Have you ever wondered - truthfully - what it might be like to live, to play, to lie your head down as an individual free from the troublesome woes, the responsibilities, and the social mores of society at large? Have you ever contemplated, if but a single moment of respite from the strife, the tribulations, and the unending obligations of reality were given to you, what you might accomplish? Have you ever wanted to meet, to know, to touch that inner part of yourself which friends, family, and employment force you to keep hidden, disguised, and shoved away - neglected - like some misbegotten toy?

I know you. I know you. I've seen many like you; the many, the hive, the bustle - individuals who jostle and struggle but to scrape by for a moment's peace, fighting and clawing but for a few fleeting, vestigial seconds of freedom from the burdens that weigh heavy and apparent. I've seen them; I've met them. Years ago I, too, once was like you: a man without purpose, living my day-to-day, menial, meaningless existence like it was what I was born to do. As if I were born to lie at night, awake, by some partner I cared little of, in some apartment I couldn't afford, waiting for the sun to rise on another day so that I might toil in an office simply so I could continue with another day in that life. Then another, and another, and another...

But, remember, my friend, that I know you, and like the countless, broken, hollow men who have came before you, I learned about you. I met you: the real you. The you which dwells just beneath the surface, screaming for a moment of liberation; shouting, yelling, sobbing into the blackness of this life, treading the waters of feeble responsibility and hollow altruism, secretly demanding something. Something so profane, so sacred and secret, that you dare not speak it aloud; something you wish for, something you demand in the silence that societal obligations and moral ethos force you to undertake for fear of labels and penal penalty.

My friend, I offer you something else. Something different. Something glorious.

I offer you a place. I offer you a sanctuary where, regardless of your homeland, of your tastes, of your predilections, you can live, you can play, you can indulge freely and without judgment.

In a word, my friend, I offer you "liberation".

Now, before you judge my offer too harshly, my friend, consider this... Consider your life. Consider the day; perhaps you're sitting at a desk, wondering why you clicked on this bit of media; perhaps you're in your home, browsing, wondering whether you can suffer yet another year in silence with a spouse, a partner, to whom you feel you barely know; maybe you're even en route right now, wondering if this was all some Faustian mistake. Consider that, even if it were - even if it were your soul I sought to claim, to rake back to the depths of the inferno as penance for the glee and merriment you seek - would it be worth it? Is it worth your soul, this offer I make? Perhaps... But I will tell you this: I seek not your soul, nor your heart, nor you to abandon your life - its security, its safety, its mundane pleasantries and quaint charm. Unlike a common man of confidence, I do not seek to hide my intentions nor my desires.

Here, in this heaven - in this paradise - all that matters is the almighty specie: the dollar, the credit, the greenback. We don't ask questions; we have no desire to know, because we have no desire to judge. We neither care for your preference, your orientation, your gender, your sex, your nationality, your culture, your religion, nor even your species; in this heaven, all that matters is the price - the value - and the surety that you, my friend, are waiting and willing.

For the right price, in this sanctuary, you can obtain almost anything, my friend. Good entertainment, good company, a good time: all are things which are available, ready, waiting for you to embrace, to indulge, to accept that part of you which society demands, incessantly, you hide, you shield, you obscure for the sake of its benefit. You are an individual; you are the maker of your own future, the author of your own fate; embrace that simple truth, my friend, and the cosmos shall unfold before you.

In this paradise - in your paradise - your comfort, your desires, your privacy matter. Your will is God, and I am but the messenger to the heavenly host; I am a mediator, an arbiter, the key-holder of your dreams, and all you need do is say a word. Speak it, and it will be so. Does that sound enticing? Right now, has your blood grown hot with anticipation, your flesh shrill and taunt with even the notion that such a place exists? My friend, are you drooling? I wouldn't blame you; many a man, in the history of this universe, has died and killed for even the prospect of such a proverbial Eden of desire. But you... You have it right before you. No great journey, no great trial, no great test of your will or intellect, after all: has your life not been such already? Why should further demands be laid upon you simply for a chance to escape them?

No, my friend. No such trouble. You see, this place, this sanctuary, this bountiful garden lies as largesse, waiting. All you need do is but muster the courage to reach for it. Welcome to paradise; welcome to Eden; welcome to a world where your dreams have come true and, where with but a word, they become endless, timeless, and eternal.

Welcome to Losieda. Won't you come play with us?

Once a system of few prospects, the Sieda System was known for very little before the proprietorship of the Blue Heaven's benefactor, Mister Biggs took interest. Sieda itself, a vibrant, B-class main sequence star, held host to little; to date, but two Jovians sit beyond the halo of the far more renowned Losieda Belt - that halo of debris and stellar accretion which roughly bisects the Beta Quadrant system. Both Ayross and Amoir now stand as little more than testaments to that time before the Blue Heaven: decaying gas giants, their atmospheres streaming away in vibrant arcs of color and particulate, skimmed near to oblivion. Even now, their rocky cores quake and shudder under the weight of their own patron and the gravitic instability of their inner selves. Testaments to the fleeting natures of lust and love, each locked in beauty, but torn by devastation and calamity. Fitting and just.

A mining prospector outpost, once; in portions of the Losieda Belt lost to person and personality, small mining stations, riggers, disassemblers, carry-alls, and stranded freighters centuries old still wobble and orbit. Only Glitter Gulch, that bastion of low-brow life and petty avarice still remains of that age when any man could take it upon himself to seek fortune and fame in the depths of space; now it sits as a constant reminder of the pettiness and most basic and debased forms of hooliganism, situated deep within the Belt, far from the Losieda Constellation for which Mister Biggs has made the system famous. It is protected, none-the-less, by fiduciary benefactors and proprietors beyond his unilateral command. Some - those who seek unregulated violence and debauchery beyond even the Constellation's talents (or want) to secure - still find within its rusted and corroded bulkheads a sort of entertainment and company befitting of the uncivilized swathes of interstellar hell.

Even so, beyond the sight of the out-dated riggers and run-down mining carry-alls, its space cleansed of debris, particulate, and accretion spray, sits the icon of the Sieda System: the Constellation. The Losieda Constellation. Three primary stations - the Garden, the Sanctum, and the Furnace - ringed each by smaller, more diminutive outposts, enclaves, and orbital redoubts which cater to those of particular and discerning tastes. Yet, it is the Towering Trinity, the primary properties of both Mister Biggs (whom holds the Garden solely within his grip) of the Losieda Central Planning Authority, that holds spotlight and demesne over the whole of that stellar fief to flirtatious fealty. One of peace and idyllic wealth, one of the harsh and grinding bustle of the stellar age, and one to demand of its ilk a certain taste and lack of concern for the modesty and righteous indignation of common civility.

All-in-all, Losieda and the Constellation is a paradise-in-expectation. Situated in the crossroads of the coreward region of the Beta Quadrant, even for those whom do not seek to imbibe in its luxuries, the Sieda System serves seemingly as - at least in part - a glittering and glimmering outpost between the great, gilded houses of the Alpha Quadrant and the unforgiving catastrophe of Delta. It is one of the few last stops between both where a soul might seek respite, peace, company, and a gratuitously crafted abyss to let fall their earnings, savings, and - for some - the remainder of their lives.

As per Mister Biggs' initial requirements as founder of Losieda and, ultimately, majority stakeholder in the Sieda System, upon the foundation of the Losieda Central Planning Authority, certain requirements and regulations were established in order to protect not only the capital investments and assets of further proprietors and stakeholders, but also the privacy of visitors, the security of attractions, and the overall quality of Losieda and the Sieda System. Individuals, corporations, and national entities which apply for admission to the Losieda Central Planning Authority must, therefor, abide by the following rules and regulations or face forcible ejection from the Sieda System; confiscation of proprietary assets; and the seizure of any capital currently invested in Losieda, a leased asset or estate, or the Losieda Central Planning Authority.

  • All admissions and applications for proprietorship - be it purchase, lease, or construction - must be approved by the Office of General Admissions and Mister Biggs - personally.
  • All applicants - be they individual, corporate, or national - must pass a mandatory credit and capital check upon submission of application. (See O.O.C. Regulations)
  • All applicants, upon acceptance, as members of the Losieda Central Planning Authority, share profits generated from leases and lease-related dividends equally following an eighteen percent (18%) initial capital deduction by Mister Biggs.
  • All applicants, upon acceptance, as members of the Losieda Central Planning Authority, must contribute no less than two percent (2%) but no more than twelve percent (12%) based upon a sliding scale of annual resource consumption to the Losieda Central Planning Authority for administrative processes, resource allocation, power generation, etc. Of this fee, no more than six percent (6%) of the gross aggregate of contributed funds may be diverted to the Office of General Admissions per annum.
  • All applicants, upon acceptance, must agree to maintain identification information for no longer than ninety (90) standard days and to maintain only alphanumeric identification of visitors, with exception to national identity, species, preferences, and financial information unless expressly stated by the visiting guest or unless the individual, upon registration with reception or an analogous office, is originating from a port-of-call indicated to be potentially hazardous by the Losieda Central Planning Authority. This restriction applies to proprietors within the Towering Trinity only. (See O.O.C. Regulations)
  • All applicants, upon acceptance, must agree to yield spacial security, docking authority, and external security within the Sieda System to the Losieda Central Protection Division. Proprietors whom are owners or leasers may maintain their own security service personnel or analogous personnel within their properties; owners may further maintain a nominal area-of-security to exceed no more than one (1) standard Astronomical Unit surrounding their properties, though they may not overlap with other owner's security and must maintain a LCPD protection buffer of no less than one thousand (1,000) standard kilometers. Owners within the Towering Trinity stations or in direct orbit of one such station surrender all external security control and liability to the LCPD.
  • All applicants, upon acceptance, whom are representation of a nation-state, a star-state, or another analogous governmental polity must agree to maintain nominal neutrality and cease any engagements with belligerent parties within eighty (80) standard light-years from the star Sieda and must maintain this neutrality and lack-of-engagement until departing this region. All applicants, upon acceptance, further must maintain neutrality and a lack-of-engagement policy within thirty (30) standard light-years from the star Sieda, regardless of nature.
  • Individuals and corporate proprietors may apply to purchase or lease space for the following forms of establishment, each of which may contain any lesser establishment spare brothels, bordellos, or other "houses of ill repute": resort; casino; hotel; spa or sauna; nightclub, bar, or saloon; shops. (See O.O.C. Regulations)
  • Nation-state, star-star, or other analogous governmental proprietors may purchase or lease space for the following forms of special establishment: enclave; embassy or consulate; outpost. Enclaves may contain any of the following, including combinations: resort; casino; hotel; spa or sauna; nightclub, bar, or saloon; shops; brothel or bordello upon special application. Embassies or consulates may contain any of the follow, including combinations: hotel; spa or sauna; nightclub, bar, or saloon; shops. Outposts may contain any of the following, including combinations: casino; hotel; nightclub, bar, or saloon. (See O.O.C. Regulations)
  • Any applicant - individual, corporate, or nation-state - may submit a special application for the purchase or lease of space for a brothel or bordello upon completion of the following conditions: an applicant must purchase a standard Hospitality Service Liability Policy from the Losieda Central Planning Authority for no less than €780,000 (Standard Credits/Universal Standard Dollars) per individual in service; an applicant must submit all hospitality service personnel to the Special Hospitality Services Office of the Losieda Central Protection Division once every standard year for health and holisitics screening. Refusal of either condition will result in refusal of said special application. (See O.O.C. Regulations)
  • Any applicant - individual, corporate, or nation-state - may submit a special application for the construction of a new orbital station or platform (in addition to standard service application) upon completion of the following conditions: an applicant must purchase a Standard Construction Liability Policy totally no less than 110% of expected total construction and budget costs (including any relevant employee salary or compensation) to be returned to applicant upon successful completion of said construction project. Applicants which construct their own orbital stations or platforms are considered majority owners of said construct.
  • The Office of General Admissions and Mister Biggs - personally - retain the right to refuse the admission of any party - individual, corporate, or nation-state - and retain the right to refuse service and compensation to any party - individual, corporate, or nation-state.

