It was put in place essentially the second any sort of logs came out, certainly before we became aware that the Administrative team was planning to take any further action on the matter.

Not sure how this was news though, the declaration is at least two to three weeks old by now, the article seems to almost imply this is a recent development. It's certainly not

Indeed, the article announces that Osiris "has now" done something which it actually did before the announcement of Bob Moran's activities on 27th April.

Alas, TRR Times is determined to make as many misleading references to the recruitment scandal as possible.

Indeed, the Wolves were joined in the raid by old friends, DEN and the Land of Kings and Emperors, both recovering internally from the recent recruitment scandal which had rocked them last month, in addition to The Black Hawks, Europeia, Balder, and The East Pacific. When you bear in mind that the Lone Wolves United too has been rehabilitating its image since 2011 when a ‘raider unity’ fiasco saw their ‘Anarchy’ raid supported by the Greater German Reich… this entire operation looked more and more like an overcooked reunion tour of scruffy, jet-legged rockers with their ankle monitors in tow.

The operation in Eternal Scholars had nothing to do with either the aftermath of the recent recruitment scandal or LWU's 2011 Anarchy invasion.

For TRR Times to draw such crude links between these three unrelated events only confirms its status as a low-grade propaganda rag.

The LKE received an aid request from LWU. We had no involvement in the initial operation. Like The East Pacific, Europeia, Balder, The Black Hawks and DEN (although I don't know if any of them had any involvement in the initial raid), we responded to that request for reinforcements by providing support.

LWU notified the LKE several hours before the update that it was intending to withdraw at that point. The 'liberation' therefore occurred after the raid.

And as far as Tim's comments, he's right. I wil admit that this story was a rush job I typed up on my iPod literally an hour before this issue was originally supposed to be published. If I had known I would have had another 24 hours the story would be significantly better. However that isn't to say I regret getting this story out in it's present form.

I'll tell the truth: I didn't want to publish the article in the first place. I wrote it a few months ago and handed it to Unibot, but then decided I didn't want to publish it. He asked if TRT could include it in this most recent edition, so I made a few edits to keep it up to date and handed it in. But now that it's out, I see no reason not to defend it. There's a point in there, even if you lost it among my ramblings.

The West Pacific has maintained an 'open door' policy on citizenship for quite a while now. A nation simply has to express a desire to take part to be a part of the offsite government.

The intention for a surprise withdrawal was fully thought out and was not aimed to embarrass LWU nor LKE and other supporters. We all had fun, and celebrated our anniversary with our raiding because raiding is our raison d'etre.

For the record, EPSA was also informed hours before update that the mission had ended and we were free to withdraw at our leisure. I believe The Black Hawks were similarly notified. As ever, he who opines to be the greatest defender visionary writes in the most offensive, yet adorable, terms he can devise. Visionaries are always limited by some fatal flaw. In this case, that flaw is bigotry in the attempt to procure sympathy for the plight of the poor, hapless natives. If they are so desperate for safety, they should have sought to protect themselves. As defenders, who had 12 hours to respond before we took the Delegacy, should have sought to prevent this before it occurred.

Yet what did they do in advance? Nothing that we saw. We spent five days waiting for a liberation attempt. You chose the day of withdrawal to liberate. Your ostensible triumph was bereft. You accomplished nothing here but the ability to don the back-patting, self-congratulatory manner so common to your kind. This article is as fallacious as the entirety of your devices.

Congratulations, you may well have liberated the region had we remained with the numbers we had. Felicitations, you ended up giving the Delegacy back to natives who would have received it already. Your railing and lack of trying over insufficient numbers against many large raids when defenders waned and raiders reigned not so long ago is, astonishingly, not shared by us. Nor would we ‘flee’ from the efforts of naught but a coalition of defenders, whose unity is only prevalent when they can actually agree to cooperate.
