Realizing that Fascist Immur has begun to move military troops onto the Kavju-Islands, which were originally colonized by New Aapelistan,

Concerned that war has been declared and innocent civilians may be harmed or killed, and

Also Realizing that New Aapelistan is a Member of the League, and must adhere to it's Charter, significantly Articles 7 and 9,

Hereby:

1. Establishes humanitarian rescue for civilians on these Islands
2. Reaches out for diplomacy/negotiation between the two nations [b]and if rejected, or not helpful[b] :
3. Sends aid to New Aapelistan

a. Authorises the use of force to protect the territory of New Aapelistan
b. Places the aid under the command of New Aapelistan
c. The aid must withdraw when directed to by New Aapelistan

i. Aid may be drawn out earlier at discretion of aiding state.
