Umm... URA? You didn't reset the poll. All of the results from the last poll got applied to this one. That's why it says I'm active even though I haven't voted.

As you can see, it's the same pretty much in spirit. Tier One is a term that is used for those military groups who get the most funding. Making this more open could prove to be more entertaining, seeing as if some soldiers don't have the best gear there'd be more potential for abstract thinking rather then relying on gear. That's why I changed it to Outfit, seeing as that'd be more fitting and general.
I've also streamlined the contents by taking nods from RPs everywhere. This includes adding bold text, formatting it properly and generally making it pretty. I've also reworked how some things were worded, such as taking out the part that said ''Humans Only,'' which would be better suited to being in the rules rather then the app.
In light of recent events pertaining too making this open to FT, PMT and PT as well as it staying MT, I've removed that set of words as well that would be better suited as a rule. That being said, I'd rather that it isn't, since more people could be interested in it. It'd make this a HUB of sorts for Spec OPs RPs, being far into the future or back when Hitler was causing problems.
An example App using the British SAS:

Biography of Outfit: The Special Air Service (SAS) is a unit of the British Army founded in 1941 as a regiment, and later reconstituted as a corps in 1950.[5] Serving as a model for special forces around the world, the unit undertakes a number of roles including covert reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, direct action and human intelligence gathering.[8][10]
The corps presently comprises 22 Special Air Service Regiment, the regular component, under the operational command of United Kingdom Special Forces, and 21 (Artists) Special Air Service Regiment and 23 Special Air Service Regiment, which are reserve units under the operational command of 1st Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Brigade.[11]
The Special Air Service traces its origins to 1941 and the Second World War, and was reformed as part of the Territorial Army in 1947, named the 21st Special Air Service Regiment (Artists Rifles). 22 Special Air Service Regiment, part of the regular army, later gained fame and recognition worldwide after successfully assaulting the Iranian Embassy in London and rescuing hostages during the 1980 Iranian Embassy siege, lifting the regiment from obscurity outside the military establishment. (From Wikipedia. I couldn't be bothered to write it down)
Operators of the Outfit:
-John McAleese
John Thomas "Mac" McAleese, MM (25 April 1949 – 26 August 2011) was a British Army soldier who led an SAS team which stormed the Iranian embassy in London in May 1980 to end the Iranian Embassy siege. (Again, Wiki)
-Bear Grills
Edward Michael "Bear" Grylls (born 7 June 1974) is a British adventurer, writer and television presenter. He is widely known for his television series Man vs. Wild (2006-2011), originally titled Born Survivor: Bear Grylls in the United Kingdom. Ok I see a few things wrong; TIER ONE doesn't mean they get the MOST funding. My dad was a ranger, and he could tell you how much funding they got. They get the BEST gear and training, but maybe not the MOST funding.
Also, what if the applicant can't find a picture?
That's all I see really.
The problem is that Tier One is not really a ranking system and the Tier status actually refers to the level of funding a unit gets. More info here
TIER-ONE is not a rating system, like grading of beef, but a SOCCOM funding system, it just so happens that DELTA and DEVGRU fall under the top level of funding.

Anyway, I would prefer to have a picture but to make it a requirement? Damn, that's just too far. I would say that if they couldn't find a pic, to at least give us a detailed description.

That's the standard rule of thumb in RPs.

B. I'm not sure if you know this Vancon, but some of us have: weapons that don't exist, camouflage patterns that don't exist, lack art skills to make said soldiers and/or have equipment that don't exist.
Taking me for example, I don't think the MX rifle exists in real life, or that the MARPAT camouflage is used at all in combat situations.

a) You're not the only one.
b) Then describe it. It really isn't that hard, and with just a couple words, it can say: ''Appearance or Description of Operator,''
Litterally two words and it's fixed. As to talent, you can always practice to gain said skills. Rome wasn't built in a day afterall.
