Zellan paced back and forth until a shadowy man stepped out of the shadow. "Prince Zellan?" he asked as he stepped forward.

Zellan nodded and questionably asked, "You're Code Twelve? I thought-"

The man shook his head and replied, "No sir, Code Twelve is not an initiative, it's me."

Zellan's eyes widened and he looked down, "Now what?"

The man chuckled familiarly, "Sir, we get you the hell out of here and into Garrisson. Now."

Zellan's eyes finally adjusted to the darkness and he realized the man was wearing a mask. He asked, "Why don't you take off the mask?"

The man visibly frowned, "You cannot know who I am sir, your father's orders."

Zellan calmed down as a door opened seemingly out of thin air, "So that's our way out?"

The man simply said, "Yes sir, that it is," as they both exited the building under the cover of an explosion.

Tropicana, neutral territory of Tropicania

A reporter is seen as the TV screen lights up after the commercial break.

"And we're back. It has been a day today, as Emperor Zellath the ninth, born 46 years ago last week, has been assassinated. He was one of the better emperor's we've seen in the last century. Zellath was the second son of Emperor Zeln the fourth, and only became emperor after his elder brother had been assassinated by men under the Dolmant Zellontus's orders. He reigned for the last 20 years since he rebellion with all plots against his reign stopped, while increasing acess to trade to outsiders in from the CSAWR region and the Hampshire regions. He also established the Congress, which along with him being dead, has been absolutely destroyed with few members surviving. His poll numbers from last week gave him a 70 % popularity despite the recent rebellions by his two of his sons and many client lords. His reforms and his policies will be sorely missed. The lord of the Arche region, Dolman Zelkoon the loon has been slain by rebels under the control o Prince Zelsarion who also currently controls the capital. The lord of the Zangids has also been slain, though by anarchists indtead of any organized rebels. The ruling lords of the Frosted Moors as well as the Lord of the Jianese peoples have been slain and both territories have been occupied by Nuekinian or Neukinian allied rebels. The coruling lords of Mino have disagreed with each other on which path to take with one going for the rebel Prince Zellendis and the other siding with the missing heir Zellan, who if he suceeds the throne, will be Zellan the Third. The lord of New Destronika, Governer Naezelger is also struggling with Neukinian rebels and a foiled assassination plot while staying loyal to Prince Zellan."

The reporter looks at the camera man and sighs

Zellton-on-Guan, near the Lamate of Mount Guan's border

A very dirt covered reporter is hiding in an alley " Hello, this is Field Reporter Mikel Zellworth, reporting in from Zellton-On-Guan, a rather large town near the Lamate of Mount Guan's borders. A few hours ago, closer to the border to the Lamate, a loyalist airfield was taken by rebel Prince Zelsarion, Duke of Destronika. Troop movements show that is is very likely that soon the Lamate will be under assault by the insurrectionist's forces. The city Guani city of Gan seems to be the first target, as the little amounts of armored units are headed in that directions. Soon the airforce will be deployed on bombing runs on the many Guani Loyalist strongholds throughout the Lamate and-" a gunshot is heard and the cameraman, as well as the reporter, slump over dead with a soldier in the colors of Prince Zelsarion smashes the camera.

Meanwhile, back at the newsdesk, the female newsanchor pales as she gets a new report. " Horrible news for the loyalist cause, the Lama of Mount Guan has been found dead in his room of an apparent poisoning by a insurrectionist member of his staff. The man in question has been thrown out of the nearest window, which coincidentally was the top of the bell tower, which is about 70 stories high. The famed diplomat, Lama da'Zel'a was a famed peacekeeper among the royal diplomats and is one of the few foriegn citizens to ever become a ruler, let alone the Lama of the Mount Guan Monastary. Born in the Hampshire region, the Lama emeigrated from his homeland shortly after both of his parents died of the plague, and soon arrivved at the Mount Guan air strip, an airport near the monastary. After seeing Zell in his heart, he changed his name from Da'an, to da'Zel'a when he finally became a monk. Later in his life he was asked to be a mediator between the revolutionary armies, and other later conflicts as recently as the war in Merieu. He was 63. It is likely that it will take a few days to find an appropriate replacement for the revered leader, and we will keep you posted."

