It should pre-load for you and be ready for when the clock strikes 12.

I didnt preorder it, so it wont preload for me. I dont mind if it takes a few hours, ill be sleeping anyway.
Only issue is we got new closets and bed side tables which need to be assembled, so ill doubt ill get much playtime into it tomorrow anyway.

I did preorder, and did preload. I may or may not have used a VPN to trick Steam into thinking I was in Australia, thus allowing me to maybe already be four hours in. It may well be glorious.
