The Imperial Federation of Retiva is a federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy with a population comprising over 468 million people, encompassing the entire Novotgoratski Peninsula and spanning over 6,245,900 square kilometers in total area across five different time zones. For over 400 years, Retiva was ruled by the Petrovnaya royal family, with its transformation from Tsarist Retiva into the Imperial Federation in 1994. Though being a nation possessing a developed economy and a strong military and technological might, the Imperial Federation continues to seek to expand its ties with the international community, and to help build a peaceful world for all to relish.
Obligations
1. Concerning the quantity of staff allowed,
We would like to kindly ask you to limit the number of diplomatic staff at 20, the security staff at 15, and the service staff at 25. Consulates are limited to 15 diplomatic staff, 10 security staff, and 15 service staff.
2. Concerning the types of weapons allowed,
Security personnel are not allowed to carry sharp weapons or objects, as well as any kind of explosive weaponry, excluding flashbangs. This also includes shotguns, assault rifles, machine guns. Pistols and submachine guns are the only types of firearms allowed to be carried by security personnel. Security personnel are only allowed to carry batons for CQC.

Animals or pets are not allowed to be brought over unless allowed by the customs department, where the nation may inquire into bringing a animal over into the Imperial Federation of Retiva. Weapons are allowed to be brought into Retiva under strict supervision; this includes drugs and pharmaceutical products.

Embassy Districts
Pogarnova is the capital city, the political and financial centre of the Imperial Federation of Retiva, with the population of over 26 million citizens. It is arguably the most heavily urbanised region in Retiva, as well as the wealthiest metropolitan area in the entire nation. Skyscrapers are not an uncommon sight, and the standard of living is extremely high. It is the seat of power of the Retivan Imperial Family, with the Imperial Grand Palace sprawling right in the center of the city. Due to a highly-developed and diversified public transportation system, the city has relatively low levels of pollution. The city's systems are managed by a 'superintendent' artificial intelligence system, which helps monitor the city and keep things moving smoothly; human supervisors are kept posted on a 12-hour shift.
Alvchevitz is a heavily industrialised city with a high level of pollution and worker productivity. The population count is around 18.3 million citizens. Being famous for being a important region for production for many key companies and corporations, the aerospace and automotive industries dominates the economy which has the highest manufacturing output in the nation. Although many enjoy the lavish lifestyle of Alvchevitz, health is a serious problem due to a chronic pollution problem, as many factories surround the city, accompanied by a large portion of the population utilising cars and other fossil fuel-powered vehicles.
A peaceful coastal city, Letureg is an important educational and maritime trade hub in Retiva. It is connected to the mainland by a long deep sea underwater maglev tunnel. With a population of 10.4 million, Letureg is home to numerous universities that are extremely competitive globally, one of which is the University of Letureg, which spearheads the tertiary educational sector in the Imperial Federation. Arguably the most developed region in the entire Imperial Federation in terms of infrastructure and technological developments, with efficient management and important geographic position with regards to trade and resources, Letureg is the most important city in the entire Imperial Federation, second only to Pogarnova.
Putnow is a hotbed for the newest technology and innovations in the nation, with massive influx of capital investments into research and development of cutting edge technology, making it a hub for the most advanced technological hardware in Retiva. The level of innovation is extremely high amongst the well-educated and scientific population, and products are constantly being exported to foreign countries and circulated domestically. Although worker productivity levels are incomparable to Alvchevitz, this is largely compensated with advanced machinery that are supported by artificial intelligence systems and quantum computers. Home to a population of 21 million, the citizens of Putnow enjoy an opulent lifestyle and are always up to date with the latest technology.
Kravingrad is home to Retiva's most famous military engineers, and the birthplace of Retivan space technology. This is where Retiva launched its first spacecraft, space station, space shuttles, satellites and the base of operations for its lunar base expedition. The Imperial Retivan Armed Forces conducts field tests for its latest military technologies and hardware in Kravingrad due to its diverse terrain and vast landscapes, not to mention it is also host to one of the largest military bases in the Imperial Federation. Kravingrad features several cosmodromes where manned and unmanned rockets are launched every year; supplies to Retiva's lunar research base are supplied by Kravingrad's Krasimir Cosmodrome, the largest in the Imperial Federation.
Chervek is the cultural capital of the Imperial Federation, as well as being its oldest city in Retiva and the former capital city. Even Pogarnova herself cannot compare to Chervek, housing massive museums home to countless historical artifacts from time immemorial, dating to the vaguely remembered settlement of the continent by the Old Rerivek people. The city also contains the highest concentration of Tsarist architecture in the Imperial Federation, and many still stand to this day, used by both the public and the government itself. As more of these Tsarist-era buildings are beginning to be replaced by more modern skyscrapers, condominium and shopping malls as the city continues to modernise, in an effort to preserve its cultural presence, the local government has pledged to modernise and 'upgrade' all Tsarist-era complexes, restricting the more modern landscapes for finance, politics and business.
