Commend Yohannes

A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.

Description: The Security Council,

Noting the reputation of Yohannes as a nation epitomising neutrality and diplomacy, and that it maintains a stabilising presence in ten regions including Ellorea, Gholgoth and Greater Dienstad via its overseas territories;

Further noting that Yohannes' foreign policy and extensive overseas relations create a network of strong diplomatic ties, which dissuade war and promote peace and commerce, and realising that currently over 500 embassies are hosted in the Empire;

Acknowledging the willingness of Yohannes' government to conduct peace talks and to engage freely in diplomacy with other nations, as well as the generosity of the imperial treasury towards nations it considers less fortunate, including, but not limited to, donations to countries enduring crises such as that afflicting Panzara, wherin the treasury donated the sum of 756,000,000,000 Universal Standard Dollars to the Panzaran government;

Admiring Yohannes' strong opposition towards slavery;

Approving of the fact that Yohannes is a signatory of the Amistad Declaration on Slavery and the Rights of Man, a slavery-prohibiting document, as well as being deeply committed diplomatically and financially to the World Anti-Slavery Organization;

Recognising Yohannes' establishment of the Sovereign League, an international organisation which aims to empower those nations which may suffer from having a first language other than English, and to provide a platform for trade and diplomacy among such nations, promote the teaching of other members' languages at university level and preserve "its member-nations' respective cultures, history, linguistic traits as well as traditions";

Aware of the importance of many Yohannesian firms as major exporters and market-defining institutions with significant influence within the global economy, including the "Big Four" of Yohannes' corporate and industrial companies:

• VMK Defence & Steel Works, which has defined the perception of modern armoured vehicles, selling products to an export base of over 300 nations and investing across more than 400 nations,
• Royal Beaufort Shipwrights Guild, furthering interregional trade by providing overseas commercial shipping, and a firm which has been noted for its generosity to such aid organisations as the Santherese Humanitarian Society, to which it donated 8 Ardfontein-class multi-purpose vessels to assist in the Society's selfless efforts,
• Yohannesische Börse AG, among the largest international stock exchanges, providing listings of numerous major corporations and selling stock, bonds and commodities, and which, due to its strong importance for the international community, is the model for many other stock exchanges, and
• Yohannesische Bundesbank, the monetary authority of, and largest financial institution in, the Empire of Yohannes, which provides banking services to many of the world's major firms and governments and has a presence in over one hundred nations, in addition to acting in a capacity as monetary aid and donor to countless nations of the international community,

and recognising the importance of these, and other, Yohannesian institutions to innumerable international businesses, noting the vital roles fulfilled by these firms in the furthering of international commerce;

Believing Yohannes to be a positive example to the entire world;

Hereby commends Yohannes.

Repeal "Condemn The Black Riders"

Description: WA Security Council Resolution #91: Condemn The Black Riders shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: The Security Council:

Recognizing that SC#91: Condemn The Black Riders does not meet the standard of high quality that the Security Council has come to expect from such resolutions;

Noting that The Black Riders cravenly target all regions that are least capable of defending themselves and provide easy though fleeting victories which require little military skill, and not just those that "contradict or challenge their ideology or power," contrary to the claims of SC#91;

Observing that The Black Riders are completely powerless to destroy a regional community even despite the destruction of regional territory and recorded history, negating the fear of "cultural genocide" cited by SC#91;

Repudiating the assertion by SC#91 that the regions and nations of the world should be "fearful" of The Black Riders, instead challenging regions and nations to pursue the restoration of interregional peace and goodwill when such is threatened by The Black Riders;

Recalling that The Black Riders have been more comprehensively condemned by a subsequent resolution, SC#127: Condemn The Black Riders;

Determining that permitting two condemnations of The Black Riders to remain in force grants The Black Riders greater recognition before the Security Council than they deserve and creates an unwarranted climate of fear, which may be interpreted by The Black Riders as a perverse reward for their destructive behavior:

Hereby Repeals SC#91: Condemn The Black Riders.

Commend McMasterdonia

A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.

Description: THE WORLD ASSEMBLY:

RECOGNIZES McMasterdonia as a gifted diplomat, as seen during terms served as Delegate & Minister of Foreign Affairs of The North Pacific where existing alliances with Osiris & The South Pacific were reinforced. New partnerships were also established with Albion, Balder, Europeia, & The East Pacific. These diplomatic efforts fostered strong & lasting ties between the involved regions, promoted peaceful collaboration among international leaders, & strengthened the position of The North Pacific within the NationStates multiverse.

