Ground breaking new from the Turian Hierarchy today as the six year Primarch Fadorian has stepped down from office. Sure this is cause of the embarrassment of the recent attack on the citadel.
The Primarch has issued a speech which will be available for viewing after this. The Hierarchy has also in this short period unanimously chosen a NEW Primarch. A former Turian Marine General by the name of Nyree Victus. Now he is also stated to be holding a conference soon but the date has still yet to be determined. Now we do not know a lot about the general at this time, but we doknow that he is the same man who designed several raids on pirate strong holds in the Attican Traverse and conducted operations to rescue 16 Turian citizens as well, 2 Humans and a 3 Salarians. For on developments stay connected to Citadel New Network to find out.

Remember me Krogan? I remember you. Now I am Clan Leader of Heshtok. I now make new rules for Blood Pack. Clan does business with Blood Pack. In exchange for guns and ships. I give recruits, but you train them right. You give them good pay. If you kidnap them like you use to. I will hunt you down and naw on your head plate. Do we have deal?

To the newly appointed Primarch Nyree Victus,
As commander in chief of the Asari military I would like to congratulate you on your appointment to the office of Primarch. I was happy to call your predecessor a friend and I sincerely hope that we shall continue the working relationship set up between Fedorian and myself. With that in mind I would like to suggest a meeting between us to discuss future joint military action between our two militaries. Call me paranoid but I have fears over future Geth incursions into Citadel Space. Councilor Tevos does not know I have sent you this message and I would prefer to keep it this way.
With due respect,
Matriarch Seri

Nyree looks at the Asari with an emotionless stare, looking over his shoulder his two turian guards about faced to meet the asari guards and closed the door. Taking a short breath Nyree spoke, "Yes ma'am. I am Primarch Vitctus of the Hierarchy. " Nyree stepped forward his hands crossed behind his back out of respect. "You wanted to meet, and I did not know how early you wanted to meet. I hope I did not cause any disterbance in your plans for the day your honorable Matriarch Seri." Looking around the large room Nyree observed many of the trophies arounf on display, "War trophies?" Nyree thought to himself.

Just like Nyree they would not go into something without having a sure though of a possibility of victory. The last attack on the Citadel was defiantly on the Geth's side of it all. They would have lost had it not been for the unpredictable variable, Lieutenant Commander Shepard. The human had saved many at the cost of his own species to save the council, this was noble, but Nyree couldn't help but think it was for an alternate motive. Maybe Shepard knew the attacks would boot humanity's standing and even get them a seat on the council. Using the Geth would have been a clever move by far but it seed unlikely. But Nyree digressed and thought again of the question the matriarch had posed. Nyree stood strait and spoke, "The Geth are only a threat as long as we let the be a threat ma'am. There is no way for them to win a head on fight with my fleet alone and with the combined forces of the council they stand little if no chance. The turian people are always ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for the good of the galaxy, that is our way, Die for the Cause." Nyree thought for another second and began to pace within a five meter area then continued. "Unless the geth manage to build another enormous dreadnought like the one that attacked the citadel there is no real way for them to take on our fleets without a way to directly disrupt communications or invade several places at once. and even then if they do not capture and dig in fast enough they will be vulnerable to a swift counter attack by council forces resulting in quickly routed geth." Stopping in place Nyree looked the the Asari and in a deep tone he finished. "NO. They pose no threat as long as the hierarchy can maintain its forces and keep patrols on all council held systems up."

