Kylaris is a construct of friends and individuals all stemming from a Historical RP Group you may find on NationStates. Since then it has grown, incorporating members from out of this Group and the Community continues to expand, albeit slowly. Kylaris is a carefully constructed world - resembling Earth - , with an ever-expanding lore, a well kept and I must say interesting map, set in the Modern Era. The map is carefully scaled to Earth, and populations are calculated using a population density formula that compares Earth nations to your own. In an OOC perspective Kylaris features a rather new model of governance, that of Democracy, following popular clamour for reform amongst her many denizens.

Kylaris utilises 'IIwiki' to hold large amounts of information that is aesthetically appeasing and easily accessible and also encourages a personal flare of creativity for the individual behind their own nation's IIwiki page. Within these halls of history one will find knowledge on things such as the Solarian Empire, a parallel to Rome, and the Great War - Kylaris' Darkest Hour as the nationalistic peoples of the world marched to the banner of Fascism. One is set on a strange deadlock of a planet when forming a nation in Kylaris; a three-way international ideological battle between Democracy, Authoritarianism and Communism - with neutral nations few and far between.

The map overhaul will probably be a creation of a better Asia/Africa Continent, and the shifting of Kaxakh further north.

The map overhaul will probably be a creation of a better Asia/Africa Continent, and the shifting of Kaxakh further north.

We only need one swissland. Besides, you're basically an Axis power bar the fact that you sit on an island and refuse to do anything of any interest throughout most of your history.

It would be interesting, ambassadors from every non-Euclean nation would be in attendance along with all Euclean heads of state (bar Sveltlana), and all royal households, sitting and deposed. There would be plenty of things to do with all that given.

You forgot Kax on that of people who wouldn't be there. Partially as we don't acknowledge your existence because ew monarchy, partially because there would be pretenders to the Imperial Throne there who we refuse to acknowledge the existence of.

Nope, that was the list of people we refused to invite and the only nation on it was Sveltlana. Their ambassador would be invited, but their Head of State and anyone else of importance would have been snubbed as a result of our spazz fest over their (rigged) referendum.
