7. All persons are guaranteed the freedom in their nations' domestic affairs, including World Assembly votes and endorsements.

Hmpf. I wish Nationstatesers would have enough political courage to start enforcing this matters. It's the final frontier in the game, forcing people to vote and run their nation a particular way.

I have to say, this is bittersweet. I liked the PRL. Now it's just RL.

Congratulations to our comrades in Lazarus on ridding the corruption that had polluted the socialist ideal. May your regional proletariat continue to thrive even without the light of communism. ;)

Until I say otherwise, assume what I am saying does not represent the official views of the People's Republic of Warzone Asia. I get into much less trouble that way.

Just reading this over, but how do clauses 1 and 2 read together? Does this mean that one must have a WA in Lazarus for one year in order to be considered for citizenship?

I believe it's two different 'tracks' to becoming a citizen, the traditional forum method and one based on being a long-term WA resident.

It is as Unibot said, Todd. Two different methods to become a citizen and get voting rights on legislation and to vote for elected offices.