APPRECIATES McMasterdonia's skills as a military commander, noting the efforts spent working among the primary coordinators during the liberation of The South Pacific, after Milograd's coup. McMasterdonia later served as a General in the New Southern Army & assisted in revitalizing the army of The South Pacific in the coup's aftermath.

HIGHLIGHTS McMasterdonia's efforts to revive the North Pacific Army (NPA) in The North Pacific while serving as the region's Minister of Defense. McMasterdonia was one of the primary contributors to the NPA Doctrine, which is the NPA's current operating document that emphasizes minimization of collateral damage during warfare while permitting the NPA to operate both offensively & defensively in accordance with regional interests. Membership & expertise in the NPA grew significantly as a result of McMasterdonia's continued efforts, which allowed the organization to better serve The North Pacific.

LAUDS the contributions made by McMasterdonia to the security & stability of regions, such as with Australia. McMasterdonia was involved with the efforts to refound this region & also assisted in keeping the natives informed while coordinating with the Ten Thousand Island Treaty Organisation command when the region was refounded.

DETAILS, additionally, the instrumental nature of McMasterdonia's contributions to strengthen the Security Council of The North Pacific, both as Vice Delegate & as a contributing member. Through this work, the community of The North Pacific has seen reinforced security & stability.

OBSERVES McMasterdonia’s continued service as an administrator for the forums of both Balder & The North Pacific, where innovations were implemented to benefit all forum participants.

NOTES that McMasterdonia authored SCR#129 (Commend Eluvatar) & SCR#147 (Commend Astarial) & also regularly contributes to the efforts of others to draft legislation for this Assembly.

RESPECTS the longevity of McMasterdonia as WA Delegate for The North Pacific. McMasterdonia holds the record for longest continuous WAD Delegate term in the history of The North Pacific & the second-longest cumulative time served as WA Delegate. During this most recent term, McMasterdonia boasted the most endorsements of any WA Delegate within NationStates.

ADMIRES the leadership style of McMasterdonia, which has resulted in improved stability & unity within The North Pacific as a whole & has also served to provide opportunities for the development & advancement of newcomers both in The North Pacific & internationally. Argument: The Security Council,

Acknowledging that the region known as Nazi Europe attempted to destroy many regions throughout its history,

Understanding that Nazi Europe was condemned for those attempts by the Security Council,

Accepting, however, that the nations responsible for most of the condemned actions, such as Laos refugees, oh my days, and "The New Aryan People" have since been conquered and ceased to operate as independent governments,

Knowing that Nazi Europe had its dictatorial regime removed from power by a combined force of regions and organizations including The North Pacific, The United Imperial Armed Forces of The New Inquisition, The Land of Kings and Emperors and Albion and The Imperial Sovereign Realms Army of Osiris and Balder,

Acknowledging the assistance of regions and organizations such as Equilism, Europeia, The East Pacific, Lone Wolves United, The Black Hawks, The Red Fleet, Unknown, The Kingdom of Great Britain, Sicarius, Mazeria, The MT Army, Kantrias and North Korea.

Believing that the conquering of Nazi Europe by the coalition of forces listed above has eliminated it as a threat to the world,

Appalled that The Black Riders - a region condemned via Security Council Resolution #91 - have invaded and vandalized the region multiple times,

Aware that multiple groups of nations - other than The Black Riders - have too invaded and vandalized the region,

Distraught that a nation within Panem obtained the WA Delegacy and locked it down, preventing restoration under an active founder with security; additionally prohibiting any other nation - even the original natives - from entering,

Cognizant that this Council is "dedicated to the dissemination of inter-regional peace and goodwill",

Believes that a liberation of Panem is within this dedication to disseminating "inter-regional peace and goodwill",

Identifies that former natives and WA Delegates of Panem - United Soviet Jason Republic and Star United States - have declared support for a Security Council liberation of the region,

Hopes that Panem is restored to its former glory and activity with the assistance of a Security Council liberation,

Noting that The Black Riders have been condemned by this Council for their grievous crimes against interregional peace and goodwill;

Observing that these actions have been taken against Coalition of Freedom because the region has taken military action against The Black Riders in the past;

Recalling that Coalition of Freedom was placed under the authority of The Eternal Knights after its Founder nation ceased to exist, and that the regional population of Coalition of Freedom has begun the process of merging with The Eternal Knights;