On the Zol-Mount Guan border

A reporter walks up wearily as fighting can be heard near by. "Behind me is what looks like a battle straight out of the bronze age, bronze armor and weaponry in all, but it is not the reenactment that takes place here every year, but an actual battle between loyalists and Zellenis' royalists. Today, even at this early hour, casualties of above three thousand have been reported all along the border, and as much as it pains me, here's a closer look at today's battle."

The camera zooms in and you can see men killing each other through combat in ways that should have died out years ago. Each regiment is led by a large heavily armoured man and deaths can be seen up and down the line. One large Zolian Royalist is seen using a smaller Guani Loyalist as a club and is smashing his enemies with the poor soul. Its not easy to see who's winning, but it seems that the Guani troops are outnumbered, but better armed, with a few having personal rifles or pistols that look straight out of the old west and WW2. The battle seems like it will never end.

The group of over 50 Mover Heavy Transports were streaming over the border of the loyalist borders. They began to drop their cargo on the city border, over 5000 paratroopers infantry and boxes of supplies. They were being escorted by 100 Razorback Strike fighters, and 15 Porcupines. They would land at an offshore air-base, bulit by New Hayesalia on an unclaimed island, in international waters. It maintained guard personnel, but it was mainly for naval training.

Corporal Kara Orram was one of the first to drop. Their Chameleon body suits came in-built with a parachute, a re-usable one. She checked that her Nighthawk was strapped to her waist, her Wasp to her outer leg, and all webbing packs were secured, before jumping from the 1500 feet.

As she crumpled hitting the ground, re-storing her chute, looking out at the somewhat bleak urban landscape she spotted an approaching armada of Halpo-Class landing vehicles letting loose Camels or Ogres, some Rams for the supplies, and even a few Mammoths. "Hmm, no Boxers. Looks like we've got a lovely 7 kilometre walk ahead of us." she thought aloud.

"Logistics group, load up the Rams!" said Lieutanant-Colonel Gerebah, the Detachment Commander, over the radio
The boxes contained food and building materials. The 5th Airborne Division, Cpl. Orrams regiment, the largest paratroopers group in the New Hayesalian Military, the 7th Logistics and Transport Group, over 2000 Army construction workers and logistics managers, and the 19th Airborne Brigade, which had the facilities for 30 Cougar Attack Helicopters, and the 76th Air Transport Group, containing 50 Eagle Helicopters. they would build a base from tents until they could get main building materials in, but they had plenty of space and supplies to manage an airfield for 65 Helos.

Maxedonian and Prince Zelsarion's forces attacked and invaded Loyalist territory. Thirty MXAF B-3 Liberator Heavy Bombers with the escort of twenty MXAF F-26 Falcon Fighters dropped firebombs over Loyalist strongholds. After the fires stopped, three thousand Maxedonian and Zelsarion troops pushed farther into Loyalist territory.

Maxedonian and Prince Zelsarion's forces attacked and invaded Loyalist territory. "Sir, enemy movement through loyalist territories. Pushing towards Garrisson now." yelled a panicked corporal, looking through the camera of an EyeHawk UAV.
"Reccommend immediate dispatch of fighter aircraft."
"I'll call command, get as many birds in as I can" said the Sergeant next to him.
"Air Command, this is Spotter four, we're seeing a large force of approaching aircraft, namely bombers, as well as a 3,000 man force. Reccommend launching 40 Typhoons, 30 Razorbacks and 5 Bears, as well as 12 Porcupines. Spotter four, over"
"Air Command, dispatching now. Thanks for the warning. Air Command over"

The alarm at the airfield sounding, individual pilots were noted and took off, as well as a Visionary AWACS. The planes amassed at a location 5 klicks north of the airfield. "Okay, all flights, go now" said the commander over the radio from the Visionary,
"Typhoons and Porcupines, intercept the aircraft. Bears and Razorbacks, take the ground forces. We're jamming now." The aircraft blasted off, ready to intercept these hostiles. (Maxedon, your turn.)

