The air of revolution rings loudly through the land of San Cortez. The Gran Union formed from the will of the people to detest and rebel against the conditions of the Cortez monarchy run swiftly through every street corner and roadway. They gather their signs and flyers as calls for change ring loudly. The queen, Maria II paces through her throne room wandering,"How could it have gone so bad?"

The protest grow louder and more violent as the protesters rally for their demands to be met. Still the monarchy refuses to listen the Imperial Guard being used as the shield of the Her Majesty to block away the peasant masses.

East Emeraldland sends 100 Fighter Planes, 15,000 Troops, and 150 steampowered Land Ironclads [all approx.] to San Cortez borders, siding with the Gran Union. This decision is because EE wants to spread the thought of democratic governments in the region, and this was a good opportunity. EE also wants to help the rebels succeed in the "civil war" and turn the nation into a Democracy.

We as a nation who came into the existence not through Peaceful means but by means of Violence we encourage the Grand Union to fight for a new San Cortez, but we state that we support a Peaceful approach into the matter as a devastating Civil war would be the last thing we would want to occur in San Cortez. Tonight we want to take a break from the normal news within the nation and the Trident. A young man by the name of James from the suburbs around Taristel has been trying to raise support for his dream to become a cross country snowboarder. However, doctors have told him that no amount of money can bring his legs back and snowboarding is impossible with prosthetic legs. We got an exclusive interview with the young man’s father Eric Carfreight,

“I don’t care what the doctors say, nothing is going to stop James from fulfilling his dreams! Their PHD doesn’t mean they know more than me! That is why I am investing my entire savings and taking a second mortgage out on my home to start a program that will build my son a set of prosthetic legs which he can snowboard with.”

We also spoke with the doctor treating this young man,

“Honestly, this is just a bad situation. I wish there was something that we could do for the kid.”

Mr. Carfreight remains optimistic and wait… have break news! James Carfrieght fell down a flight of stairs since he insisted on going down them on his own. It looks like the doctors have taken him back. A few witnesses say it appeared as though he broke both of his arms and possibly his back. It will be a while before he is able to move at all on his own.

Although the future does not seem hopeful, we here at Castianita News 77 wish him the best.

News of the uprisings reaches Eburon. Soon the people start discussing the matter on their forums. Some blame the "destructive" economical system of the mainland for the inequality, some the deep religious attitude of the nation for creating mindless dolls of the faith, others say that it's just the violent nature of the mainland. One thing is clear however: nobody wants this to escalate into violence.
Doge Ambiorix is requested to communicate with the surrounding nations and his Imperial Majesty. He is to call for a regional conference on the matter so they can discuss how they can maintain peace within the nation. Both the Cortez monarchy and the Gran Union are to be represented.

Hello, we have something to say, the Gran Union has denied your request for us to come, so we will not attend the meeting. If we do decide to come, things won't go so peaceful, so Eburon may stay out of this war.

In light of what the EIA has done and said, the President has taken action to find who hacked the news broadcast, and are narrowing down on a few people. At the front, more and more are dying on both sides, and for now, rebels and the armies of EE have lost over 5,000 troops by traitors, getting caught in cross-fire, or committing suicide from insanity, for now, the EE's Military is trying to retreat back to EE, while the Gran Union fights. A new army has came to the front, which is another reason for leaving.

The Country of West Kirkon would like to pronounce itself that any action against it's nation by an outside threat will be answered with Military Force, due to the recent course of events the country would like to pronounce that the EE has 10 minutes to release the prisoner or to release information regarding the Convoy's Ambush. Also I have called for a total movilization against any possible threats.

Hello, sorry about that, the culprits in the EIA were doing this, he has been released, but we had to force some people to release him, they in the end agreed because you stayed out of the war, and the grenades and guns in our hands persuaded him, we are sorry for the inconvenience, he has been escorted to your borders.