Asserting that the fate of Coalition of Freedom should be left to the regional community of Coalition of Freedom and The Eternal Knights, whom they have entrusted with their security;

Insisting that this Council should be proactive in defeating operations by The Black Riders whenever possible in order to curb their negative impact on interregional peace and goodwill:

Argument: The Security Council,

Noting that the founder of Coalition of Freedom, Riftend disappeared, leaving the region defenseless and open to raiders;

Further Noting that Riftend, under a new nation Rifty ordered the evacuation of natives from the region to the The Eternal Knights following a merger deal being reached;

Understanding that The Black Riders did not sanction the raid and that raiders from that region were acting independently;

Acknowledging that several active nations who refused to evacuate were ejected by the former delegate South carolina;

Realizing that after South Carolina had ejected most remaining natives that the delegate lacked the adequate influence to password the region;

Further realizing that South Carolina subsequently left the region, on the orders of Rifty, rendering it defenseless from any raids and refound attempts,

Appalled by the propaganda campaign waged against the current refound efforts of Coalition of Freedom in an attempt to gain sympathy from this council;

Disgusted by the blatant hypocrisy of this liberation effort with the Coalition of Freedom having a notorious history as a raiding organization;

Vexed by the sudden renewed interest in the region by The Eternal Knights after repeated statements of disinterest and apathy towards Coalition of Freedom from their government and from Rifty;

Commend Improving Wordiness

Description: The World Assembly,

Acknowledges that Improving Wordiness is one of the most admired and universally respected nations within 10000 Islands. Since their creation in 2009, the nation has served as Minister of Labour and continues to actively serve in the Ten Thousand Island Treaty Organisation (TITO) as the 39th TITO Knight and as TITO Field Commander since November 2011.

Further Acknowledges that Improving Wordiness was bestowed the highest award & honour granted from the Government of 10000 Islands, the Heart of the Islands Award. This prestigious award was granted to Improving Wordiness due to the nation representing the embodiment of the spirit of 10000 Islands and their contribution to the continued security, prosperity and the cultural development of the region for an extended period of time.

Asserts that the military expertise, leadership capabilities and kind nature of Improving Wordiness have long been recognised in the Founderless Regions Alliance defender awards. These awards have a long tradition of awarding defender excellence & are broadly recognised as the top awards in the defender sphere. To date, the nation has been awarded the defender of the year award, the Sir Lans award on two occasions and the best newcomer of the year award.

Observes that Improving Wordiness has defended more than 440 regions to date. This seasoned veteran played a key role in the June 2010 defence of South America, the largest defence in modern times, mobilising more than 70 TITO members and an additional 30 unaffiliated nations facilitating the liberation of the region from raider forces.

Applauds Improving Wordiness’ dedication to the protection of regional sovereignty and the right of regional self determination. Under the command of this nation, TITO has successfully refounded numerous regions for their residents, most notably: The Skeleton Army, Deutschland, USA and Utopia. These regions were subsequently restored to native control.

Appreciates Improving Wordiness' positive contribution to Osiris in its early days. Specifically, through the nation Sichuan Pepper, its efforts in providing the stabilizing conditions under which Osiris residents could elect their Delegate to form Osiris's first government without hindrance or threat from external parties. Applauding Improving Wordiness' impartiality and fortitude in the face of adversity and criticism, taking on what was a difficult and unpopular task to protect democracy.

Believes that the efforts and contributions of Improving Wordiness to 10000 Islands and numerous regions across NationStates are deserving of recognition and praise.

Condemn North Korea

UNDERSTANDING that North Korea is a region dedicated to the principles of "Anti-Imperialism, Anti-Colonialism, [and] Self Determination,”

NOTING that North Korea denies the freedom of speech of their members, as shown by Article 8d of their constitution, as well as banning any nation they deem to be "reactionary" from their region,

ACKNOWLEDGING North Korea’s position of anti-fascism, and it’s attempt to combat fascism has turned it into a large empire spanning almost a thousand regions indirectly connected to it, blocking others from using those region’s name merely in the name of “anti-fascism,”

RECALLING a North Korean backed raid of the region Benevolent Capitalism, a small region whose only guilt was being associated to other regions indirectly, and was unfairly raided a second time after it was noted that the Black Riders had done one before them, despite said region not being fascist in the least,

AWARE of North Korea’s recent refounding of Slavya, a long time regional community that once had up to 150 nations, had denied that region’s previous founder a chance to refound the region, securing it under their control,

APPALLED that North Korea’s sole motivation in keeping Slavya is due to their belief that freedom of speech and association shouldn’t apply to Slavyans, and that their ideas of what freedom is must be imposed on other regions under the guise of anti-fascism,

BELIEVING that by occupying Slavya, and by invading other regions in the name of "Anti-Imperialism, Anti-Colonialism, [and] Self-Determination," North Korea violates the principles that they claim they are dedicated to, and poses a threat to the international community,

Hereby CONDEMNS North Korea.