Special Out-of-Character Regulations

  • I, as Original Poster and owner of this thread, reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason, including none. I further reserve the right to terminate acceptance for any reason, including none, as well as retain the right to refuse extension of concept ownership upon removal from this thread or any other form of expulsion. I do not retain the rights to any user's submitted works, concepts, ideas, thoughts, or creations upon termination of cooperation or participation or ejection or expulsion. Users are responsible solely for the content of their posts.
  • First and foremost, this thread is not about money or economics. This thread is a shared setting between the creator and the accepted applicants. Users may freely utilize their specific properties (leased, owned, constructed, etc. in an In-Character capacity) in any way they see fit insofar as they maintain the rules listed herein. This thread is intended to generate plot and stories, not just to tack on your wall as something you make money from. This is why, with some exceptions, no specific monetary amounts in regards to leases are mentioned - spare what may be added above for the sake of flavor and completionism.
  • Users must agree to not roleplay a plot or story which may otherwise interfere with the operation, existence, or integrity of another user's concept without their express, explicit, written permission. Any complaints or questions may be forward to the operator and owner of this thread via telegram.
  • Users must agree to generally abide by a non-aggression policy in regards to existing within Losieda. It's fine to have a gun-fight, but a catastrophic space battle is likely to result in contact by the Losieda Central Protection Divsion, which brings me to...
  • Users must agree to general accept and roleplay the Losieda Central Protection Divison as one would expect based upon the above In-Character regulations and common sense. In the Towering Trinity stations, outside of properties owned or leased by someone other than the Losieda Central Planning Authority directly are patrolled and controlled by the LCPD. Outside of the Trinity stations, open space (spare in the granted defense envelope to In-Character owners) is controlled by the LCPD. Roleplay this accordingly, or face expulsion upon discovery.
  • Firearms are permitted under certain circumstances. Any random visitor must check their firearms at the respective concourse of any of the Trinity stations. In the instance of the Garden, no firearms spare for authorized security personnel, are permitted outside of the concourse. In the Sanctum, firearms are permitted by any individual, but must be checked and their munitions removed or otherwise the firearm must be made inert unless they own or lease property; this excludes authorized security personnel. In the Furnace, firearms are permitted by any individual, but must be checked and their munitions removed or otherwise the firearm must be made inert unless they own or lease property; this excludes authorized security personnel. Explosives, anti-matter, weapons of mass destruction, lightsabers, etc. are prohibited on all accounts. Firearm sales are permitted on the Sanctum and the Furnace. Outside of the Trinity, the rules of the particular station are what matters, short of the contained regulations.
  • Users whom apply must maintain the general theme of the station they apply to gain property within. If one is constructing a smaller station, clearly, this does not apply. There is obviously some "wiggle room" in this requirement, but the general theme of each of the Trinity stations should be quite evident.
  • Users may apply for ownership or leasing in the following constructs or regions: the Furnace, the Sanctum, the Losieda Constellation, the Losieda Belt.
  • Users may apply for leasing in the following constructs or regions: the Garden.
  • Users may apply for ownership-through-construction in the following constructs or regions: the Losieda Constellation, the Losieda Belt.
  • In short, if a user "constructs" a new station, they are the sole owners and cannot share it with anyone; Mister Biggs does not permit sub-letting. If they "lease" one, however, they technically get to design a station - same way a user would were they to construct it from an Out-of-Character perspective - but, In-Character, the station existed before they applied and is already inhabited by some shops, bars, casinos, etc. As well, if a user "leases" a station outside of the Trinity, they can, in the future, share it with associates or other players as well, creating a cohesive canon.
  • "Credit and capital checks" constitute me, as operator, reviewing the user's posting history.
  • Resorts are defined as any property which has both gambling and a hotel.
  • Casinos are defined as any property which has gambling. Even if it's one slot machine, it's a casino.
  • Hotels are defined as any property which people... This one should be obvious. People stay and sleep there.
  • Spas and saunas are defined as any property which... This is also obvious.
  • Nightclubs, bars, saloons, etc... Also obvious.
  • Shops are... shops.
  • Brothels are defined as any property in which the proprietor receives a cut of profits generated through the exchange of money for actions of a personal, private, and otherwise lascivious nature. Individuals whom wish to operate a brothel must, as a user, have an account which was founded no less than one year (365.25 days) before the date of application unless otherwise granted permission by the thread owner and operator. Further, they must maintain a PG-13 content in all threads which feature such an establishment, or their establishment will be terminated and retroactively removed from Losieda canon as if it were to never have existed. No exceptions.
  • If you are a user which typically plays a nation-state or star-state and wish any individual coming from your country to be monitored more closely, please simply indicate that in the application.
  • Logos must be simple images with transparent backgrounds - meaning they must be .PNG's - that I can readily resize and add. If they are not, I won't add them. I, otherwise, reserve the right to not add logos I don't desire to.
  • I reserve the right to... pretty much modify this however I see fit, whenever I see fit.
  • For once, a communique is not required. This is effectively simply a sign-up and interest thread; users are expected to conduct roleplays involving this shared canon (and, chiefly, their properties) elsewhere.
  • Many thanks to Dreadful Sagittarius and Liu Xiu for inspiration. Also much thanks to those who have contributed, will contribute, and continue to contribute and assist in this project.
  • Also: No, you don't automatically know this is a Syndicate front of some variety. If I tell you you have characters which do, fine; otherwise? This is just some very expensive project started by a very eccentric, very wealthy entrepreneur. Feel free to suspect otherwise In-Character; I'm sure most do. Welcome to Space Vegas.

Within the Sieda System there exists two regions primarily catered to the discerning and the demanding: that of the Losieda Constellation itself and the Losieda Belt which rings the system's patron star. The Constellation, by far, out-prices those desperate outposts, stations, and loathsome wrecks of the Belt in opulence, grandeur, quality, quantity, and price; yet, to dismiss the Belt and ignore its call for that of purely the Towering Trinity and its orbitals would be a mistake, for even those wretched hives hold a value and comfort all their own.

Even so, by sheer volume of traffic and visitation alone, the Constellation defeats the Belt. Overall, the Garden - by far the largest of the Trinity - is the mainstay and idyllic staple of Losieda; held in sole proprietorship by the eponymous "Mister Biggs", it's primary attraction is that of the Blue Heaven casino and resort. Yet, outside of the Garden remains both the remainder of the Trinity and the countless smaller, orbital stations and platforms held in ownership by the shareholders of Losieda, represented by the Losieda Central Planning Authority (of whom Mister Biggs is the often unseen chairman) - both the primary general shareholder body of the system, as well as the source of its primary security force, the Losieda Central Protection Division.

Below is a dossier of the current attractions of Losieda and the Sieda System, categorized by owner. Each individual article contains information pertaining directly to an attraction, as well as any further pertinent information.

Blue Heaven
The Garden, Losieda Constellation
Resort / Spas / Lounges / Shops / Brothels
[ Sole Ownership ]

Bastion of the rich and famous, jewel of Mister Biggs, and the proverbial Arcadia of the Garden, the "Blue Heaven" is the typification of opulence, grandeur, and blatant excess with an obnoxiously obvious disregard for costs and consumption. Towering up the central spire of the Garden and comprising the top ten floors of the towering spindle, the Blue Heaven is a resort (casino and hotel) containing a spa, sauna, several nightclubs and bars, shops, and a luxury, invitation-only brothel known only as the "Empyrean". At its peak, towering over not only the Garden, but all of the Towering Trinity, is believed to be the personal suite of its eponymous proprietor - though such is unknown, given his general and lengthy absences.

Overall, the Blue Heaven has a simple theme: wish-fulfillment. Soft blue tones, whites, and silver are screaming aesthetics commonly found through most of the resort. In truth, to some, the overall theme and aesthetic of the Blue Heaven may seem not only cliche, as its style attempts to typify many notions of "heaven" and "paradise", but also cliche. Lounges and bars are often filled with artists playing tunes and hymns classic of the Galactic Golden Age, and - overall - the establishment seems a romantic's idealization of not only an age long-since having passed, but also of the very notion of succumbing to ones desires. Be it from the personnel and staff or the general style of the Blue Heaven, one seemingly is less likely to view it as a "heaven" and more as one - or many - man's idea of what paradise should be.

Even so, the Blue Heaven is firmly in vogue with many in the Constellation. Be it due to the high-priced liquors which seem to flow freely - and in at least one case, actually do (from a fountain) - or the seemingly endless parties and banquets, the resort never ceases to impress its fair share of patrons. Yet, most of all, the Blue Heaven is known for its annual "Empyreal Masquerade Ball"; a gaudy and ostentatious affair, the Empyreal Ball occurs once per year and is one of the few instances individuals can reportedly actually catch a glimpse of the eponymous Mister Biggs - albeit, behind a mask which seems to change from year to year. Typically, the Empyrean Ball is filled with only the highest tip of the ivory tower of society; a single ticket costs, at minimum, €2.8 million (Standard Credits/Universal Standard Dollars) - the individual price increasing based on a compatible ratio of genders of patrons attending. Last year, a ticket was auctioned for more than €36.0 million (Standard Credits/Universal Standard Dollars).

As could be imagined, security within the Blue Heaven is ever-present, though noticeably clandestine. While the automatic electronic systems might be a bit more apparent - they're intended to be; what is not intended to be seen, however, is the automatic pistol the attractive blackjack dealer has pressed into the small of her back. Nor the sentry drones hidden conveniently behind elaborate gilded facades and mosaics which seem to portray scenes common to the Galactic Golden Age. The knock-out gas dispersal arrays are, so to speak: virtually invisible.

