well i wouldn't think green would set the "scare factor," it would kinda give an impression to the enemies that we are "tree lovers"

I think it would depend on the shade of green, I pictured a more neon green, like a radioactive green...

which made more of a "mutant" impression in my mind...

Not true, I think a couple guys were killed from an IED in the 2nd Gulf War and some guys were killed when their tank got hit by another Abrams in the 1st GW.

Export models, hell no they'd fail.

Soviet models, maybe. T80U would hold better.

Quite. Soviet T72 models are good, but the T80U is a pretty beastly tank, better match up really. Up until about 1992, the Kontact-5 armour made the T80U and T72B almost invulnerable to the M829A1 APFSDS.

At least that's what I read from some testing they did back in the late 1990's using the Russian models.

Well since that tank you just posted would cost millions to build and couldnt shoot a tank unless it was miles way (because of the angle) and would take quite along time to reload and would cost tons to maintain and would guzzle up fuel like crazy and.. well i could go on?