Noting that The International Communist Union has been invaded and occupied by a hostile, external force;

Acknowledging that the occupying force has not yet, at the time of this writing, made an attempt to bar free entry to the region, beyond the barriers already imposed by the legitimate, native Delegate of The International Communist Union;

Recalling that the nations affiliated with this occupying force and the regions they represent have a long history of imposing such obstacles, for the purpose of permanently conquering regions;

Asserting that the regions and nations of the world should be proactive in forestalling such measures, rather than simply reacting to circumstances that may rapidly change:

Noting that regions have a right to sovereignty, regardless of the prevailing international opinion, and aware that nations willingly reside in regions in which the governmental structure deprives them of said rights,

Believing that accruing an “empire" of several hundred regions is not an action worthy of note by this esteemed council, as many of those regions were minuscule, which effectively minimizes the impact of those refounds, thereby rendering that action unworthy of the attention of this council,

Emphasizing that, while North Korea's raid of Benevolent Capitalism is regrettable, it did not affect any nation outside of Benevolent Capitalism's influence, thereby effectively rendering the fourth clause in SC#158 null,

Acknowledging that North Korea's refound of Slavya is the only noteworthy act contained within SC#158, and aware that, while it is a condemnable act, it is the only action of North Korea's listed in SC#158 which may be called such,

Finding SC#158 nearly devoid of material which may be used to justify a condemnation of North Korea,

Further Believing that the Security Council must be kept to a higher standard than the one presented in SC#158,

Hereby Repeals SC#158, “Condemn North Korea”.

Argument: The Security Council,

Understanding that a commendation, an official recognition from the Security Council for virtuous deeds or attributes above and beyond the typical, is arguably the highest honor bestowed on any nation for their achievements;

Regretting that Security Council Resolution #143 was passed despite the achievements of the commended nation in the resolution being inconsequential or false;

Noting that all regions highlighted within resolution SC #143 have been subject to invading forces on multiple occasions since the decree's passing, rendering the ultimate consequence of these regions on the world as collectively negligible, and further withdrawing from the arguments presented in the resolution;

Further noting that the region of Khora collapsed shortly after the assistance of Hobbesistan, and is frequently invaded by warfaring organizations;

Understanding that Hobbesistan no longer has any relation to Lazarus, and Lazarus now has new forums unrelated to the nation;

Considering that RadioNS and the Lazarene Stock Exchange existed for a short period of time, and are now defunct, and have had no lasting impact on the world whatsoever;

Shocked that Hobbesistan was given credit for developing the "approx" script, when the script was actually developed by the nation of Eluvatar at a far earlier time;

Concluding that Hobbesistan's contributions to the world are on the whole irrelevant or inconsequential, while good intentioned, and that one clause of the commending resolution is completely false;

Hereby Repeals SC #143, Commend Hobbesistan.

Argument: Recognizing Liberal Haven is a peaceful community, which does not engage in aggressive hostile actions against any other region,

Realizing Liberal Haven was invaded by an aggressive multinational force which assumed the delegacy, and placed a secret password in place, whilst simultaneously beginning to eject the native population,

Confirming this hostile action by aggressive foreign forces, goes against the Security Council's mission of spreading inter-regional peace and goodwill, Liberal Haven was liberated by Security Council resolution #144, thus allowing defender forces to enter the region, and return it to native control,

Shocked that the nation of Asquithania, was able to assume the delegacy and began ejecting the native population once again, in an attempt to refound the region under their control, against the natives wishes,

Noting the regional natives desire to refound the region under their own control,

Understanding that without the ability to password protect Liberal Haven, the region remains highly susceptible to refound sniping, should the natives attempt to refound without the ability to password the region beforehand,

Thus Believing native rights should take precedent over the wishes of the international community as a whole, and the ability to protect the region should be rightfully returned to native control,

Further Believing, Security Council resolution #144 has served its intended purpose,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #144 Liberate Liberal Haven.

