"Farewell Brothers!" - A group of sentinels salute their friends aboard an embarking ship from the shores. The Seeker, the harkback called their newest sailboat, constructed over the course of 3 years. With a crew of 15 sailors and food supplies for 7 weeks, the ship set out to explore more lands to the south. The harkback believe that lands to the south must be warmer as they are closer to the sun, the large fire in the sky that gives the world warmth.

It was with new land the Shadownian developed faster. The three villages of Ridan were now a combined settlement,consisting of 19,000 people. Kelthos,the village by the hill,consisted of four thousand. In Kelthos was one of the earliest clay writers of Shadownia- Rey'an Koszh. The Shadownian woman made multiple clay tablets.


The Shadownian people were warriors by skill-The used a wooden pole or stick to jab enemies,while also using their feet. For the Shadownian hunters used slingshots and bows,along with a wooden stake.

The Batarians had been happy living on their Island but fate had other plans.For the past few weeks earthquakes shook the land buildings toppled and gases released into the sky acted has a hazard for the native Batarins. Eventually mount Shakatosh erupted spewing lava and gasses and blocking the sun from view the people fearing for their lives had prepared to evacuate before a full blown explosion would happened they quickly gathered their supplies and weapons has they prepared their voyage westward.

The winds carried them west often stopping in between for supplies then moving on finally until they reached the land of India on the eastern coast landing at the spot of Chennai where they intermixed and absorbed the local peoples their,they named their city Carthak and for the next couple decades the city-state prospered and grew rapidly.Wood was chopped in abundance and iron and copper where mined to make supplies and weapons farming was expanded has well has the jungles where cut down to build more farms. The city of Britannia continued to grow and expand with nearly all structures being made of hardy stones protecting the people from the elements. The city wall itself was extended and made of stone which fortified its position and better protected the city from attack. Several dugouts and moats also surrounded the outer layer of the cities confines. This same typical design of defence was copied all over the kingdom in important and strategic towns. The kingdom was now knowledgeable of another advanced city state to the north and its influence was felt all across the northern lands of the island though it had no official control over the lands. This potential rival was nothing to worry about yet but in the interest of the kingdom the city was to be carefully watched.

King Edwane had died several decades before and two generations of his decendants had been on the throne since. The current king was king Reggard who will over see the kingdom as it enters the next millennium 2,000 BC. He and his forefathers had seen the development of a great kingdom and he was sure of the future of this land and that it was to be splendid. Great temples to the many gods and goddess were built as Reggard was a deeply spirtual man who believed wholeheartedly in the power of the gods. He believed that all non-believers were inferior to the theists and as such he implemented harsh laws against atheism. Most tribes who were part of the kingdom were treated as infidels and as such the kingdom became increasingly aggressive towards them, conducting frequent raids and preaching against them every time plight strict them as punishment from the gods. This time of religious persecution strict fear into many people but helped cement the religion with the populace and kept them under control yet only out of fear of retribution.

Era of Expansion

For decades Chartak city laid in sleepy peace with it's neighbors establishing trade routes through out India and finding little reason to find conflict with the other tribes.However Carthak found itself rapidly out pacing it's neighbors the Carthakis where far more productive industrial and cultural wise and where producing more food has the population grew the ever gnawing hunger for more land came to be has well.

This would manifest into the Exalted Wars beginning the Exalted Era in Charthkis history Queen Purnima of the Dharsanar Dynasty who could be considered schizophrenic having proclaiming visions from the Divines themselves that the Dharsanar Dynasty was destined to unite and rule over all of India the battle cry was heard across the land the drums pounded and the troops of the first Empire conquered a sizable chunk of land to the south annexing 2 villages with the mad Queen herself leading the battles .Wealth followed after and the Empire grew hunger for more land this endless war would last for centuries perhaps.

