Next Generation Air Superiority Fighter

The MAS.89 Erydon is a single seat twin engine stealth air superiority fighter built for the Achesian Royal Army Air Corps to fill the contract for an advanced fighter that can take on the words aerial threats. While it is deadly in the skies it also has the ability to pack a punch in the way of ground attack and electronic warfare. Built with many interchangeable parts allows the MAS.89 to conduct a variety of aerial missions to include: CAP, Air Superiority, Naval Interdiction, ASW, Electronic Warfare, Strike, Long Range Bomber, and Reconnaissance. Due to the increase rate of obsolescence the Royal Armed Forces required of this contract the fighter to be highly adaptable and customizable for the variety of missions it may have to carry out. Many commanders in many different armies are hesitant to allow drones to take on a larger role within combat operations. It is viewed as a reckless move by traditionalists, but not by the Achesian Military. The Royal Army has been working closely with Monarch Arms to develop drone technology for ground use, and the first product of that development is the F'askana Infantry Support drone. The F'askana is built to provide both ground attack, and anti-aircraft assets to infantry units on the battlefield, giving them closer capability to defend themselves rather than relying on outside assets. The F'askana is full autonomous and can either be operated by remote or by command of the ground commander.