Noting that the invasion was a result of deceit and treachery, stemming from a sleeper puppet within the region;

Further noting that The Black Riders is a previously condemned region, notorious for raiding thousands of defenseless regions;

Realizing that the invasion has turned into a long-term occupation;

Shocked that the occupying force has threatened to suppress any dissent with ejection;

Aware that it is only a matter of time before the raiding delegate gains enough influence to exercise uncontrolled power over the region;

Arguing that the natives of The Mountains to the East have the right to regain control of their region;

Further Acknowledging that General Halcones is responsible for leading raids on more than half of these regions, attacking innocent World Assembly Delegates and forcibly removing natives from their homes,

Disgusted that General Halcones has constructed The Black Riders in its image, training the officers of The Black Riders to engage in ruthless and barbaric behavior, who in turn teach these tactics to new nations, permanently corrupting them,

Horrified that General Halcones encourages the nations of The Black Riders to use their World Assembly status to commit these atrocities,

Shocked that General Halcones encourages The Black Riders to seize innocent regions, forcibly occupy them, and use them to vote against World Assembly proposals created to improve the world by restricting international crime, later destroying these regions,

Outraged by these actions and seeking an end to General Halcones' reign of terror,

Hereby Condemns General Halcones of The Black Riders.

Recognizing that, while controlling several nations with unique domestic structures is a marginally impressive accomplishment, it is one which is easily accomplished with careful preparation and diligence,

Asserting that SC#123 contradicts itself by calling the domestic structures Luna Amore established within their puppet nations as “unique”, while also acknowledging that Luna Amore is not the first nation to have accomplished the governmental constructs shown in their puppets H- and On Beyond Zebra,

Noting that studying population growth is a task easily accomplished by viewing the nation's census records, which diminishes the accomplishment of Luna Amore in this regard,

Acknowledging that, while Luna Amore's defense of Free Thought is a commendable action, it is the only one present in SC#123 which may be called such,

Believing that, where SC#123 may detail an impressive accomplishment, it does so in such vague terms that it effectively nullifies the accomplishment in question,

Further Believing that SC#123 is nearly devoid of material which may be used to justify a Commendation of Luna Amore, and, aware that when there is commendable material present, it is nearly devoid of information, which essentially nullifies the clauses in question,

Hereby Repeals SC#123, “Commend Luna Amore”.

Recognizing the many responsibilities and duties carried out by the nation over the course of its ten-year history, respectfully serving significant regions such as the West Pacific, the Pacific, Osiris – as well as numerous other regions and organizations;

Praising the noble task of ensuring the security of regional platforms for communication through the creation and advancement of the Convention on Off Site Property Security (C.O.P.S) treaty – created to work for the eradication of greater evils as they seek the destruction of infrastructure responsible for incredible cultural and national advancement that a notable size of the international community has been noted for use;

Applauding the nation’s capability to endure the additive endeavor of existence within the world for a decade – an impressive achievement requiring stable and ready administration, which is more than capable of dealing with whatever arising circumstances that may face it, both diplomatically and militarily;

Admiring the efforts of the nominee to establish divers and serene communication between characters of different communities and ideologies, as exhibited by regions such as The Beech Beach House – a region entirely dedicated to neutral forum;

Informing the Security Council of several reports that the nominee has exhibited prejudice against marsupials, however, such actions should not take away from the vast count of contributions the nations has given to regional communities;

Remarking on the diligent work and high integrity the nominee has given to the operation and construction of numerous regional administrations – and more particularly, the podiums in which they operate on as the nominee fulfilled the roles of the position of administrator.

Noting that the government of Westwind has been in existence for over ten years, that this government also oversees the nation All Good People, and understanding that the accomplishments of Westwind's storied history may be difficult to quantify,

Recalling that Westwind was heavily involved with the Alliance Defense Network (ADN), an important, historically significant organization that is credited with protecting numerous regions against invasion and unprovoked aggression, where Westwind served in a number of positions including Director of the Office of Public Affairs, Prosecutor General, Secretary of Defense, Intelligence Agency Board of Directors, Deputy Director and finally Acting Director,

Recognizing that Westwind was just as much a driving force in the reorganization of the ADN, dubbed 'ADN Reloaded', moderating and then administering the forums, performing much work in building the new 'reloaded' forum structure and transferring documents,