Unsurprisingly, for many, a single night's stay in the Blue Heaven is far beyond reproach; however, the establishment's many gaming stations provide a far greater range of prices for value of the guest's credits, meaning that - even if just for a day - even the most impoverished of visitors can spend a few hours on the slots or burn a few hands at Baccarat.

The Garden
Losieda Constellation, Sieda System
Of the Towering Trinity
[ Sole Ownership & Leasing ]

The pinnacle of the Towering Trinity, the "Garden" is a massive, spindle- or needle-shaped station containing the tip-of-the-top of luxurious (and expensive) resorts, casinos, hotels, lounges, and brothels (though such a term detracts considerably from their luxury). Carrying with it a theme of the "Garden of Eden" and general romantic dreams of paradise and idyllic tranquility, the Garden is renowned first for the Blue Heaven and, secondly, for the expansive botanical gardens, parks, and nature reserves which lend to it its name. It is one of the few station complexes in the Constellation which has dedicated a majority of its volume to open space and attempting to capture the beautiful landscapes featured across the Galaxy. The establishment even contains at least two artificial beaches: one simulating a sound and tranquil bay or lake, the other a rather rough and tumultuous oceanic landscape. Of course, as with many things in Losieda, its perspective seems tainted by idealism.

Though much of its actual volume is dedicated to its botanical expanses, it has a considerable amount of resorts - more than any other station within the Trinity. Though such take-up much of the remaining space, the Garden is in no-way lacking of casinos, hotels, spas and saunas, shops and retail stores, and some of the most opulent brothels in the Sieda System - many of which accept visitors by invitation only.

Aesthetically, the Garden features many Classical and Neo-Classical motifs, with coloration ranging from pale ivory and marble to a virtual cumulative spectrum of the shades and hues commonly found in nature: bright oranges, vibrant greens, and deep and moody reds. Spare, perhaps with the exception of the Sanctum, the Garden is the most artificially colorful complexes of the Towering Trinity - even including the seemingly pervasive marble columns and facades. These aesthetics and motifs are somewhat carried further with staff and personnel, most of which are human, homine, or humanoid; the average card dealer, roulette handler, and receptionist can be seen daily in a variety of suits, blouses, skirts, and other classical customary dress - with a few, if notable exceptions.

Above any of the Trinity, the Garden seems to exemplify and uplift the classical arts: paintings and physical art, sculpture and Neo-Classical architecture, and orchestrations are virtually pervasive. Numerous opera houses, theaters, and cinemas litter many of the resorts and casinos. What space isn't dedicated to art is often, otherwise, dedicated to consumerism. Throughout the Sieda System - and some speculate the Beta Quadrant - the "Republic Concourse" is considered to be one of, if not the, most frequented shopping destinations; boutiques, cafes, and artisan stores sit alongside luxury retail outlets and exceptionally high-value, invitation or membership-only shops and retailers.

Due it its exceptional luxury, wealth, and the considerable upper-class and aristocratic presence, it is often no surprise that the Garden is the most heavily fortified of the Trinity. While security checks are customary upon boarding any complex in the Constellation, the Garden takes the responsibility of protecting its influential clientele one step further, implementing security profiling, randomized credit and capital checks of frequent gamblers, and even implementing a wide array of exceptionally advanced (but otherwise unobtrusive) means of detecting the unruly or aggressive patron.

The Garden, possibly above any of the Towering Trinity, has come to represent the meaning of Losieda: opulence, wish-fulfillment, paradise, and the willingness (if not demand) to ignore the conflict of the cosmos and, instead, stop and smell the (expensive) roses.

Thyrsus
The Sanctum, Losieda Constellation
Entertainment / Shops / Brothels
[ Cycladia Entertainment Consortium Ownership ]

Thyrsus is a large circular structure that is supported by three massive pillars at equidistant locations. The entire main structure is hangs off of the ground and is filled with hundreds of different stores and shops on the lower levels. As customers ascend to the middle levels, the stores and shops are replaced by nightclubs, bars, and dining facilities that are held to the belief that 'the party never stops'. While all facilities must have downtime to meet safety and cleanliness standards demanded by the CEC, there is always the promise of no less than a third of the nightclubs and bars being in operation. On the uppermost levels, the otherwise solid structure gives way to a gentle depression within the ring's interior, terminating in a small park at the center of the depression. The upper levels are home to Thyrsus's two brothels, and moderate apartments available for rent, while also housing many managers and other administrative staff.

Tyche
The Garden, Losieda Constellation
Casino / Resort / Lounges / Brothel
[ Cycladia Entertainment Consortium Leased ]

Tyche is massive building which sits upon the shoreline of one of the Garden's artificial seas. The hotel portion of the structure is a large gently ascending curve which rises to a central vertical spire. Within this structure are the many guest suites, dining facilities and many other establishments one might expect to find at a high end resort in the brothel; Handmaidens. The lower courtyard between the two sweeping 'arms' of the hotel is comprised of anti-gravity pools, lounging areas, and other recreational facilities including a small winery, eventually terminating in the artificial beach.

Tyche's casino is connected to the hotel by way of two long tiered causeways; one exterior and one interior. The exterior path is large enough for small vehicles such as transportation trams to move to and from the casino to the hotel. There are also many footpaths and smaller automated transportation options that wind through vibrant gardens of exotic Theran plants. The interior causeway is dedicated to high speed tram ways, though guests and patrons who wish to walk are free to do so in full climate controlled comfort while marveling in fantastic holoscreens that show off the natural splendor of Thera's wildlife. From the Causeways, guests may also board independent transport shuttles to and from Tyche into greater Losieda.

The casino itself is a cluster of low, wide, crystal shaped columns that rise out of the treeline. Each column contains dedicated gambling equipment such as slot machines, roulette, poker, baccarat and hundreds of other form of gambling, up to and including track racing and when available, live, non-lethal combat events in the style of old Sol cultures. Patrons may also partake in stage shows and eat at a myriad offering of fine dining establishments.

Winning Hand Luxury Housing
The Furnace, Losieda Constellation
Economy Housing
[ Cycladia Entertainment Consortium Ownership ]

The Winning Hand Housing complex were purchased using the remainder of the CEC's Losieda operations funds. There are no bells and whistles to the building, the Winning Hand is a simple complex consisting of several hundred cramped, single room apartments. The Winning Hand has, more than once, been the rude awakening for a overzealous party-goer or more often than not, a poor, recently bankrupt soul who played big and lost big at one of Losieda's many casinos. Located in one of the more run down areas of The Furnace, the Winning Hand is anything but.

Seppun Experia & Exotics[ POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS ]
The Sanctum, Losieda Constellation
Nightclub / Experience Venue
[ Embry AG Ownership ]

Surrounded by a blank stone wall and plaza, Seppun E&E’s offices resembles a fractal leaf with a central string of lifts and support structure connecting to frond-like halls of rooms that shrink as they ascend into a single green diamond marked with the company’s name in a selection of stylised fonts and languages. The office’s courtyard is a continually shifting display of physical forms and holograms that are created by a Genie-level RI tasked with matching the moods and musical orchestrations pumped out by DJ Robo-nik. The courtyard forms part of the nightclub, along with a bar and several rooms offering clubs not limited by Seppun's physical space. The individual rooms are a mixture of transparent and opaque, depending on the function and the user’s preference. The majority of the rooms may be rented, though Seppun E&E requires rooms to be vacated for a minimum of six hours in a 72-hour long period, but the majority of the lowest three fronds are reserved for company use. These are home to necessary administrative systems, hardware, and some clinics. Seppun’s official materials state the clinics are only open to provide operations and support necessary to support its patrons experiences, but the management takes a liberal definition of ‘necessary’.

Seppun E&E’s basic services include experience playbacks (x-plays), augmented reality experiences/games, virtual worlds (both public and private), and generalised communication services. Some of these services are delivered through the company’s local unisphere; some make use of its ansible connection to the wider Nu-space community of Valinon and the Raumreich. Nu-space links and terminals are part of Seppun’s more conventional retail services; the others are software products and various recreational substances (artificial glands, bio-modifications, designer chemicals, entoptic overloads, utility drugs, etc.). Seppun’s presence is very much a pay-to-play operation, with services rumoured to be more extensive for returning and reliable customers.

Seppun E&E maintains no biological staff. Routine affairs are handled by a selection of semi-sentient drones, biomorphic drones, a selection of RIs, and various other artificials. The Embry representative and local head is Guiomar, a Kether Amalgamation SI often appearing as an oversized, vodka-swilling cat and less frequently as an old woman. Her partner is Hayden, another SI found in a generic corpore frame and typically responsible for security issues. Hayden is known for taking a dim - and rather violent - view of those that try to take the experia’s other corpores and drones too far into situations that could be consider of a ‘brothel’ variety. Neither SI provides much evidence of whether their primes are operation in Losieda or simply a high-level fork.

Formerly a reputable production firm from Alpha Centauri, Embry AG is now owned by a consortium of private investors, the Olbers Foundation, and Ardem Holdings. It has become little more than a shell corporation for both Olbers and Ardem’s owner, der Händler (an Endless generation SI).

Black-Light District[ POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS ]
The Furnace, Losieda Constellation
Nightclub / Arcade
[ End of Line Entertainment Industries Ownership ]

The Black-Light District, or BLD, is little more than a simple rave joint of Huerdaen design. While many would say that BLD is in the wrong district, that wouldn't be entirely accurate. Where-as the endless rave of Sanctum continues, BLD's beast tend toward a heavier tempo, priding themselves on using such novelties as gunfire as percussion during shows for a particularly unique event. Stories and rumors abound of whether these shows incorporate live ammunition, but it's no secret that the place bears bullet scarring in the walls, and is one of the more violent of establishments. Bouncers are instructed to break up fights that endanger lives, but little else, and often the raves descend into musically-guided brawls. This, of course, means that the guards are of a particularly high caliber compared to many other areas in Towering Trinity, including arms and armor, though supporters say this only adds to the atmosphere.

In the back is included a bar and arcade where the high noise, sturdy construction, and Huerdaen belief that letting out anger is a healthy prospect mean that blood is routinely cleaned from the floor. These things require significant and lengthy wavers to be signed before entering, as well as the heavily armed security, but the overbearing presence of a Huerdaen Corporate Militia providing security, as well as the atmosphere of the Furnace and the rumors that abound about backroom deals brokered in the arcade continue to support the business that occurs in BLD, keeping it a lively attraction, if not for the faint of heart.

Genesis House
The Garden, Losieda Constellation
Resort / Shop / Professional Escorts
[ Fauna Technologies Leased ]

Genesis House is a modestly sized establishment, a hundred or so rooms for the rich and beautiful to stay for the night. Other services include genetic modifications, built to order by some of the finest tailors in the sector, as well as professional personal attendants and escorts for the duration of stay.

