Yeah ;_; It helps that my waist is proportional to my height, but I'm trying to change that, which is going to make my wardrobe clown-sized and mean that I have to replace it with online shopping. :P

I'm planning on dropping 10-20kg (over a couple years). I'm somewhat under obese, but most of my fat is waist fat, which is the bad stuff, and it's a bit of a worrying health issue because I have poor respiratory health.

Main priority right now is improving diet, and improving my exercise, both of which sort of screwed themselves when I started losing sleep this semester.
