The UDF, is an alliance that protects its members from a practical war, as the members of UDF may not/should not aid your nation if they feel the war your in, is either plain stupid or non-pratical in addition members will also protect its fellow members natural resoures, and ensure they are bought. Bohovia has implemented many human rights, including: No Capital Punishment, Freedom of Speech, Gay Marriage and all other basic human rights. UDF (United Defense Front) will be representative of this, on the application form there is a space that asks you to provide your view on Bohovia, to make this clear, you will NOT be black listed if you do not have good views on Bohovia, we support free speech. This alliance will be led by myself. Applications to join this alliance, are now open. Off-site forums will be set up, and all policies will be voted on, in a true democratic manner. Membership Benifits:
*The members of UDF will be ensured a strong and stable economy, are goal is to have are own trading system centered in are alliance, to make sure UDF members trading resource's sell very well.
*UDF members will also be protected from any defensive war declared on them, and will also be supplied with weapons and/or soliders if needed. They are also protected from PRACTICAL offensive wars, meaning if you go ahead and start a war over something stupid, or soemthing that will eventually lead up to war, UNTO nations will no longer be encouraged to help your nation.

UDF Alliance Government Structure
The Commons Council
The commons council as said in the parent bill of this bill will consist of every UDF member (that are not in the executive council). Each member shall receive one vote on ALL decisions. All Executive Council members will also receive one vote. The commons council shall vote BEFORE the executive council. They shall be the first stage in passing a bill. Only a majority vote will be needed to pass the Commons Council. 25% of the alliance must be present and vote for the bill to pass the commons council.
The Executive Council:
The members of the Executive Council shall be chosen as follows.
1. The President shall be permanently Bohovia.
2. The VP shall be chosen by Bohovia. The VP must have a population of over 500 million.
3. The other 3 members of the Exec. Council shall be chosen in an election done by the members of the Commons Council. They shall be members with a population of 1 billion or higher.
To pass a bill in the Executive Council it must first be passed by the Commons Council. The Executive Council shall then take a vote on the issue. Any bill will be passed with a majority vote unless:
Both Bohovia the President AND the VP veto or vote nay for the proposal.
If a majority vote is reached and only 1 of these two positions (president or VP) votes nay then the proposal will still pass. This is only to insure that if the two highest positions strongly believe that the bill is wrong for the alliance that they may change that.
If the President and VP both veto a bill then upon request of 2 out of the 3 Executive Council members the bill would go back to the Commons Council. There is would be re-voted on again but this time 50% of the alliance members would have to make a vote. At least 2/3 of the votes casted would have to be Aye. This is to insure that 66% of the voters truly want the bill to pass.