Inside the front doors there is an entryway, a decently sized hall with a vaulted ceiling that looked like a glass top. The entire room, and indeed much of the internal decor, is designed to give the appearance of being in a jungle. Stairs are moss covered roots, and everything the guest needs is provided via a personal communicator available in a variety of small "cute" synthetic and hypoallergenic animals. The guest needs only address the "pet" and attendants will be notified immediately.

Attendants can be made available for services outside the premises, provided you are signed up for an extended stay. All attendants are highly trained and more than capable of serving as liaison or escort to social functions. "Here at Genesis House, it is our goal to make you feel like a god."

The Siege[ POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS ]
The Furnace, Losieda Constellation
Combat Simulation Arena / Arms Dealer / Firing Range
[ Final Apex Physical Athletics Ownership ]

The Siege is aptly named, running a rather mundane live fire range at the entrance that fires over the heads of those entering the establishment. Within is a comparative armory of weapons imported from the Star Empire and their allies or trading partners, providing one of the most comprehensive collection of modern fire-arms still available in the galaxy, up to and including modern military gear such as the Huerdaen Maedar or the Setulanite K-14. The true attraction, however, is the chance to use these weapons on other beings. Open to all sentient beings with the proper wavers, The Siege offers the opportunity to take newly purchased weapons out to play, loading them with specially modified false rounds designed not to kill the target, though significant bruising can be expected. Here, they run full size simulations, including House-run tank actions between sides supported by paying customer infantry, last stand actions, and take-and-hold missions. Their rules are limited, requiring eye protection, and providing the option to call yourself 'out', though the only true way to get out of the line of fire is to hit the dirt. Special deals are offered to organized combat groups willing to train against disorganized foes, and The Siege is known to cater to larger parties, booking the entire facility for up to 48 hours for particularly wealthy clients.

Bastion Station
Losieda Constellation, Sieda System
Losieda Central Protection Division Command and Control Complex
[ LCPA Ownership ]

"Bastion Station" is, simply put, the security command and control hub of the Sieda System. It is the central nexus of all Losieda Central Protection Division personnel and services, including flight, docking, and traffic control for the whole of the system. Quite sizable in its own right, Bastion Station is centered between the stations of the Towering Trinity, acting as a collective barycenter for the Constellation as a whole.

Not much information is known about Bastion Station; as per one of the initial directives of Mister Biggs access is restricted to his given order alone. Representatives held in membership of the Losieda Central Planning Authority may, nominally, request a guided visit and tour, but such must be granted exclusively by the Chairman of the LCPA - an office held by Mister Biggs since the establishment of Losieda and, presumably, is an office held in perpetuity as no legal method exists to remove the Chairman from office.

It is not uncommon to see LCPD corvettes, frigates, and patrol cruisers in close proximity to the station, and even a cursory glance indicates that Bastion Station itself has a sizable defensive (and, presumably, offensive) envelope. Dishes, arrays, and other antennae litter the station, leading many to suspect it monitors virtually all communication within the Sieda System - even amongst the distant Losieda Belt installations, though such rumors have been unanimously dismissed by the LCPD as "speculative conspiracies".

The Furnace
Losieda Constellation, Sieda System
Of the Towering Trinity
[ LCPA Ownership & Leasing ]

Often referred to as the "twisted sister" of the Towering Trinity, the "Furnace" is a unique and, some say, disgusting and revolting addition to Losieda. Much like its sisters, the Garden and the Sanctum, it is a spindle- or needle-type station though, quite evidently, of greater age or make than its cohorts. In actuality, what is now known as the Furnace was originally the first station erected in the Sieda System once Mister Biggs acquired it, originally housing the first casinos, resorts, and nightclubs in what would become the Losieda Constellation. Many years ago, however, upon completion of both the Garden and the Sanctum, official administrative offices were moved to the Sanctum, with Blue Heaven and the "Biggs Tower" coming to serve as the administrative heart of the Losieda Central Planning Authority and the Sieda System respectively. Unlike its twins, however, the Furnace was, seemingly, allowed to decay; in actuality, it was specifically refurbished, retrofitted, and renovated to appear to be an orbital complex nearly six times its contrived age. The purpose of this, though not immediate to many original members of the LCPA, was to cater to a very specific audience and patronage: those whom seek to walk on the razor's edge of life and death, or, in the very least, appear to do so.

The Furnace, both inside and outside, appears decaying, rusted, corroded, and otherwise in considerable disrepair. Mister Biggs took considerable care in designing the overall aesthetic of the establishment to match that of the theme desired: life on the frontier or, otherwise, how life is (idealized) to be in the criminal underground and otherwise on the edge of established and regulated space. To fit this theme, most of the aesthetics, coloration, and architecture of the Furnace are designed to appear dated - even completely destroyed. Most of the interior corridors are small, if but by comparison to the rest of the Trinity, designed to give the feel of a winding labyrinth or the serpentine and cramped corridors of a military vessel. Entries and portal which, on other stations, would be automated, often require relatively archaic manual control, turn-valve hatches, and even bulkheads in smaller or private clubs and lounges. Even lighting is specific to the desired theme and setting, with most forms of illumination either being flickering, seemingly outdated neon or simulated barrel fires accomplished through the use of highly-controlled plasma envelopes.

This aesthetic extends to the personnel and staff, with large portions of the workforce being dressed in attire one might assume to be customary on the frontiers of space: leathers and hides, corrugated metal, and spikes are common. As well, as is quite flagrantly indicated on the docking concourse, visitors and patrons whom wish to enter the Furnace much agree to a liability waiver to leave the relatively mundane shops and lounges of the concourse; this is primarily due to the fact that certain portions of the staff are permitted to strike guests using modified (and highly safe, often rubber or hard foam is utilized) clubs or batons. When entering the Furnace, users are actually informed that a part of the establishment's charm is that users are encouraged to "live free"(within the confines of the liability waiver and entry contract) and "act-out their criminal fantasies" in relative comfort and safety; roleplaying plays a pivotal role for guests of the Furnace.

This has lead, in part, to the main reason the Furnace has gained its notoriety: while its sisters in the Towering Trinity sport aesthetics of Neo-Classical, fictional idyllic utopias or hyper-sterile modern amenities, catering to the arts and classical orchestrations, the Furnace is known for its pleasure and entertainment industry. In addition to the often constantly blaring sound-effects of grinding gears, breaking pipes, and warping metal being interspersed by loud, dissonant industrial and dark ambient hymns, the concept of "deviant" pleasures pervade the Furnace. This is why, above the rest of the Trinity, the Furnace sports the highest percentage of brothels and simulated, frontier bars. To a degree, this has been encouraged; out of most establishments in the Constellation, the acceptance of certain discerning tastes has lead the Furnace to maintain the highest percentage of non-humanoid sapients for the past decade.

As is expected, security is paramount within the Furnace to avoid crossing boundaries and to enforce consensual agreements. While some staff seem to only carry facsimiles of weapons, the complex boasts an advanced security system on par with the Garden and the Sanctum. Truly violent aggression and brutality is simply not accepted, with what few incidents occur annually most frequently result not merely in the expulsion of the client from the Furnace, but a complete expulsion and banishment from the Sieda System.

Though the Furnace's themes and aesthetics are eclectic, of the Towering Trinity, only the Garden itself exceeds it in generated revenue per year.

The Sanctum
Losieda Constellation, Sieda System
Of the Towering Trinity
[ LCPA Ownership & Leasing ]

The most recent and, some would say, "modernized" of the Towering Trinity, the "Sanctum" is a beacon to all whom revel in the contemporary age. Clean, sterile, sleek, the Sanctum is the most recent iteration of the spindle- or needle-type station complex that has come to define the Losieda Constellation. While the Garden is prototypical of its viridian nature and the Furnace is a rotting carcass dedicated to safe depravity and debauchery, the Sanctum is the Trinity sister which exists to bring revelry to every scene-fiend, glitter-girl, and radical raver the Galaxy over. Seen by some as a "middle ground" between the Neo-Classical paradise of the Garden and the inferno of the Furnace, the Sanctum draws crowds, mostly, of the young and the voracious. Even so, it is the administrative epicenter of the Losieda Central Planning Authority, holding its primary offices in the highest pinnacle of its spire. This presence of bureaucrats and businessmen, however, has done little to dampen the jovial, party atmosphere of the establishment.

The theme of the Sanctum is a simple, but nuanced one: dance. An endless dance. A timeless party. A rave of drug-fueled ecstasy which never ends. Due to this, the overall aesthetic of the complex has been catered to suit individuals whom find peace in the clean, featureless, and smooth white, gray, and jet black facades of its wide, winding, spiral corridors. To fits this aesthetic motif, of the Towering Trinity, the Sanctum has the most automated systems, with a majority of staff being drones, automatons, virtual intelligences, and various artificial machinations designed to dispense, disperse, and dope. While a living, organic staff is always present, Mister Biggs has taken considerable measures to ensure their presence remains as minimal (and as clandestine) as possible, mostly limited to logistical support staff and security personnel.

Of its cohorts, the Sanctum is known mostly for two things: its music and its endless supply of psycho-stimulants, hallucinogenics, uppers, downers, and cybernetic psychotropics. For this, the station not only caters to individuals whom seek recreation within a drug-ignited, electronica-fed perpetual rave, but also for those whom, due to either necessary or cosmetic reasoning, have cybernetic implants or augmentations. Many cafes, lounges, and nightclubs proudly feature terminals to dispense such colorful cybertropics as "Synth", but also more common narcotics such as "Glitter", "Glam", "Grit", "Grime", and the up-and-comer "Smoke". Of course, such is in addition to more common recreational entheogens.

A primary feature of note within the Sanctum is an otherwise disconnected synthetic intelligence known as "DJ Robo-nik" which controls the media and musical doses throughout most public spaces in the establishment, sending-out an endless torrent of psychedelic media, electronica, trance, and electronic body music. Even so, though music and the endless party is, by far, the primary focus of the Sanctum, the complex also provides various resort, casino, and both physical and virtual- or simulated-reality brothels for discerning clientele, each with its own theme and aesthetic related to the overall design of the facility.

As mentioned, security within the complex is, primarily, provided through unobstrusive electronic means and clandestine organic security personnel; however, due to the unique nature of the Sanctum, the station also provides "come down stations" and various relaxing atmospheres, as well as penultimate health and physical wellness facilities in the event of a patron partying to the point of exhaustion or in the event of the rare incident.

Though tailing the Furnace and the Garden in overall generate revenue per year, the Sanctum has seen a steady increase in profits and patronage for the past five years, demonstrating that, ultimately, visitors come to Losienda not for the art or the company, but just to have a good time.

