Greetings! Welcome to the official embassy program of the Interstellar Empire of Nyte! Your interest is this endeavor is greatly appreciated. This embassy program has been created to establish friendly relations with other nations that may want to open up lines of communication and/or official agreements of all kinds with the Interstellar Empire. Built within a hollowed out planetoid in the Sigma 161 system within the Interstellar Empire, Hyperion is the forerunner of the Empire's ongoing first attempt at truly opening up to our neighbors throughout the Milky Way Galaxy.

The Interstellar Empire of Nyte, commonly known as Nyte, is an Interstellar Empire located on the border of the Gamma and Delta Quadrants of the Milky Way Galaxy. Nyte has an estimated population of over 51 billion citizens spread throughout eight colonized planets and various smaller holdings encompassing a total of thirty-three star systems, and its capital city is Halcon City located on the habitable moon of Nyte in the Nostromo system.
All embassies shall be established within Hyperion's diplomatic wing where steps have been taken to ensure appropriate, comfortable living and working conditions for all manner of lifeforms. Each embassy suite shall be placed under the laws of its respective nation, which may overrule the Interstellar Empires own laws. However, embassy staff will be under the Empires jurisdiction when outside of the embassy wing. Diplomats and ambassadors will be given diplomatic immunity, though this may be revoked upon the perpetration of a crime in any of the Interstellar Empires territories.
Rules and Regulations:
No drugs or drug related materials will be allowed outside of embassy property. Violators of this regulation may find themselves removed from Hyperion and their embassy may be closed upon investigation by the Arbitrators as well as by other security personnel.
Transportation of armed and/or armored vehicles into the Interstellar Empire of Nyte is expressly prohibited.
Heavy weaponry and explosives are strictly prohibited.
Only personal weaponry is allowed. No machine guns, assault rifles, or other high powered weaponry of any variety. Attempts to sneak such weaponry into Hyperion will result in the immediate closure of your embassy and the ejection of all embassy staff and personnel.
Diplomatic immunity will be revoked if a diplomat commits a crime in the Interstellar Empire. He/she/other will then be subject to the laws of the Interstellar Empire

The following is the official application form that your nation must use to apply for an embassy with the Interstellar Empire of Nyte. All information has to be completed, except for any areas that are marked as optional, or it will be regarded as an incomplete application and you will be asked to either complete it or remove your application. No modification of codes may be done, except for the omission of optional areas. The Government of the Interstellar Empire may reserve the right to deny your embassy application, suspend your embassy for a limited time, or close your embassy altogether. This application may be subject to periodic updates. The Interstellar Empire apologizes for any inconveniences this may cause. If your application is submitted before an update, and is still undergoing the review process, the application will be tolerated for a time. However, it is recommended that you update your application accordingly if an update has occurred while your application is in the review phase.