Due to the ignorance towards the loyalist territories' geography, the Maxedonians led his forces through Midalia, utterly crushing the forces there. However, Midalia was being run by independant lords, namely Midzelnost the Mad, Ban of Midalia. He surrendered almost immediately and said, " You dumb foreign bastards! DIE!" and promptly, many of the surrendering troops killed themselves and many Maxedonians through the use of suicide bombs, causing this move by the army aiding Prince Zelsarion to be both disaterous, due to the almost complete loss of Maxedonians and the army Prince Zelsarion sent to aid them, and expansive, and the territories of Prince Zelsarion expanded into Midalia. At the same time, Many of Zelsarion's forces continued their invasion of Mount Guan, slowly gaining ground.

In respons to the attack by Midzelonst the Mad, Maxedon sends 20,000 more troops to reinforce The Zelsarion-Maxedonian Army.
"Sir, enemy fighters," The Imperial Air Command said to the MXAF Air Chief.
"Well, shoot them down. I don't want the Liberator's hurt, send in the F-26's and some MX-72 SAMS to back them up" the Air Chief Koen said.
The Maxedonian 5th Imperial Guard Unit, 5,000 troops and 2,000 tanks and Helo's, was sent in to attack the Loyalist Army waiting for them.
Several Cruise Missiles were sent from Maxedonian Navy Battleships and Missile Destroyers to hit key military compounds in the Loyalist Controlled Areas, including
its capital.

OOC: The current loyalist capital holding is Garrisson.

Throughout the territory of Midalia, civilians attacked foreign soldiers whenever they could, from bows and arrows, to RPG s. Some also cotinued the tradition the army had taken just before its capitulation, suicide bombs.

OOC: In case you don't know by the amount of kamikaze attacks, the majority of the ethnic minorities that rebelled against Zellatia hate foreigners more than Zellatians.

However, most of the attacks failed miserably, causing a high civilian casualty rate. Midzelnost himself was now dead and angry missives from various rebel factions that sprung up in the region in responce to the crazy rulers death. Surprisingly, he had been quite popular among the people, and rebels from other region began convening on the area. Soon it will become quite dificult to control this region.

Reception of the New Hayesalian military was 'negative', to say the least. Attacks on the civvie population and military personell had provoked the Army to allow civvies into FOBs, thus gaining a positive influence on the population. More air raids began on the invading Maxedonian forces. So far, NH had lost 14 men, and civil pressure was mounting. Whether New Hayesalia could remain in Garrisson for much longer was a different question.

At Garrisson's secret command center through a encrypted channel

Zellan smiled as the feed turned on. The masked man next to him nodded and he begun the conversation.

" So it seems your nation has decided to help us." he started as he confirmed the connection," Thank you. Now, what is our plan for the incoming Maxedonians?"

[Maxedon]

"It's time." General Irao said. "For...what exactly general?" a Commander said. "For the invasion of Garrisson" He responded "Right!" the private said. 35,000 Maxedonian and Zelsarion troops suddenly
plunged into Garrisson and attacked it relentlessly. After a day of fighting, the general finally said, "Bring in the big guns" A thousand more Maxedonians poured into Maxedonian controlled area's of Garrisson with a variety of Rocket Launchers with the support of 3,000 tanks, APC's,IFV's and Attack Helo's.
Zelsarion decided the battle couldn't be won without a large airstrike. So, Fifty MXAF B-3 Heavy Bombers dropped 80 2,000 bombs on Loyalist troops and pushed farther...

What the Maxedonians didn't know as they plowed into the city of Garrisson was the sheer size of the place. Miles upon miles of city, with fighters in the streets killing the attacking troops indiscriminantly. During that first day at least 7000 maxedonian soldiers were slain and 5000 allies were killed. Besides that, half of the tanks were either incapacitated or destroyed, along with 1/3 of the other mechanized units. There were many AA guns stationed throughout the city and, due to poor scouting by the Maxedonian airforce, the majority of the bombers were shot down, with minimal damages done to the city itself. All in all, only the northern entrance to the city had been taken by the invaders.

