ORBAT:
Order of Battle, sometimes called OOB. Essentially the stuff you're bringing to the fight. Some people like to specify exactly what that is.

eventually she gets kidnapped or taken by vanq or donner or their belligerents and nation reacts
that or
my neutral hospital ship hits a mine or gets sunk same as above my nation reacts by entering the war

Or follow the guidance of another nation telling you to join cause the other side is bad or have one belligerent TG their ally to attack you but you intercept and declare war on them....

I like the journalist idea.

News crews are all allowed, just make sure they have some sort of official neutral protection papers or crap from main belligerents to protect them

Or if u want them to be kidnapped then just send them into Vanquarian territory without any official documentation that protects them lol