After all that,the empire decides to move a step closer to it's wanted (modern day) Thailand.After finding out there was a river making it's way to Cambodia,the army traced along the river. When they met neutral land in modern day Laos,they fought for it. This is when my expansion point is kinda used........but whatever. Thy god gave up on this territory,one soldier said while constantly looking for people to get into the empire.

A new day dawned on the Vasaran civilization the classical era had begun but for the Empire it was still the Exalted Era. The children of the Sun got to work they had learned another secret from the god of smiting, and commerce ganesh when a blacksmith had accidently mixed two alloys making it stronger by adding a small amount of non metallic carbon to iron to make steel. The people where now able to make stronger weapons that would be easier at piercing the throats of bandits and enemies a like.

2nd they learned how to tame the beast of labor cows, horses , ox the cows provided milk and meat giving widening the food range and making life more easy has a result. Then they went on to use horses to make the early Calvary a war unit that proved essential in upcoming battles.

The scouts have finally made the long journey thru the thick and unforgiving jungles of Southeast Asia luckily being people of the jungle themselves it wasn't too hard. They made it to the kingdom of Vietnam seeing the signs and makings of civilization farms, roads, and villages indeed what people could call this place home?

For twenty years, the army explored and took control of more territory which included the present day lands of the Sinai Peninsula, Israel (with the West Bank, Golan Heights and Gaza Strip), Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, a strip of the southern provinces of Turkey and a strip of the northern part of Saudi Arabia. He journeyed with the army and saw the various groups, one such as the Igipta, who occupied the then called Semptia Lands, who were not quite welcomed with the Sankarans, but humbly accepted their rule. The Shadownian Empire was rising. Under leadership of the great grandson of Barbad Fors,the leader six generations down from Shin Shi,they had constructed the great city of Anthulalius. It was famed for its renewed trading and population of 98,000. However,to the east,down Kwel's stream,sixteen kilometers away from the cave of the elements lied the Shadownian mine,rich of a black element known as coal. It was then hunting took a new advancement. Fires began to light up the great city,stone was used to improve hunters and warriors alike. This was an age of expansion for Shadownia. It was also then that some talented farmers,many from an old generation,mixed their skills with the newer Shadownian farmers to create domesticated animals.


This was the time of thriving,this was the time that Shadownia rose to be a power. Ridan had expanded to more than miles wide,leaving room for farmland and cities to trading posts alike. It was then miles wide were left for growth.

The High Raj of Southern India

All of Southern India had been united by the Armies of Vasaran Raj the Raj himself lead the conquests winning victory after victory over the bickering city-states the greatest city-state conquered was Ankera on the western coast where the Raj charged with the steel sword of Shakatosh god of war.The newly conquered lands where soon to be developed has mines where built to harvest irons and other minerals.


Soon Chartak was a maze of Chaos has thousands upon thousands of citizens celebrated the rise of Raj Aagneya Prince of Fire to High Raj which was basically the title of Emperor in India.Elephants and dancers,acrobats paraded down the city into the Imperial district of the city.People of all classes where allowed to attend at the Imperial Palace from the balcony of the the castle stood red hooded priest with staffs s.One of them walked forward to address the crowd and read from a reed scroll "Citizens of Vasara today we gather on this momentous day has lord Aagneya prince of fire rises to High Raj of Southern Indus!" The citizens cheered loudly until a gilded man with flowing gold embroidered clothes and a feathered turban arrived.The red hooded man held his hand and the people bowed.He bowed in front of the priest and sword of Shakatosh cleaned from the battle was delivered by a servant."Raj Aagneya the gods have deemed you worthy to rule over Vasara, by the will of Shivara all mighty creator of the Universe do you promise for you and your future descendants of the Dharsanar Dynasty to lead the empire to prosperity?" "I do" said the prince.

The people cheered has the red hooded man removed the feathered turban and replaced it with a rare sun stone crown the sun stone being the symbol of the Vasarans."I name you High Raj of South Indus may the gods continue to guide you". The High Raj took the sword and raised it"And may our enemies of the Empire know that we are the people of the Sun,and that the Gods will always grant us victory!'