Noting in particular the commitment to justice of Westwind, demonstrated in Westwind's actions in the ADN war on Ireland, where as Prosecutor General Westwind investigated and brought charges against then President Vasquez for the infiltration and invasion of Ireland,

Acknowledging the involvement of Westwind in numerous major military operations throughout history, including the efforts of The Pacific Army to free The Pacific from Francos Spain, the ADN puppetmaster liberation of The North Pacific in July 2004, which was one of the largest operations of its kind in NationStates, and the second liberation of The North Pacific from Pixiedance, where Westwind played a leading role as Secretary of Defense of the ADN,

Recognizing the considerable and ongoing contributions of Westwind to the region of Equilism, which have included serving in numerous government positions over time, leading the region as the World Assembly Delegate, inheriting and preserving the founder nation of Equility for various periods of time, and the administration of the Equilism forums,

Revealing that 'The Schism' of Equilism, where Westwind voided the constitution, was not undertaken out of any ambition, but was actually an orchestrated event staged to promote activity coordinated by both sides, and believing the willingness of Westwind to make great sacrifices to serve its role in this audacious plan should be noted,

Further recognizing the contributions of Westwind to the region of The West Pacific, including leading the region as an active and highly successful World Assembly Delegate for an extended period of time, ensuring administration of The West Pacific's forums, and where today Westwind continues to serve as a 'Guardian' of the region against those that might do it harm,

Applauding Westwind's ability to guide new nations, willingness to provide generous advice and insight without expectation of compensation or recognition, and admiring Westwind's willingness and ability to regard other nations with a respectable demeanor, regardless of allegiance or preference,

Asserting that such self sacrifice and dedication to the preservation and activity of the world as a whole, often in the face of harsh consequences, is both highly courageous and admirable,

Aware that Evil Wolf has a checkered past that includes raiding countless regions,

Notes that raiding nations are typically not commended by this august body,

However concedes that the good done by Evil Wolf merits commendation,

Lists these good deeds as the following:

• In 2006-2007, as Killer Kitty, Evil Wolf served two legal terms as the elected "King" of Lazarus. They fought off several invasions and coup attempts, including one by Durkadurkiranistan II, a nation condemned by this body, in 2007 in which they traded the Delegate seat several times over a few weeks.
  
• In 2009, as Anarchy Wolf/Evil Wolf, they organized, planned, and led a counter-coup against Wickedly Evil People in The West Pacific, which had previously launched a coup of the Democratic government and instated a dictatorship. Rolheath was put in as Delegate and they then restored the a stable government to the region. The raid involved about 80-100 raiders from the now defunct "The Commonwealth" super alliance.
  
• In 2010, as Blue Wolf II, while Vice Delegate of The North Pacific, Evil Wolf seized the Delegacy from Durkadurkiranistan II, aka JAL, which had illegally seized the position and banned over 1,500 nations in 17 days.
  
• In 2012, as Blue Wolf II, as Elected Delegate of TNP Evil Wolf restarted The North Pacific Army and selected the then untested and unknown McMasterdonia as their Minister of Defense. McMasterdonia has since proven to be an incredible asset to TNP, serving multiple times as its Delegate.
  
• In 2013, as Blue Wolf II, serving as Acting Delegate and elected Vice Delegate, Evil Wolf helped uncover a United Defenders League spy, Ravania, which was passing on North Pacific Army mission information to the UDL High Command. This later lead to an abrupt end in TNP-UDL relations and Ravania being found Guilty on the charge of Espionage.
  
• In 2014 Evil Wolf obtained the password to Nazi Europe from German Dragons and organized a raid against it. This lead to its direct destruction and refounding.

Appreciating Revert's role as a stabilizing influence within Osiris since that region first formed a regional government, and applauding that nation's dedication to a region which has been fraught with instability in the past,

Observing that Revert participated in Osiris' first constitutional convention, a convention that led to the creation of the Kemetic Republic of Osiris, and one that allowed the young region much needed stability,

Further Observing Revert's service as a Guardian on the Atef – a body dedicated to the security of Osiris – under the Osiris Fraternal Order, guarding and ensuring that Osiris remains safe since shortly after the Osiris Fraternal Order was created,

Convinced that Revert's influence within Osiris and their constant presence within the region has allowed Osiris the additional security that it would have lacked without Revert's stabilizing influence within the region,

