Well looking at the rotation for World Bowl 6...

I guess if we started going this week, we could wrap up around the first week of July. You might have an issue with there not being a lot of time between tournaments.
Speaking of which, are we bringing all of the threads and the tournament over? I probably should find out before I work on my domestic league.

All future World Bowls will be played on this forum, and we should probably start the domestic newswire thread here as well.
As for starting another World Bowl so soon in the offseason, I was unsure of, so I thought training camp time would be best. Then Nationstates moved to a new forum and people are signing up like mad for the World Cup making me wonder what kind of a number we can get here. So I guess the question is, is there a host out there that would do it now (or soon)?
Allanea, certainly you can participate in this!

The WBC doesn't need an Baptism of Iron or Fire or Ice or Wood or Aluminum or whatever.

I agree.
I was referring to a more official World Baseball Classic Committee. Something to think about right now. I'm quite optimstic about the influence the new forums, and a specific sports forum is going to have on numbers of participants.

Let us n00bs know what your acronym means) or anything else that isn't the NSWC. As I just mentioned in the WCDT (yes, an acronym, har har) it's only the size, complexity and ferocity of the World Cup and its players that requires all them rules. When the tournaments get to, say, around the tenth edition, that's when you can write up a paragraph or two of informal rules that you've adopted over the tournaments; debating about how everything's going to work when a tournament is still finding its feet is a generally good way to sink it.
Not that I'm saying it should be like the Cherry Cup, where everything was radically different from one Cup to the next and silliness was paramount, but let the World Bowl's own traditions spring up of their own accord before you set them in stone.
