Mission Statement
Covenant Arms is a multi-nation conglomerate made up of some of the largest militarized and industrialized nations on the planet. It has leveraged more than five thousand years of experience and near endless resources to produce some of the most competent weapon systems on the planet. Whether a state is looking for state of the art war machines or cheap yet deadly weaponry that emphasizes the cost effective nature of most total war strategies, Covenant Arms aims to provide the warfighter and the warfighting nation with the best of the best.
History
Covenant Arms began more than four thousand, nine hundred, and six years ago. The First Cathedral brought together several warring tribes of local Marshites and made them give oaths of servitude to the Warrior and Science Shrine. Since then, these tribes- and soon enough, cities- were given over to the science and technology of war. As the eons passed these tribes would emigrate across the nation and would form the backbone of both the military science and industrial sections of the Marshite nation and economy. They would form in the 1800s Marshite Industrial, the Church-controlled Industrial element of the entire Marshite economy. Separated, each city that had a major Marshite Industrial presence would form their own weapon design firms and fierce intra-church competition for weapon supremacy led to a rapid development of weapons and solidification of technology.
The Theocracy would soon form alliances with the military state of Lyras and the massive democratic state of Lamoni. Together, they helped create some of the finest weapons of the modern age. After years of success, the Church decided it was time to provide the legacy of Covenant Arms to the world. In 2015- by the reckoning of the rest of the world at least, being as it was 2115 in the Marshite calendar- Covenant Arms opened it's arms to the world. With the unfathomable resources, manpower, and man hours in both design and manufacturing provided by the Holy Marsh and other members of the Roman-Mar'si Union, Covenant Arms is confident it can make a big impact. While it works out production agreements with Lyran Arms on certain pieces of equipment, it continues to serve customers on a wide scale.
Relationship with Lyran Arms
Covenant Arms features many designs and technology pieces that share great commonality, or in some cases, are the exact same with Lyran Arms. Covenant Arms scientists have worked with Lyran Arms for many years and have aided them greatly in the development of a great deal of it's technology. As such, while they will retain all Lyran elements and are in no way claimed as Covenant Arms inventions, they are cleared by an agreement with Lyran Arms to be used in Covenant Arms products. Questions about the Special Relationship that is shared between the two may be directed to the Protectorate of Lyras and the Grand Theocracy of Holy Marsh.
Discounts
The following discounts are applicable:
Members of the Romani-Mar'si Union pay nothing for any piece of Covenant Arms equipment.
Members of the Bredubar Covenant are entitled 10% discount.
Members of Covenant Arms (see below) get a 25% discount, and are entitled to the profit from sales they conduct themselves.
Signatories to the The Amistad Declaration on Slavery and the Rights of Man are entitled to a 15% discount.
It falls upon the one ordering to note what discounts are to be applied to the total cost of the order.
Becoming a Member of Covenant Arms
Covenant Arms requires any nation or NGO that wishes to involve itself in the design and manufacturing of Covenant Arms to pass inspection. Covenant Arms will not ally itself with a foe of any nation in the Bredubar Covenant or the Union, who opposed the Amistad Declaration, or who does not pass a rigorous Union-authorized investigation of the moral underpinning of the potential member. Should a nation or NGO pass this investigation, they may become a member of Covenant Arms without regard to political construct of said nation.

Restriction Levels
Covenant Arms has restricted certain equipment in order to ensure that the right weapons do not get into the wrong hands.
Level 0- All weapon systems not otherwise noted exist here. Open for sale to any nation not opposed by the Theocracy, Union, or an ally of either, nor whom the Theocracy has reason to suspect is breaking Marshite Religious Law.
Level 1- Restricted to nations that pass an investigation by the Church and Union. Nations that have small blemishes may still be allowed, and agreements can be struck.
Level 2- Restricted to nations with unblemished records and good virtues in the eyes of the Church. Deals may be struck, but the moral underpinning of a nation is paramount.
Level 3- Restricted to formal allies of the Theocracy, Union, Lyras, or Lamoni. Deals may be struck, but the moral underpinning of a nation is paramount and the Church will not be swayed easily. Direct approval from the Arch-Bishop is required for sale to nations not involved as a formal ally.
Rules
1- Orders are in-character (IC) only. OOC chatter is not absolutely banned, but please keep it to a minimum and on topic. No spam. Criticism is absolutely accepted, but I request it be Telegrammed rather than posted so we don't clog this up with debates.
2- I am not going to enforce any sort of order form or post quality. Some people are simply too young or use English as a secondary or worse language. All I am going to ask for is you make your order and post as legible and understandable as you can.
4- I would prefer if you did your own math. Failure to do so will not see your order denied- this is a simple request for you to do it.
5- I have the right to refuse any order or offer for any cause at any time. The same goes for other members of Covenant Arms.
6- Questions about roleplay use of Covenant Arms are more than welcome through TG. You may ask a question about said use in the topic, but I discourage it.
7- I am absolutely open to you creating your own interpretations and modifications of Covenant Arms designs for sale through your own storefront with my expressed consent. I reserve the right to refuse this at any time for any reason. Designs that use any piece of Lyran Arms would require the approval of myself and Lyras. This is discouraged- but I am personally open up to ideas that are good.
8- Remember that above all these are simply roleplay aids. The Rocker Folding Shotgun is not going to redefine your airborne infantry experience in a strategic manner, but it adds a whole lot of flavor! Look at all your equipment as tools to tell a story and not as weapons of war.