"Dammit,ZELSARION! YOU DIDN'T WARN US OF THE MASSIVE RESISTANCE!" General Irao said. "I'm sorry General but--" Prince Zelsarion said, but was cut off. "BUT nothing, Now i am going to order cruise missiles into the strongholds I want YOUR troops put in after the strike you hear ME?" General Irao said. "Yes, sir" Zelsarion said.
THIRTY MINUTES LATER
One Hundred Tomahawk Cruise missiles and THirty MLRS Rockets pounded the city, Seconds after Zelsarion's troops.
OOC: I didn't know you were allowed to RP my casualties o_o

OOC: And I didn't allow you to be able to penetrate enemy territory with a snap of the fingers. If you overdo it without even looking like you had intel, like having a general just say charge, I will maybe let it succeed, but maybe not, with massive casualties. If you have a question about the territory you want to attack, just ask me. Send me a message and I will tell if if it would cause massive casualties. Garrisson is the loyalist captial for now, and as a result, will be the most heavily defended. Your men just charged in. There isn't anything you can do if you just charge in without softening up the defenses first, not second.

This time the attack was very successful, with many loyalists dying. The northern quarter of the city now belonged to the forces of Prince Zelsarion.

The Cougars were waiting on the boiling tarmac, Razorback fighters and Bear Bombers launching themselves off the end of the run way four at a time. The Typhoons and Porcupines were already in the air, and modified Razorbacks and Visionaries were jamming radars and enemy tech. Their goal was to destroy an air base.

The opening salvos were directed towards patrolling aircraft. The joint Typhoon/Porcupine strikes targeted every aircraft flying. The others targeted aircraft on the ground that were obviously moving. The Razorbacks were inbound, as were the bombers.

The bombers began dropping smart bombs, and the Razorback began strafing the tarmac with dual cannons, attempting to make it unusable. Eagles full of men began landing after the bombers finished, being accompanied back to base by the Razorbacks. The Typhoons picked up patrol, and Cougar attack helicopters started up on close air support. The soldiers goal was simple, cut all communications, and capture all soldiers.

Camel IFVs had exited the New Hayesalian base, as well as Mammoth tanks and Ogre tanks, accompanied by a health force of 3,500 Special Operations forces. They would search for Maxedonian Forces, supported by Papa Bear artillery from the base, plus mortars.

Many New Hayelisian soldiers who had been in the rear died fighting them, or at least that was one of the plans that the anarchists had.

Soon various posts of the city were controlled by armed groups of people who began burning buildings. A three way war was erupting within the labyrnthine city of Garrisson. And it seemed like there would be no end in sight.

New Hayesalia took losses. They had taken out tons of the anarchists, but 22 men had been killed. One man killed was Corporal Harrison Slowgrave, who save the lives of fifteen fellow soldiers and civilians by jumpingon a grenade. His armour had kept his body intact, but the shockwave had stopped his organs. He was posthumously promoted to Sergeant and awarded the Hero of New Hayesalia Medal, the highest military award.

Another 13 men had been injured, one Camel IFV had been severely damaged and all were being transported to New Hayesalia, where a day of mourning was called. The estimated enemy losses were as high as 2,000, but as low at 500 by top military think tanks.

Becuase of the bravery of the New Hayesalian forces, over ten thousand anarchists had died, despite the fact they had seized some important points in the southern part of the city. Many of the anarchists refuse to let the foreigners think that they had made a huge dent into their forces, but not all the bodies could be recovered. If the New Hayesalian troops struck now, they could probably drive the anarchists back into the mountains or even all the way back to the anarchist controlled land of the Zangids.

The Maxedonians were surprised as how strong the resistance was. They had already lost 3,623 soldiers and Thirty Stryken APC's. But, after the anarchists were weakened, the Maxedonians struck the anarchists with aircraft and cruise missiles . As they hit, the anarchists were continouosly weakened. The Loyalists, distracted, were attacked by the Maxedonians suddenly and were pushed more towards the center of the city, but that came at a cost. 300 soldiers died in the push.

A large group had been ambushed by Maxedonian troops, right after their victory over a large group of anarchists. Now, Maxedonians were bringing them south, closer to their base. Cougars began launching to assist the remaining soldiers, and Ogre and Mammoth tanks were taking themselves to the battlezone. The Maxedonians were a small but determined force, and while the 1000 extra infantry were coming in to assist, followed by another 2000, as well as 50 tanks and attack helicoptrs.

OOC: You took out 90 soldiers in the push, anarchists had 8.
