Castle Consortium was established on the 16th August 2011 under a direct administrative order of the Atok Government. It comes directly under the purview of the President.

Incorporated in 2011, Castle Consortium is an investment company based in Atok. Supported by 11 affiliates and offices in Old Bentonmoutians, Castle Consortium owns a S$68 billion portfolio as at 31 March 2012, mainly in Atok. Our primary function is to promote the Atok as the ideal investment destination in the region. We are a special purpose vehicle (SPV) responsible for achieving Atok’s aspiration to become a regional hub for high-technology, knowledge-based and capital intensive industries.

The farm is irrigated by the unpolluted river water from the 1,010m Fineburry mountain.

Castle Consortium today announced that it has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Nimbus Concept, Hundredstar's largest Airport Ground Handling services which base at Bledllyn International Airport. The acquisition price is approximately $227 million NSD.

The acquisition is consistent with Castle Consortium's stated strategy of extending its multiple portfolio into higher margin categories with low customer concentration.
