Embassy Program of the Grand Duchy of Lithuanian Commonwealth

Basic Information on the Lithuanian Commonwealth
The Lithuanian Commonwealth is a Parliamentary Constitutional Grand Duchy (monarchy) that is headed by Grand Duke Casimir I. The legislative body is called the Sejm and is headed by Prime Minister Augustinas Voldemaras. The economy is based on exports of grain, oxen, fur, automobiles and amber.

Embassy Information
Lithuania is a peaceful nation. Due to this tendency, we want to be an active diplomat of peace. We would like the chance to extend the hand of peace to all nations. This program will let any country within the Western to establish and embassy or consulate within the Lithuanian Commonwealth. Diplomatic immunity is given to the ambassador but diplomatic immunity is not given to any service or military staff. Be reminded, all embassies and consulates are within Lithuanian territory but Lithuanian officials or military cannot forcefully enter the embassy/consulate without the consent of the Ambassador or a warrant from the Sejm.

Embassies: Nations are only allowed to have an embassy in the capitol of Vilsaw, Vilnius or in Warsaw. Embassies are permanent unless the nation would like to close their embassy.
Consulates: Nations are allowed to have consulates in the cities of Vilnius, Warsaw, Krakow, Kiev or Riga. Consulates are viewed as not permanent and the nation will need to pay a small amount of money (rent) to the Lithuanian government.
