Game sucks at scrolling.

I am on a tablet. In order to drag some cards I need to scroll. Only problem is I can't scroll when dragging a card. This is an issue.

Yes, you can. You go to Nationstates.net/page=cards. But sadly, no one plays anymore because it was an April Fool's joke.
