Act of Year 1
A. Introduction
A.1. The Supreme Council of the Utopian Republic of Star United States have come together and and agreed to the Embassy Program Act, in order to
A.1.1. Flourish friendships between Star United States and states around the multiverse.
A.1.2. Enhance politically ties between Star United States and foreign states .
A.1.3. Expand the horizons of the Starian Department of International Affairs.
A.1.4. Represent Star United States in foreign states.
A.1.5. Interact with foreign cultures, in order to
A.1.6. Broaden diversity in Star United States.
B. Foreign Embassies
B.1. The Supreme Council of the Utopian Republic of Star United States, recognizing the rights of independent, sovereign states and their cultures, grants the right to countries around the multiverse to:
B.1.1 request an embassy, or varies ones, with the Starian borders
B.2. Although Star United States does recognize that every state has their own customs and culture, foreign embassy programs on Starian territory are expected to:
B.2.1. Abide by all Starian laws
B.2.2. however, they do not apply
B.3. However, Star United States, despite the fact that the country does not partake in the World Assembly, recognizes the twenty-second resolution of the World Assembly, the Diplomat Protection Act.
B.4. The Utopian Republic of Star United States recognizes any foreign embassy in the country as a foreign premises, meaning that
B.4.1. the government shall not be allowed to enter via military forces without consent of the involved parties
B.4.2. the police may not arrest anyone within these premises without consent of the involved parties
B.4.3. none of the Starian laws are in affect in these premises, although they are encouraged to be respected.
B.5. The Utopian Republic of Star United States, however, reserves the right to cease, either temporarily or permanent, any foreign embassy for a valid reason.
B.6. The Starian government will provide the items needed for security.
B.7. The Embassy Program shall be maintained and administered by the National Department of International Affairs.
C. Starian Embassy
C.1. The Utopian Republic of Star United States grants the right to the National Department of International Affairs the right to request embassies in foreign states.
C.1.1 However, the Supreme Council reserves the right to cease any Starian activity in foreign countries for any reason.
C.2. The Utopian Republic of Star United States reserves the right of protection over Starian citizens in embassies in foreign states.
D. Amendments
D.1. Amendments shall be annexed by the Supreme Council with valid reasoning.
Therefore, the government of The The Utopian Republic of Star United States approves and passes this act.

The people of Star United States are known to be rather kindhearted. The Panda Bear reserves the title of the national animal, and the currency is known as the Starlite, which is a digitial currency. The official religion of the country is Christianity, although it is not enforced. Starians love sports. Stadiums may be found all throughout the country.
History
The country was founded many years ago, in BSC, or before the Starian Calender, and the exact date has been lost in time, according to the government. Founded with the democratic beliefs, the Federal Republic persisted for decades after decades. The country was at peace.
In the Advanced Technology Era, Star United States annexed five main islands. With a dominate Portuguese population, these islands are known as: Alegria, Ilha do Sur, Ilha Central, Paz, Ilha Recife, Sorriso e Ilha do Norte. After the annexation of these islands, Portuguese became the third official language of the country.
Soon after, a catastrophic storm hit Star United States, igniting chaos throughout the country. The dark days arose from this storm. With a crumbling Federal Republic due to situations that got out of hand, the Blun Communist State easily took over after bombarding the capital city, City of Star. However, many political administration regions appeared, fragmenting the Blun Communist State. With this occurring on the mainland, the remaining of the Federal Republic found refuge on the forgotten islands, and re-titled themselves as the Republic of Star United States.
The Starian Civil War soon occurred, and it was devastating. Many innocent lives were lost and much damage was done, but out of the ashes rose the Utopian Republic of Star United States, and the country has blossomed like never before under the new government. The Government joined SETO, the South Esportiva Treaty Organization, which led Star United States into the Great War. Nonetheless, under the Act of Peace and Reconstruction, Starian presence was removed from the war. The state now sits in a period of reconstruction.