Kamk' Outpost
Losieda Constellation, Sieda System
Enclave / Colony / Casino / Hotel / Bars / Brothels
[ Neo-Terran Federation Ownership & Constructed ]

The Kamk Outpost was constructed by the Terran United Victory Penta-corp in honor of the Beloved Emperors great great grandson's birth. Every single inch of the outpost is designed to feel like home and to provide for those inside of it without resupply. The parts and pieces used are from military grade industrial suppliers and the blueprints for the station are based off NTF logistic bases with alterations to suit the civilians living there. All the shops are simply furnished and sell products that are used culturally by the Neo-Terran people. Most materials that can be made there are and only luxuries and additional Information or people from home are imported.

The theme however is completely unlike that of all other NTF installations around the galaxy, what it is like to be under siege. The setting is built off the rich, bloody history of people who constructed it. Each of the four sections is based off an era in the peoples' history, filled with people who match the era. There is one to two of everything besides the brothels per section, and all are equal in size.

Tima Section
The Tima section harkens to the days of the capital city in The Republic, which became The Empire. All the water is clear in Tima section and there is a large pool of water it, which lies before a massive temple to the Enlightened One. Everyone there is chosen for being pious and will frequently mention "The Darkness of Pride", being very humble themselves.

Vadia Section
After The Empire fell, those who remained pious went far away to seek out new land where they could start over. From the instant they built their first city, everyone around them wanted everything they had. The next thousand years showed them climbing mountains of blood to eventually counter the entire landmass. The empire came close to falling at the end, just like before; but a prophet known as Seth urged them to fix themselves by fixing the world. Everything in the area looks like it belongs in a war-zone or did at some point in the past. Everyone that lives in this section mentions "The State" and "The Darkness of Greed", the people of course pretty much own no private possessions.

Alliance Section
Seth founded his own nation, which matched Vadia in might and had half of all of Vadia's old population. The two equals, Seth and Emperor Peter, forged a Golden Age of humanitarian aid and violent peacekeeping operations. Over a thousand nations felt the impact of Neo-Terran Alliances might. Everything in the area is modeled to look highly efficient and yet welcoming, with a blend of a dozen cultures in it's mix. Those who live in this section, praise "The War Effort" and condemn "The Darkness of Hate", the most loving people in all of the outpost live here.

Federation Section
Seth's son Richard, who replaced Peter as Emperor of Vadia, and Natasha, the adopted daughter of Seth who became president of Seth's nation; founded the NTF after the golden dawn before. They united both nations, along with all liberated and protected lands into a federation. All had separate heads of state, but shared a military and many common laws. Everything in this area looks like any other NTF buildings would The theme is knowledge, as such the intellects who fill this section shun "The Darkness of Ignorance".

Maav's Mystic Shop of Shadows
Old Mining Station No. 22, Losieda Belt
Gift Shop
[ Order of the Shadows Leased ]

Located on an old mining station. Refurbished since the old hulk it had been, but the character remained. The station itself is not terribly large, and hosts a variety of migrant traders and other small markets. Something akin to the discount gift shop of the system. It has become known as "Market Rock", due to the station being built into a modestly sized asteroid.

Maav's is located within the station, off to the side of the main strip of shops at the end of a dimply lit hallway. You would almost miss it if you weren't looking carefully or knew where to go. A delicately ornate sign the only indication that the hall led to anything at all.

Inside, the shop is lit by soft glowing white orbs which drift along following customers to provide light. The shop is something of an antique shop, where one can buy and sell trinkets and other items of interest. For those that know what to look for, a large variety of thaumic wares are available, and Maav himself, an old Merr, is an accomplished enchanter. Though many of the more interesting items are secured away from immediate access and a brochure can be provided.

Tyrant 420: KV-1[ POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS ]
Losieda Belt, Sieda System
Enclave / Markets / Nightclubs / Restaurant / Lounges
[ Prince Kijaa'Rul Fthast Ownership & Constructed ]

Built from the recycled husks of various vessels scavenged by the Vahkiran, the Tyrant 420 sits deep within the Losieda Belt, a multi-layered, null grey station with no apparent craftsmanship, an eyesore compared to the Losieda Constellation. However it still stands as an enclave for Vahkiran traveling to and from, where other-wise they wouldn't be accepted, acting both as a key social point and trading hub. Originally designed as a temporary station, it was refurbished and made more 'permanent' by one of the three Vahkiran prince's with far too many credits to spare, seeing a profit and also, a hideaway for his "privateers".

The Wealthy Upper Levels
A sprawling, clean white city of sky scrapers and walkways. Gardens and parks, lakes. Everything was made to appeal to those rich of wealth. A place to live in harmony with your other rich folk. Pompous, fake and blind to the truth, these people only accept their peers and frown upon any lower. The peace is safeguarded by the E.U.L.P (Emergency Upper Level Police) who do not take kindly on criminals.

The District Level
A highly industry based level. Below the Rich upper level. This is were all the major companies mass together, creating a large mess of factories, offices and warehouses. This place is a relatively crime free area and is kept running by the Rich folk above, in exchange for their goods and every day objects one would need to live. This area is rather corrupt and each industry competes with it's peer. The peacekeepers here are the E.D.L.P (Emergency District Level Police).

The Lower Slum Level
A cesspit of death, brutality and pain, dull, orangey artificial lights shine overhead, creating an eerie, depressing sun like shine. Where every day is a struggle to survive on what little money you can scrape by. This is where the two upper levels dump their unused goods, riddled with dangerous scavenging aliens and equally dangerous gangsters. This is an every man, woman and child for itself area, a dog eat dog world. Where every action has a brutal outcome. This place is a war zone between the Mafia groups fueled by the Industries above and the F.R.A.F (Fast Response Assault Force).

Centaure
The Garden, Losieda Constellation
Resort / Restaurants / Shops / Brothels / Special Services
[ Reich Entertainment Group Leased & Donated Monument ]

Focused on providing the experience of Alpha Centauri, the Centaure is a structured donated to the Gardens by R.E.G. The structure consists of two spheres built as stylised heraldic suns, one gold and one copper, to mimic the Alpha Centauri binary pair of the larger system. Alpha, the gold sun, is more than double the size of Beta, it’s binary partner. The suns use gravimetrics to maintain a constant altitude and is connected to the ground by psi gates (OOC: matter displacement/transmissions) maintained by staff and providing service to both the hotels lobbies. Aerocar and small craft can be be accommodated by both suns as needed.

The two interiors are designed to reflect the Five Worlds originally at the core of the Valinor home system. Alpha’s reception area and lobby honours New Köln with its Simplified Baroque-Empire architecture. A floor of veined marble, columns, and cultivated gardens given way to ornately worked cast-iron arches dividing frescos that are altered to reflect various seasons and periods. Rooms occupy two distinct bands in Alpha. Two groups are close to the lobby, one in the pastoral style of Proxima Centauri and the other in the more modernist design common to Pholus Centauri. A smaller group of staterooms are located in the upper level of Alpha with similar divisions. A vertical central gallery services all levels and centres on lifts around a Flickinger field aquarium with aquatic life from Pholus. The middle levels are reserved for various entertainments. The Michelbrunn is a simulated noble estate overlooking the imperial capital, noted for its high-stakes clientele. The Nixe is a semi-circular casino built into a larger aquarium feature Pholus fauna and flora. The walls and floors are mostly consumed by views into the aquarium. The modernist decor is divided into four distinct areas: casual gambling (card games, slots, simu-machines), sports and race betting, Raumreich gambling attractions, and a dedicated bar. Other features in Alpha’s entertainment areas including a selection of restaurants, refreshment kiosks, branches of select social clubs, and various shops and boutiques. The NovaTech boutique and BioDyne clinic (offering limited bio modifications, cyberisation, entoptic specialistions, and scheduling for more advanced surgeries at a full clinic) are notable attractions.

Beta replicates the same basic layout as its larger partner. Its reception area and lobby imitates Rasalhague, Proxima III’s major urban centre. Cooler and drier than the worlds of the larger binary component, the lobby is a mixture of whites and light browns. It is less ornate than Alpha’s lobby and appears to be constructed from fossilised wood. Accommodations in Beta are limited to the upper levels and feature fewer staterooms. The central gallery is a circle canted at a 40-degree angle, imitating the Court of Nessus superstructure coronet around Proxima III’s largest moons. Gambling is limited to a few casual parlours; the Beta Bracelet emphasises commerce. Besides Valinor shops and chains, the Bracelet features presence that at least purport to be from the wider Raumreich community, like the real coronet’s port and commercial areas. Centaure management promotes changes in Beta Bracelet, frequently trying to encourage new openings when contracts expire. However, the House of Loose Silk is a perennial feature. It is a geisha house from the Old Dominionite portions of Proxima III. The highly structured world of Dominionite geisha’s has lapsed in the centuries since annexation, leading to more corporate organisations mixed with empire’s more common courtesan and prostitution services, but the House of Loose Silk is a traditional establishment. The expense of enticing such an establishment is a source of some speculation and no comment from the Centaure management.

Unlike the actual binary, the two suns are locked in position in relation to one another with Beta slightly above Alpha. The two are linked by internal psi gates and a forcefield connection that allows guests and visitors to walk through the air between the two suns. The stylised rays orbiting around each sun (10 for Alpha and eight for Beta) are connected by psi gates as they ‘orbit’ around the suns the pattern of orbit varies periodically along longitudinal and latitudinal points. The rays function as galleries allowing visitors to view the Centaure’s location. Limited refreshment and dining options are available and rays may be reserved.

The Centaure’s official anchorage is the Five Worlds Gardens, a pentagram arrangement with a different environment or display for each of the Five Worlds. The Proxima I garden features a deciduous forest; Pholus a temperate rainforest along a simulated beach; Proxima III a continental climate binome and; Nessus Prime a geometric regolith mosaic; Prometheus Centauri a zero-gravity environment floating above a simulated jovian atmosphere with a thin ring and two model moons. The Five Worlds Gardens is available as a venue beyond the Centaure proper, and the central stone plaza can be easily adapted to suit varying audiences and needs thanks to its polymorphic architecture. When the Centaure is away on its routine migration or relocated for a special event or promotion, the plaza can be seen reworking itself into an amphitheatre, open market, or an impromptu art show feature replications of local or Raumreich artists.

Three-quarters of the Centaure’s staff are RIs, androids, independent drones, and various self-learning systems. Administrative, guest services, and certain entertainment staff are contracted employees of R.E.G. or subcontractors from other companies. The hotel also works closely with LCPD in relation to security issues, but the Centaure maintains a R.E.G. security detail and contracts two inspectors from Littel Government Services. This is in keeping with an overall cost to minimising expenses as much as possible. Original speculation thought this was part of an evaluation period of the Losieda market. The release of details about an arrangement with UPBG, including investment support and an insurance on revenue growth, in return for a division of spoils after a 10 to 15 year period suggest other possibilities.

