Coalition of High Tax Rate Supporters
This is actually a "throw-off" of another thread, The Coalition of Thermonuclear Warfare Supporters, though, more in the thread idea than what it represents. Oh, and the layout is also largely taken... Sorry about that Felkesjud. This is a coalition of nations in which support high tax rates, as gestured to by the title of this thread, because actually trying to gain money in legitimate ways (trading, large GDPs, etc.) is too hard, not that people in this coalition will not have legitimate ways of gaining a large economy. We shall welcome those who support it with open arms, our money ridden open arms. So, come and join us for a nice cup of taxes, we may discuss different ways in which taxes can be imposed, and share stories of our taxing plunders!
Benefits of a large, and possibly insane tax rate:
1. Not enough money in your budget? there is an easy solution. Taxes!
2. What better a way to punish your citizens then to tax them exponentially?
3. Want to make your citizens happy(er), then you can lower the tax rate
4. Citizens giving you trouble? No need for violence, tax them into submission!
5. Need more money for that nuclear program? Well, taxes, of course!
6. Profit!
7. Need a new mansion? Taxes!
8. Need more money for your welfare program (Yeah, right.)? Taxes!
9. Have extreme debts with other countries? Taxes!
10. I think you get the gist by now.
Creed of the CoHTRS
I, as the leader of a sovereignty, do support the right to extremely high tax rates
I will support those who also support this cause, for high taxes are good
All citizens in my rule that oppose the taxation shall be taxed more until submission,
Taxes are a gift given by our lord and savior, Max Barry,
I will always strive for a 100% tax rate, and if not, a very high one,
I will not neglect the duty to strive for a high tax rate, unless of course it is with an alternate nation,
I hereby pledge myself to the CoHTRS, as taxes are a very divine object, and should be used to the extent of it's power.

This is just for fun, and members of the coalition, in real life, most likely do not actually support this cause.
The coalition will accept all supporters with open arms.