Quarian did not usually spend large amounts of money on buying ships, but this was a special circumstance. A dreadnought for sale was too sweet of a deal to pass by. The forces the Geth possessed was unknown and the Quarians would need every asset.420 credits income

"A fair assessment and one I would agree with normally but something about this seems off." She thinks back to her time as commander of the Rannoch Relief Battalion, they were a volunteer battalion of volunteers from every species in Council space, from Krogan to Turians to Asari who went to Rannoch to fight the Geth. Most of them died during the final battle but there were a few survivors including Seri. "The Geth certainly couldn't attack Palavan or Thessia without having their invasion force destroyed. And I do believe that the Turian military is the largest safeguard to Council Space and I really do believe in the Turian's ability to make sacrifices." She says this honestly because it is a trait she admires in them, and wishes her fellow Asari were more willing to do. "But I fought in the Geth Uprising 300 years ago and they had a much larger force than what attacked the Citadel. The question is where is that force? The Geth would be smart enough to realize that organics could attack them at anytime so they would have a large standing military. As for a ship that large it wouldn't be conceivable that they don't have more. They had 300 years to build ships and units and their only limit was time and resource availability. But if that ship was built recently it raises another question. Why go to war against organics? They certainly wouldn't need worlds to colonize. Resources maybe? Yet they attacked Feros which has little in resources. The Prothean Beacon? Sure that would be a prize even for the Geth but why place charges to blow up the colony with the beacon still inside it? Also why would they continue attacking after that? And why the Citadel? Actually why would they even attack the Citadel? Certainly they could have taken out the Council but they don't seem to have been the target, otherwise the Destiny Ascension would have been the primary target, they were more concerned with capturing the Citadel. Why? What would that have gained them?"
She sighs and closes her eyes for a moment. "Regardless these are not questions for soldiers really, our job is to kill the enemy. Overall yes provided our militaries stand ready to respond to Geth incursions any Geth assault will eventually be repelled. Yet they have shown a cleverness in closing Mass Relays which nearly cost us the Citadel. If they pulled this on say, Cyone, which serves as Asari Military Headquarters half the time and is home to our best shipyards, the military for either the Asari or Turians would not be able to send any form of relief. Worlds like Thessia and Palavan would be safe from that due to population sizes and the large protection forces they have but most of our outlying worlds would be in danger." She sighs again. "The Asari will keep to the Treaty of Firaxen but otherwise the Asari military is increasing production of all ships of all classes, as well as increasing our land forces." She says finally. "We will do everything in our power to keep our space secure." She sighs one last time. "This is also for the Asari's benefit Primarch because, and I will be frank, my people have grown too complacent. They need a good kick to stir them out of this stupor." It is clear that she has a distaste for her own people's culture. "In the meantime I am transferring funds next month to the Turian Hierarchy for use in the development of Turian infrastructure and the Turian military."

The Primarch tilted his head with a squint, mandibles wiggle slightly in confusion, Indeed her thoughts were more that of a scientist but the primarch was more confused at the offer of a generous amount of credits. Although he could see why she made the donation. For her peoples safety of course. Nyree Stood straight. and put his hands behind his back once more. "I appreciate the offer ma'am we can put the credits to great use. You will definitely see your peoples money at work in the protection of the galactic community. I assure you, the hierarchy will put everything back in order. The Geth will not dare cross into citadel space ever again. But I will tell you as, and you can mark me when I say this. My people will uphold all laws of the Council and all its treaty's. This includes if the humans think they can break another. I will not let it happen. The law is in place for a reason and must be obeyed." Nyree's Omni-tool beep, Nyree took a look. "Matriarch we must cut this short soon I have t be on Irune for a meeting with the Vol. You may have gotten a notice too." Nyree looked at the matriarch with cold eyes. "May look forward to speaking with you again?"
To Admiral Han'Gerrel vas Neema,
I served in the Geth Uprising, I fought alongside the Quarians as they battled their own creations. I saw the fall of Rannoch. Yet I remember the vow made by myself and the rest of the Rannoch Relief Battalion as we retreated alongside the Quarians that if the Quarians were to attempt to retake their homeworld we the survivors will do everything in our power to assist. And that is what I offer now. As both myself and the Migrant Fleet grow older I realize that time is running out for both. I may be indicted as a traitor to the Asari for foolishly endangering Asari lives but as commander in chief of the Asari military I now the threat the Geth pose to the whole galaxy. I will offer as much aid as possible to the Quarians. Including the attached credit amount.
In all faithfulness and friendship, Matriarch Seri.