Sovereign
The Sanctum, Losieda Constellation
Resort / Bar / Restaurant
[ Strantzas Unlimited Ownership ]

The most recent venture coming out of Strantzas Unlimited, Sovereign is unusually reserved for the entertainment giant. Consisting of, by Hegemonic standards, a relatively subdued casino and hotel, Sovereign is nonetheless one of Strantzas' most hopeful expansions. Lacking in the usual abundance of drug stations and VR docks that normally decorates Strantzas resorts, Sovereign maintains the sleek and smooth lines typical of Hegemonic architecture. A mix of cream and various shades of blue decorate the hallways and rooms of the resort, and is coupled with the typical hard-light displays of Hegemonic machinery to make for a menagerie of colour that Strantzas uses as its signature and to make it clear to all guests that they're in a Rhustarim establishment.

A massive, double tiered gambling floor makes up the main attraction of the resort. The first tier of the fifty-thousand square foot area consist of the typical gambling attractions of card games, slot machines and various other typical facilities, all attended to by a variety of drones and organic Rhustarim. Above this floor lies the much smaller area reserved for what little VR simulations are available in Sovereign, where gamblers can take part in, or bet on, various virtual reality based games. Wargames, races and sports are all present to be played and bet on, while at the back a betting station has near constant footage of games played within the Hegemony's borders. Low level Sophontic Intelligences are on standby to provide detailed information regarding teams, statistics and odds for each sport that is streamed to the resort for those unfamiliar with Hegemonic games and participants. All of this is managed by the Novasent level SI Nazara, who works in tandem with the Novasent Illuscious and the organic director to run the resort. Security is managed by Nazara itself, using a combination of fields and drones to ensure the safety of guests on the gambling floor.

The resort also contains accommodation for up to two hundred individuals across one hundred and fifty rooms and suites. All rooms are fitted with at least a queen sized bed, a wardrobe, bathroom and various assorted amenities including a minibar loaded with various drinks from across the Hegemony. A spacious work desk is also available for individuals who might be in the resort on business. Rooms with two queen sized beds are also available. The Void of the Soul
Losieda Belt, Sieda System
Casino / Lounge / Nightclub / Theater
[ The Singers of the Void Ownership & Constructed ]

A 900 meter diameter disk-shaped station, with a ziggurat-like structure atop it. An amber-black crystal glows atop the Ziggurat's apex. The station was dropped off by a largish fleet tender type ship identified as the Akret. The clubs and casinos take up a good deal of the station's outer rim area, with the cor used for power, administrative, and other functions. Security guards consist mostly of cybernetically enhanced individuals made up to look like "undead". The station has point defense armament and shields, but no heavy weapons. Docking bays for small shuttles and the like are available in the lower section of the disk-hull.

The station has a crew and staff of approximately 500, all "humans", but some of the upper management would be recognizable as Mu (ie: EN people). (Anyone contacting Eternal Night will be told there are no records of these individuals). The station has a very "dark" theme, think a mix of Gothic and post-apocalyptic. It is designed to appeal to the darker or more depressing aspects of societies, especially to youths or others feeling the blues. In addition to the main club (Think "House of Blue" in Las Vegas, but darker.) there are a number of smaller clubs. Bands are often invited to play here, and there is also a casino-albeit not as large as on dedicated casino stations. There are some hotel rooms available for those wanting to stay. The Ziggurat is off-limits to guests, and there are dark rumors that those who have managed to sneak in are never seen again... or worse, they are.

Once every month, a large (2 Km long) armed freighter shows up, stays off-station for about 12 hours, and then leaves, heading out-system. No shuttles are ever seen to travel between the superfreighter and the station. The oddest thing is that guests sometimes think they see ghosts and similar apparitions in the less used corridors. This is widely thought to be hallucinations, or perhaps special effects to heighten the dark atmosphere that station creates for it's clientele.

UPBG - Losieda Operations
The Garden (And Others), Sieda System
Bank / Financial Services / Lenders / Secure Storage
[ United Pholus Banking Guild Ownership, Constructed, & Leased ]

Losieda Operations was initially organised as an exploratory operation by the Board of Control, UPBG’s senior executive board, during the earlier tenure of Mr. Bigg’s administration of Losieda and after the formal formation of the Losieda Central Planning Authority. The success of the LCPA and its chairman led to the passage of a new organisational charter by the boards of Control and Directors, creating Losieda Operations as the newest system directorship in the Guild.

Losieda Operations brings the Raumreich’s leading banker and financial investment hypercorp to the system. It offers the expected range of information brokerage, insurance, and investment services. However, it offers a service that is uncommon in the Constellation: the ability to discreetly move funds and resources in and out of the system. This is undertaken with the blessing of Mr. Biggs in a relationship that is part tacit approval and part active cooperation. Exact dynamics of the relationship are closely guarded, but the Valinor reputation for privacy and discretion - above all else in its banking laws - is a point of commonality between UPBG and Losieda’s administration. It is likely UPBG’s selective offering of services (dealing mostly with current clients, avoiding common lending in Losieda’s domestic financial markets, and a non-aggressive client expansion plan) are added incentives for mutual tolerance.

There are three major components to the UPBG presence in Losieda. The local charter offices are the most publicly visible. These are located in the Spectrum in a facility built to resemble transparent chateau (OOC: a picture of Solvay Castle/Chateua de la Hulpe is a good model). The transparent walls maximise the view of the primary service point, which is a holographic model of a Klemperer rosette with UPBG’s purple-and-gold double helix in the centre and interaction points appearing as needed along the orbiting light band. Primary service interactions are carried out by dedicated mid-level Resident Intelligences (RIs). Beside the service point, the charter offices are minimalist. The vaulted glass is offset by an artificial feldspar flooring and an interior wall of similar appearance. The vaulted glass entryway is mimicked in the interior wall by a more traditional door. Behind this mixture of wood, active material simulation layers, and adamant (a mixture of carbon allotropes with artificials bonds designed for toughness and durability), the office’s on-duty staff can be found. The local offices of the UPBG operate on the same schedule as the primary offices in Alpha Centauri. They are staffed by a minimum of two to three representatives at anyone time, not including security personnel readily in evidence at the lobby. Representatives handle sensitive client services, office deliveries from and to secure storage, and coordination with local authorities. In addition to the offices, the offices small grounds (consisting of imported Pholus Centauri tropical flora and fauna) provide cover for on-site storage and some of the operations’ support structure and data services. UPBG explicitly forbids the presence of firearms and lethal weapons on its property (excluding representatives of its own security contingent) and cooperates with Losieda Central Protection Division in seeing this policy is publicised and enforced.

Other than the charter offices, UPBG maintains remote service points scattered throughout the Losieda Constellation. These are most often semi-spherical drones marked by or displaying UPBG’s double helix. Drones are remotely operated by mid-level RIs or by one of the two administrative RIs attached to the system, although they are built around a dedicated Genie-level RI. They are found in various locations throughout the Constellation and Belt. Most are mobile and coordinated by the charter offices or the director’s office; some take up permanent locations that are either a polite form of squatting or a leased space. The drones use simple gravimetrics for movement but carry force fields of varying capabilities depending on their location for protection, visual displays, or other capabilities. Unmarked drones of similar design are sometimes seen in the Gulch, presumably carrying out activities for clients enjoying a more complete vacation from mundane conventions of reputability. Capable of many services, drones will route clients to the chapter offices or a representative if needed.

Representatives and other staff also act as a mobile virtual office, capable of varying levels of service. The official UPBG policy is that representative-level services are only universally available in the Losieda Constellation.

The final component of the operations are the offices of system director and the residences. Both are located in leased facilities in the Gardens. Émilien Blanchett is the current system director (a naturalised imperial citizen original from the Talbott Cluster). His office and residence are located in a limestone Neoclassical home with columned front gable. The door is surrounded by an elaborate frame imported from the Cluster and depicting various scenes from Nouveaux Caledonian history. Mostly in keeping with the Garden’s motif, Blanchett’s residence does feature a more than usual number of windows, emphasising light and the botanical grounds. Blanchett lives with his wife, Agota. In contrast to some of the more flamboyant employees, the Blanchetts are reserved and rarely seen outside the Gardens and never beyond the Constellation. The system director is known to favour some of the Golden Age lounges of Blue Heaven. Some social functions are held at the residence and the offices are open to certain select clients. These are focused at soliciting investment from Valinon and the Raumreich, as well as entertaining local ne’er-do-wells.

The other representatives, staff, and security personnel are encouraged to live in the Gardens (with their employer offering a generous stipend). Some choose to live in other locations on their own expense.

"Glitter Gulch"
Losieda Belt, Sieda System
Casino / Hotel / Saloon / Brothel
[ Unknown Ownership & LCPD Unregulated ]

The last "solid" remnant of the days when the Sieda System was a mining and prospector outpost, "Glitter Gulch" is somewhat an anomaly in the fanciful Losieda. While run-down stations and surly establishments are not necessarily uncommon in the Belt, the Gulch's reputation far precedes it. Notoriously rumored to be a popular destination and outpost by harriers, brigands, pirates, and all manner of criminal hooligan between the Alpha and Delta Quadrants, it has garnered considerable attention over the years.

Though few indications remain of its former person, the Gulch was once the central mining and refinery complex of the operations in the Sieda System; what records exist state that, at one time, it was a major industrial center in the system. Now all that remains is a corroded and faded bit of paint declaring its proprietor as the "'Illegible' Mining Conglomerate", much of it destroyed by time and particulate or obscured by the glaring neon sign declaring the establishment as "Glitter Gulch".

Few patrons of the Constellation ever frequent the Belt, much less the Gulch. In its positioning, the station is almost an antipode of the Losieda Constellation itself, and while sometimes it can narrowly be glimpsed in the distance, the towering spires of the decaying refinery indicating some degree of former prestige, it otherwise often goes ignored by the wealthy clientele across from it. This has considerably dumbfounded many guests and residents of Losieda over the years; in combination with the relatively low co-mingling traffic between the Gulch and the Towering Trinity, information regarding it has been frequently difficult to obtain.

What is known is that the Gulch has some degree of at least a saloon; primary speculation considers it to be a "gentleman's club" of some ill repute (at best), and a surly and backwater brothel at worst. In addition, gambling is often common, though mostly of an impromptu sort; even so, it is known the Gulch sports at least some degree of hotel or apartments tucked deep within the confines of its dusty, dilapidated refinery.

Two things stand-out most curiously in regards to Glitter Gulch. Firstly, questions regarding the context and nature of a large, seemingly bolted- or welded-shut corridor or hangar running as spinal through much of the station are persistent; some speculate it is simply space converted into housing or storage, while others suggest it is potentially a relativistic accelerator or, even, a superluminal gate. Secondly, due to questions regarding ownership and persistent set of superluminal transmissions originating from the Gulch have called into question as to why Mister Biggs has granted the establishment quarry - or even if he is aware it exists.

Description of Establishment: Located on an old mining station. Refurbished since the old hulk it had been, but the character remained. The station itself is not terribly large, and hosts a variety of migrant traders and other small markets. Something akin to the discount gift shop of the system. It has become known as Market Rock, due to the station being built into a modestly sized asteroid.

