Yohan's mind began racing with thoughts about meetings, who to send, who will lead, and what needs to be done. "I do agree with you on that a meeting needs to commence. Our nations undoubtedly have never been put into positions like this - with approval of the King, High General Viktor Abdulov and his staff can be on a plane to Lanscus in several hours. To the best of my knowledge as well, Admiral Burgiak and Admiral Cascus are also meeting off the coast of Grand Nicholia and I entrust they are planning the best way to proceed. Will you be able to accept our High General and have him meet with your generals to discuss what lies ahead for our alliance?"
"In best interest of the future, I feel we may have to hold off on the access point through Sichou until the 1st Royal Fleet arrives - then we can attempt to open up the route again - I fear the Nicholians will now expect our forces to move through Sichou and will have their border heavily prepared." Burgiak paused to look at the map. He became perplexed after something dawned on him, "Commander, if the reroute through Sichou does not work, we will have to do a full invasion of the coast of GN, which is identified as heavily militarized and guarded. I assume the Altans have taken that area and moved GN forces out, but then there is yet another force there. I really want to stress an attempt to open communications with one of the nation's already landed in Nicholia and have them help secure a landing zone into Grand Nicholia. Once there, I feel like our consolidated forces will quickly move through the countryside to the mountain palace, capturing their vital economic centers and industrial centers along the way. They can only hold out so long before food gets scarce and moral drops. Plus, we have an advantage the Altans lack - artillery and airpower. The mountain fortress would only last so long before explosions either got the best of them or killed their imbecile leader. I know that is a last-ditch strategy, as it would put the Princess in danger. We could also attempt to send in several special ops units to attempt to retrieve her - what is your opinion Commander?"