Further Observing Luna Amore's role in securing Free Thought after a particularly egregious invasion that required the intervention of this council through SC#14,

Admiring the dedication Luna Amore showed to the safety and security of Free Thought after the aforementioned invasion by refounding the region and, in conjunction with their satellite state Revert, repealing the Liberation in order to better secure Free Thought,

Believing that Luna Amore is a stabilizing and positive force in our world, one which has made the varying regions they reside in far more secure with their presence than without,

Admiring the leadership displayed by this nation to rally the community of Hippiedom to continue to thrive in Hippy Haven after the refound was unsuccessful,

Further Acknowledging that the nominee controls The Stalker, the current delegate of founderless region, Hell,

Commending the valiant efforts placed upon strengthening the security of Hell, after multiple raids in its history, with a unique hierarchy, which requires all incoming nations to go through trials before being allowed entry,

Observing The Stalker's work in building the region of Hell beyond security including overseeing the highest populations in the region's existence and establishing their platform for regional communications,

Informing the Security Council that the nominee, through other nations, has also contributed greatly to many regions and the world as a whole including:

-Establishing the current government of Middle Earth,
-Authoring the Condemnation of Durkadurkiranistan II, which raised the world's awareness of that nation's threat to peace,

RECOGNIZING the contribution of The Ching-Chong-Nip-Nong-Nong of Tiago Silva to the world by universally improving the quality of national flags in 2011,

NOTING that this contribution is the only undertaking celebrated by the commendation in question, which is composed of only three short statements,

REALIZING that although the efforts of Tiago Silva are appreciated, under no circumstances can they be considered "brave" as described by SC#43,

UNDERWHELMED by the overall lack of additional substance beyond the flag improvement presented in the resolution,

OBSERVING that the same type of work done by Tiago Silva has been popular amongst the artists of the world for many years, and flags of similar quality to those produced by the commended nation are routinely produced by others without the same recognition by the Security Council,

BELIEVING that the standards of the World Assembly are much higher than the quality of SC#43 and that a nation should have a history of honorable contributions to the world to be included in a commendation by this body,

HEREBY REPEALS SC#43, "Commend Tiago Silva".

Further Recognizing Renegade Islands Alliance as promoters of Defender Unity, while showing respect towards allies and enemies alike,

Applauding the success of the Renegade Islands Alliance Special Forces (RIASF) in successfully launching or supporting allies in more than 30 liberations and several dozen missions to free more than 300 regions from Raider control since October 2013,

Acknowledging major achievements and contributions of the RIASF, including, but not limited to:

• December 2013: Contributing to the liberation of Asia from The Black Riders, as one of the largest liberations in history,
  
  
• February 2014: Assisting The Founderless Regions Alliance in securing New Sorvun Republic from foreign aggression, saving it from a hostile refound, and staying during the lengthy occupation that followed,
  
  
• May 2014: The liberation of St Abbaddon, in which the RIASF was later awarded a pin from The United Defenders League to commend their efforts,
  
  
• June 2014: Participation in The United Defenders League's "Spring Cleaning" operation, in which more than 100 regions were freed from Raider control. The RIASF later received a medal from The United Defenders League for their efforts and contribution in the operation,
  
  
• December 2014: Participation in the liberation of Anne Frank from Fascist control, largely considered to be one of the largest joint-Imperialist, Anti-Fascist, and Defender liberations in history,

Admiring the resilience of Renegade Islands Alliance, withstanding direct attacks from Raider organizations, after DEN destroyed the RIASF forums in 2005 and Lone Wolves United attempted and failed to seize the executive delegacy in 2015, all while the RIA still showed respect towards Raiders and emerging stronger than before after each attempted attack,

Honoring the commitment of the Renegade Island Alliance's founder, Shizensky, in establishing the RIASF and the RIA's community, who has released several tools to help Defenders defend and liberate more efficiently,

Exalting the RIA as a free and directly democratic region, in which all nations with legal citizenship are free to vote and run for government positions, including the World Assembly Delegacy,

Viewing Renegade Islands Alliance as a region that leads by example, asking nothing in return for services and willingly working and cooperating with fellow Defender organizations to promote peace and liberty across the world, even if it means staying out of the spotlight,

Classifying Renegade Islands Alliance as a benevolent Defender organization,

Seeking to commend the efforts of the RIA and RIASF that have often gone unnoticed by the world and this esteemed council,