The peace is safeguarded by the E.U.L.P [Emergency Upper Level Police] who do not take kindly on criminals.

The peacekeepers here are the E.D.L.P [Emergency District Level Police]

This place is a war zone between the Mafia groups fueled by the Industries above and the F.R.A.F [Fast Response Assault Force]

Applicant Name or Identifier: Strantzas Unlimited
Name of Establishment: Sovereign
Location of Establishment: Sanctum
Logo: None yet. I is bad at Photoshop.
Lease, Purchase, or Construct? Purchase
Apply for a Brothel? List number: No
Indicate Contained Establishment(s): Resort
Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? No
Description of Establishment:

Special accommodation can be made based on species related requirements with advance notice, including but not limited to: atmospheric changes, different bed constructions, different bathroom requirements. Luxury suites are situated on the top floor, and include a personal SI assistant as well as complimentary foods in the minibar that are replenished every twenty GalStandard hours. These luxury suites also include, in addition to the standard room amenities, a small dining table and VR gaming rig.

Sovereign boasts two restaurants which are open to all guests regardless of whether they are staying at the resort or not. An all you can eat buffet is open at all hours, with foodstuffs taken from all across Hegemonic space as well as suggested meals from across the galaxy, while a more refined a la carte restaurant is open for twelve hours out of every twenty GalStandard and boasts a much more elegant array of meals for those willing to spend a little more. A bar is available on the gambling floor which is open at all hours, and provides free drinks to those who are currently playing one of the many games in the casino. All of these facilities provide room service to those staying in the resort. Further, a swimming pool and gym are made available to all guests staying at the hotel for the duration of their stay.

Applicant Name or Identifier: The Singers of The Void (It's a cult/religious group in essence. Ask me for details)
If Nation-State, Please Indicate Establishment Type: NA
Name of Establishment: The Void of the Soul
Location of Establishment: The Belt
Lease, Purchase, or Construct? Construct
Apply for a Brothel? List number: Not formally at least.
Logo: Under Construction, will get back to you.
Indicate Contained Establishment(s): Blues bar/performance center, goth club segment, casino attached
Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? No. At this point the Singers are pretty much unknown.

Description of Establishment: A 900 meter diameter disk-shaped station, with a ziggurat-like structure atop it. An amber-black crystal glows atop the ziggurat's apex. The station was dropped off by a largish fleet tender type ship identified as the Akret. The clubs and casinos take up a good deal of the station's outer rim area, with the cor used for power, administrativ, and other functions. Security guards consist mostly of cybernetically enhanced individuals made up to look like "undead" [#].

In addition to the main club (Think House of Blue in Las Vegas, but darker) there are a number of smaller clubs.

Once every month, a large (2 Km long) armed freighter shows up, stays off-station for about 12 hours, and then leaves, heading outsystem. No shuttles are ever seen to travel between the superfreighter and the station. The oddest thing is that guests sometimes think they see ghosts and similar apparitions in the less used corridors. This is widely thought to be hallucinations, or perhaps special effects to heighten the dark atmosphere that station creates for it's clientelle.

Apply for a Brothel? List number: No
Logo: N/A.
Indicate Contained Establishment(s): Combat Simulation Arena, Arms Dealer, and Firing Range
Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? Yes
Description of Establishment: The Siege is aptly named, running a rather mundane live fire range at the entrance that fires over the heads of those entering the establishment.

Applicant Name or Identifier: End of Line Entertainment Industries
If Nation-State, Please Indicate Establishment Type: N/A
Name of Establishment: Black-Light District
Location of Establishment: The Furnace
Lease, Purchase, or Construct? Construct
Apply for a Brothel? List number: No
Logo: N/A.
Indicate Contained Establishment(s): Nightclub and Arcade
Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? Yes
Description of Establishment: The Black-Light District, or BLD, is little more than a simple rave joint of Huerdaen design.

Applicant Name or Identifier: Neo-Terran Federation
If Nation-State, Please Indicate Establishment Type: Enclave.
Name of Establishment:Kamk’ Hub
Location of Establishment: Losieda Constellation
Lease, Purchase, or Construct? Construction
Apply for a Brothel? List number: Yes, 2
Logo: Will be provided later
Indicate Contained Establishment(s): A little of everything, kinda like an island colony.
Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? Yes and No, consider them well respected for outside military conquests but by no means dangerous.
Description of Establishment:

The Kamk Hub was constructed by the Terran United Victory Penta-corp in honor of the Beloved Emperors great great grandson's birth. Every single inch of the enclave is designed to feel like home and to provide for those inside of it without resupply.

Tima Section.

Location of Establishment: The Furnace
Lease, Purchase, or Construct? Purchase
Apply for a Brothel? List number: No
Logo: N/A
Indicate Contained Establishment(s): Armament and Weapons Shop
Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? No
Description of Establishment:

When the idea of opening an armament shop in Losieda was originally proposed to the board of directors of the RAC around the installations founding, the idea was immediately shot down. Viewing Losieda as a more pacifistic pleasure hive the RAC initially believed it would come into conflict with Mr. Biggs, and in any event wouldn't secure the profit margin it required for such a venture. However as time passed and The Furnace grew into the installation it is today, the project was one again brought before the board of directors. While still hesitant to go ahead with the venture, considerable external and internal forces convinced the RAC that the business could not only be profitable, but also fit in perfectly with the desperado lifestyle that had permeated at The Furnace.

The resulting project manifested into The Armory, a lone gunman's one stop shop for all his deadly needs. After the bureaucracy was suitably navigated, RAC set to work in designing a business that would fit in but at the same time stand out in the face of competition. Taking ques from earlier successes the business was designed to look like a frontier outpost, the outside painted a dull sandy brown and the sign hung awkwardly at a swaying angle. Efforts were also made to create the desperado feel on the interior. The entirety of the flooring was redone in rough-sawed, uneven, worn, wood transplanted from one such store in the Hearth system to give it a feel of real authenticity. Likewise the service counters were created from worn reinforced steel, the primary of which was shot multiple times before installation to give allusion to a fictional gun battle that had supposedly occurred here.

Likewise the staff was meticulously selected to fit the general atmosphere. To further the air of authenticity it was decided that the staff working the store should double as the security force. At any given time the store is staffed by two heavily scarred Uthani, and a lone rather shady looking human who must at all times have a full beard and shaven head. Taking the gunslinger aura to the next level, a uniform was quickly designed. Sporting a pair of crossed ammunition bandoliers, an assortment of mock pistols and a pair or trio of inert grenades the uniform was topped off by a long blade hung at the employees waist. Likewise the very real and potent security clubs issued to the staff were slung opposite the dull-blade on the staff's belt.

Despite the intentionally rundown appearance of the store and its staff, Ruzon prides itself on its top of the line inventory. Day or night, at any hour of the day those seeking to arm themselves can purchase at The Armory. Inventory wise The Armory offers newly manufactured assault/service rifles, Designated Marksmen Rifles, Squad Support Weapons, Sniper Rifles, Sub-Machine Guns, Shotguns, and a variety of pistols of every caliber all manufactured in the Uthanium. Likewise The Armory sells a whole slew of personal body armor, blades, communications equipment, ammunition, and even combat-enhancement-drugs. Finally The Armory offers the option of purchasing explosive devices, though all purchases must be shipped to a location outside the Losieda installation.

All firearms and ammunition cases purchased at The Armory are fitted with electronic locks which must be disengaged and removed by LCDP or otherwise employees of the Losieda Central Planning Agency upon exiting The Furnace.

Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? No
Description of Establishment:

An up-and-comer in the Uthani party scene, Solar Euphoria Consortium's flagship psychedelic night club Surreal is the first of hopefully many designed and opened outside the Imperium by the upstart business. Described as the first "Conscious Shedding Experience Club," Surreal is an ambitious project centered around the use of psychedelic drugs, atmosphere, dance, and "rituals" conducted within the club designed to simulate a described "Free flow of conscious and thought." Constituting two floors the first floor serves as a traditional nightclub with an admittedly psychedelic flair. The entire ceiling, flooring, and walls are made up completely of fluorescent panels that constantly flash in a vibrant display of light and color illuminating the otherwise darkened room. Dominating the center of the room, an elevated DJ platform controls the beats and vibrancy of the music. Staffed by a hand painted and brightly colored automaton, the artificial DJ possess various instruments and sensors designed to pick up on the crowd's mood and select music in accordance.

Moving past the pillar a long crescent of booths and tables run against the back wall and out around the dance floor. On either end of this crescent, a long bar made up of the same panels as the walls dominates either side. The left bar serves explicitly drinks and food, as well as offering a row of low arched seats for patrons to enjoy. The beverages and foodstuff offered of course covering a wide range of palette preferences. The right bar offers no seating arrangements and is purposed specifically to the sale of recreational drugs. Offering a wide variety of chemicals and stimulants, inventory ranges from the common glitter, glam, and synth seen everywhere in Sanctuary, to more exotic and foreign chemicals coming from across the Galaxy. Separating the two bars was seen as a unique way to force patrons to cross the dance floor and interact with each other. Adjacent to the right bar is the stairwell that leads to the second floor, as well as lavatory facilities.

The second floor is dedicated entirely to the stated achievement of "Free flow of conscious thought." The walls and the ceiling of the second floor are entirely made up of one room-wide monitor that constantly shifts and swirls through various shapes and bright colors. Likewise the entirety of the second floor is constantly dominated by constantly cycling smoke from the Spinantis plant native to the Uthanium, and prized for its ability to intoxicate. Upon entering patrons will be asked to lie on the floor in the shape of one long spiral, with the program director positioning himself in the middle of the formation at the center of the room. The floor itself is designed to appear as multicolored blades of grass that have the texture of soft linen. Once the formation is complete the room will darken and the tendrils on the floor will (after being remotely commanded to ) begin to sway back and forth as if affected by a breeze, gently massaging the patrons. Once this is begun the instructor will lead the group in a series of meditative chants and prayers from across the galaxy.

It is also here on the second floor that the VIP rooms exist, opening through a nearly indiscernible door on the backside wall. Five VIP rooms are available to guests along a time period ranging from 1 to 72 hours. Each VIP room has an automated servant, direct access to the both bars as well as the establishments kitchen, various seating arrangements, and finally a bed for rest or play. Likewise patrons who reserve a VIP room two days in advance and for a minimum of twenty four hours can for an extra fee receive the option to fully customize the room to their pleasure and enjoyment. Such customization ranging from decor, carpeting, seating, number of servants, request for biological servants, and a plethora of other options available with every customization request exceeding the initial purchase of three acquiring an additional service fee for installation and or removal.

