How does one become regional delegate

Get the most endorsements from WA Members in your region. Whoever wins will be declared the next Delegate after the game updates (usually around noon and midnight, NY time)

As a point of clarification, you need more endorsements than the current Delegate. That is, if you have 14 endorsements and the Delegate has 14 endorsements, you will not ascend to the Delegacy.

I have my own region also a friend of mine wanted to become a W.A. delegate in order to conduct a raid on some enemies of ours.

I don't know of better raiders then DEN at this point, they could help. TBH is good too.

Joining DEN is most certainly not the only way to raid a region, and not the only (or even the most powerful) Raider region. :roll:

Step 1: Use disguised nations and infiltrate the region slowly and silently. It helps to have a nation in the region for awhile first to gain regional influence ahead of time.
Step 2: Endorse the leader or get someone to endorse you. You'll need more endorsements than the current delegate if there is one.
Step 3: You'll get elected at the next regional update so long as Defenders don't intervene (stealth is key if you don't want to be spotted).

There are other types of raiding of course, in which you may want to join an Invader region to learn - DEN or otherwise.
