34 light machine gun,
-1 designated marksman equipped with a 6.5x55mm PSL rifle,
-2 fireteam leaders armed with AK-74M rifles