The amenable and hospitable nature of the Poinsettia refugees has created a unique and memorable travel experience in the Losieda Belt, providing an endless array of ways to seek fortune and pleasure. The unique design of Caupona Station is owned in large part to its past existence as the former PSS Caupona, a military fleet carrier of the now-defunct Poinsettia Confederacy that became a refugee ship when the system suffered an apocalyptic cataclysm that wiped out all life that remained. The utilization of the ship as a source of materiel is evident in the corridors traveled by visitors to the station. In principle, there are four unique districts or 'sectors' of Caupona:

Agmenstega (Rear Sector)
Agmenstega is a community zone for the refugees of Poinsettia, and is largely off-limits to foreign visitors. Filled with the necessary faculties of a functioning mini-society aboard the station, the rear sector and its marketplace, school, medical facility and domiciles are accessible only through special permit of the Caupona Administrative Office. One noteworthy exception is located on Deck AA at the junction between Agmenstega and Altustega (High Sector): the Poinsettia Exodus Memorial. Preserved out of respect by the refugees, this museum incorporates elements of Poinsettia culture in the immaculately-preserved battle bridge and control room of the former ship, giving visitors a unique glance into a culture that is largely faded into memory.

Altustega (High Sector)
Altustega is an upscale destination, featuring Caupona's casino, luxury resort and spa. Several high-class shops and restaurants are accessible at this level, along with a number of bars, nightclubs and retail shops along the famous Caupona Promenade. In addition, one of the ship's two authorized brothels operates on Deck CC in Altustega. The sector is considered the 'heart' of Caupona's tourist industry.

Deincepstega (Fore Sector)
Deincepstega, also known as the Welcome Center, is the main transit point for all traffic entering and leaving the station via the official transit bay located just outside the main sector. Owing to its ideal placement as the 'starting center' for patrons visiting Caupona, the sector is filled with restaurants and shops to suit patrons' cuisine and merchandise needs. Several specialty markets exist to provide unique Poinsettia relics for the discerning customer, and Caupona's visitor information center is located at the Main Transit Portal on EE Deck.

Fundustega (Low Sector)
The lower decks of Caupona Station are known as the Low Sector, or Fundustega. A locale fit for those who seek leisure without moral circumspection, the sector is filled with saloons and smaller gambling halls that are always busy. One of the ship's two licensed brothels operates out of Fundustega, along with several restaurants and lounges to provide a break from the fast-paced action.

If Nation-State, Please Indicate Establishment Type: Consulate-equivalent.

Name of Establishment: FXC-Losieda.

Location of Establishment: The Sanctum.

Lease, Purchase, or Construct? Purchase.

Apply for a Brothel? List number: No.

Indicate Contained Establishment(s): Diplomatic office/cultural observation centre/group residence.

Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? Yes. However, this is primarily because the Commonwealth's only declassified contact is with the Huerdaen Star Empire, and that was forced by circumstances. Until First Contact Action Plans are drawn up for the civilisations which patronise Losieda, the existence of FXC-Losieda, like all FXC offices, is strictly classified. In addition, FTL on the Commonwealth tech base is so expensive that private FTL vessels are almost unheard of apart from a small number of cruise liners and fast couriers, and Losieda is well out of the way of all interests known to be in possession of such vessels. The presence of any Commonwealth citizen not on FXC-Losieda's staff list, therefore, is an anomaly and should be looked at with extreme suspicion.

Description of Establishment: Founded in 2284, the Field Xenology Corps of the Commonwealth Intelligence Agency exists to research species and cultures not previously recorded. The train of thought is that the traditional navy-based idea of alien contact provides an image of the foreign culture mediated through the lens of their military protocol and the image they wish to present - it does not necessarily give a rounded or even honest image. The duty of FXC, therefore, is to go and deniably build up a reasonably comprehensive body of data on potential contactee species before the executive decides whether or not to draw up plans for contact.

To that end, Losieda, as one of the least stuffy places in the known galaxy, is a perfect place for a FXC office. As the only outpost of 'civilisation' in the area, the FXC team have great power - in their area of responsibility, an FXC station chief easily outranks just about anyone short of the First Councilor. Accordingly, FXC agents undergo an extended training course combining diplomatic and military elements and lasting approximately five years. Despite their training, however, they are directed simply to live - and to record and thoroughly analyse every word, gesture and biological quirk they see.

The Sanctum is the ideal base of operations for FXC staff - the Garden presents a wider historical cross-section, but represents formalised, protocol-based expressions of culture, which are of less use to the FXC than living, organic expressions like those found in the Sanctum. The FXC staff also have the option of unobtrusively observing the security personnel and systems, possibly for future reference. As far as blending in goes, thanks to an extensive base of what are tentatively considered to be universally tradeable assets located slightly offsite, the FXC staff are more than capable of financially holding their own - if professionally required to be averse to doing so.

Any outsiders who enter the astoundingly boring and nondescript frontage of the FXC compound will simply find a series of small, pleasant, modestly furnished apartments, a few small common rooms, and a couple of locked doors which resemble broom cupboards. While the Commonwealth considers FXC offices to be its sovereign territory, capable of granting asylum and carrying out all the other functions of an embassy, in practical terms the FXC complement lack the manpower and privileges to enforce those directives and as such do not bother accommodating for them.

Applicant Name or Identifier: CybCom Consolidated.

If Nation-State, Please Indicate Establishment Type: N/A

Name of Establishment: The Neoalai Facility.

Location of Establishment: Losieda Constellation.

Lease, Purchase, or Construct? Construct.

Apply for a Brothel? List number: No.

Logo: N/A.

Indicate Contained Establishment(s): One (1x) resort as the Neoalai holds entertainment and sleeping facilities for expedition members, one (1x) temple for the benefit of Sagittarian crew.

Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? No.

Description of Establishment: The Neoalai Facility is the heart of CybCom Consolidated's efforts to revive their flagging fortunes. With access to foreign star systems relatively close-by to the territory of the Republic of Phanes becoming easily available to all manner of corporations and private traders from the Republic, CybCom's traditional dominance in mapping easily-navigated trade routes is no longer as secure as it once was. In an attempt to bolster their security, the corporate board of directors voted to alter the corporation's mission profile as a long-range cartography and xenoarchaeology body.

Neoalai is the centre-piece of this effort; a purpose-built station constructed in the heart of the burgeoning Losieda trade system, it is intended to act as a base for long-distance expeditions focused on recording navigable trade-routes for relaying back to CybCom's headquarters and hence to the auction houses of Sagittar. The facility is also intended to act as a base for expeditions aimed at dead and barren worlds to try and recover interesting and/or advanced artifacts belonging to various civilisations for later sale other bodies, or retention and examination by CybCom themselves. Due to the long distance between Losieda and the Taurus star system, postings to Neoalai are well-compensated and bonuses are easy to come by in return for the two-year rotation aboard the facility.

The station consists of three separate docking bays, with one of these being for senior corporate representatives only, while the remaining two are intended for general traffic purposes. Included within the heart of the station itself is a branch office for CybCom Consolidated, a series of storage vaults for the holding of valuable goods and a pair of environmental adaptation suites designed to replicate a small range of environments for the retention and studying of interesting xenofauna/xenoflora. For the benefit of expedition members and station crew, accommodation is built to high-standards and numerous entertainment facilities are available within the Agora level, as well as a sanctioned temple for the benefit of Sagittarian staff in need of spiritual comfort.

Deviant Desires Resort & Casino.

If Nation-State, Please Indicate Establishment Type: N/A

Do You Wish Your User Account's Country to Be Considered Hazardous? No.

Description of Establishment:
Seeking to end their eons long period of self-imposed isolation, the Prime Archon and Prime Archoness (Xeteriana & Xuxiah Ravyn'na-A'stra'eva) established Deviant Desires as a two-fold venture, to aid in the inflow of capital to the S.H.A., and the promotion of diplomatic interaction between the S.H.A. and other civilizations. Constructed by IDRA Holdings, Ltd., Deviant Desires serves as a self-contained resort as well as a fantasy getaway hot-spot, travel destination, and mecca for tourists as well as seekers of pleasure and fortune for those in the Sieda System. The unique design of "Tet 002"/Deviant Desires mirrors the design of Radiant Dawn in Liu Xiu, in that it is a massive space station shaped like a massive inverted tetrahedron (pyramid) save for the large LED signs adorning the three sides of the pyramid at the top.

Deviant Desires Resort
Deviant Desires Resort is divided into sections, Apex, Nova, Vista and Elysium. Apex being the larger portion of the resort as the top 2 decks are situated along the top side of the tetrahedron from there all the way to The Core are also listed as Apex, while the three remaining sides of the tetrahedron are Nova, Vista and Elysium, the outermost rooms offering unparalleled views as well as various amenities like swimming pools, spas & jacuzzis, gyms and exercize rooms, racquetball courts, and a track connecting all three sections together with various bars and restaurants along the way for relaxation after a long walk/run/jog.

Scores of various amenities of the resort make up the top one third of the station, this also includes one dozen restaurants, and two dozen bars & nightclubs. While there is no escort service/brothel to be seen, this is because the Deviant Desires also functions as a 'Five Star Hotel/Escort Service/Brothel/"Explore Any Fantasy You Have" place'. Because of the strict employment guidelines bisexual women make up a good percentage of the employees along with lesbians, gays, bisexual men, xenos, etc... This of course doesn't mean that Deviant Desires doesn't cater to those of the straight persuasion, as there's bound to be a number of employees for the average straight male or female looking to expand their horizons. All DDR&C employees receive regularly scheduled checkups and services, including vaccines for STDs, birth control and various other preventative measures.

The Sapphire Citadel Casino
The Sapphire Citadel Casino occupies the middle one third of the station completely surrounding The Core, offering various games from baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette, various styles of poker, slot machines, keno, a sports book and various other forms of gambling, also includes a non-lethal combat ring for boxing matches, mixed martial arts matches/tournaments, as well as a large sand pit for non-lethal gladiatorial matches.

The Core
The Core contains the spas, entertainment and shopping complexes with a smattering of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, The Core of Deviant Desires is informally considered to be the more higher class, clean and virtuous section of Deviant Desires for those who would visit the place as a tourist or happen upon the station by coincidence. Being that it is situated toward the center of the structure, there isn't much of a view, however this is solved via the walls of The Core being lined with nearly seamless arrays of LED displays so as to simulate the effect of being mere inches from the outside providing an excellent view for those wishing for some scenery while they gamble, get a pedicure, manicure, are out shopping, dining, having a drink or just partying the night up.

The Underworld
The Underworld, contains what could only be considered the more riskier night life as opposed to that seen at Deviant Desires Resort & Casino, virtually all who are employed in this section are not employed directly through Deviant Desires but rather through the various establishments as a kind of intermediary. Here in The Underworld, various amenities are present which include economy lodging, gambling saloons, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, liquor stores, adult novelty shops, and the second escort service/brothel Rough Diamonds. Rough Diamonds, while not being directly administered by DDR&C receive the same regularly scheduled checkups and services, including vaccines for STDs, birth control and various other preventative measures.
