ACKNOWLEDGING that members of the WA are required to abide by their rulings and resolutions.
BRINGING to attention WA resolution #9 - Prevention of Torture and #18 - The Prisoners of War Accord.
NOTING that in the ongoing conflict between Grand Nicholia and various other nations in coalition, Grand Nicholia has failed to abide by these regulations.
SHOCKED by the ways in which prisoners of war, for example, Princess Corhána of the Empire of Claanyad, have been treated throughout this conflict.
STATING that the aforementioned Empire of Clányad was an ally of Grand Nicholia in this conflict, before being declared war upon after asking for the return of Princess Corhána.
HORRIFIED by the conditions in which the aforementioned Princess, who went to Grand Nicholia on purposes of diplomacy, such as being chained to the wall of a cell, and threats of further maltreatment.
OBJECTING to unnecessary medical procedures which were subsequently performed on Princess Corhána, such as removing half a pint of blood.
FURTHER SHOCKED that after these regulations requiring the fair treatment of a Civillian Internee were presented to their forces, the response given included, "Diplomacy is long gone my friend, long gone. In fact I was thinking of putting her in even tighter conditions!"
REBUKING The Kingdom of Grand Nicholia's subsequent refusal to return Princess Corhána to Clányad or treat her according to WA standards, despite numerous requests to do so.
FURTHER NOTING that another princess, Princess Aya of Abiottis, the original aggressor of this conflict, is also being held by the forces of Grand Nicholia.
ASSERTING that the Kingdom of Grand Nicholia has used the aforementioned princess as both bait and a bargaining tool against Abiottis, keeping her in similar conditions to Princess Corhána since the conflict began.
APPALLED at the treatment of yet another internee, a translator from Azi Altul, who was subject to psychological and physical torture, as well as a forced abortion.
DISGUSTED that at the completion of this procedure, the aborted child in question was sent to a laboratory to be studied.
URGING the Security Council to pass a condemnation of Grand Nicholia before further violations of international law and human rights violations may be committed.
Hereby condemns Grand Nicholia.
