As a Packers fan, I'm quite happy with them sticking with Cutler. The guy has thrown over 20 interceptions just in games against Green Bay, while Rodgers has only thrown somewhere around 50 or so in his entire career. :p

The truth is that Pete wanted to lose the super bowl. He was sick and tired of hearing about Tom Brady's emotional obsession with winning another super bowl.

Ha, no.

Tebow should not be playing in the NFL; Skip Bayless' worship of Tebow is completely at odds with reality. There are plenty of other quarterbacks who deserve chances to prove themselves again over Tim Tebow. Tebow's relevance to the National Football League is an entirely media-engineered racket.

On his own, Tebow is easily forgotten like many other failed college superstars in the pros. The Tebow hate machine is something fueled entirely by ESPN media coverage.

I know, I wanted him to go to the Pats so bad. At least he's not with the Fins, that would be scary to have Dion Jordan, Suh, and Hardy on the same line, especially if the defensive staff finally learns how to use Jordan effectively.

The last of the 60-minute men, they say. Being born in 1996, I never saw him play, obviously. Nor am I a diehard Eagles fan, though I do respect them. But regardless of the team he played on, I have nothing but utmost respect for a man who served our country, raised five girls (being one of three girls, I know raising five had to be a nice challenge), and played fearless football out on the gridiron. These days, if someone hit like Bednarik did, they'd be called "dirty". Sure, there are truly dirty players in the NFL today (*Cough, cough* Suh *Cough, cough*) But Bednarik's grit came from serving in WWII, and that's true grit. He didn't give an inch, and if he did it was only when he was driving someone into the turf. Nothing dirty about his playing, linebackers and defensive linemen can learn a ton from him on how to be a leader and a man.

God bless you, Bednarik. May you rest in peace, may the Lord shine His good face upon you in Heaven, and I hope to see you on the Other Side, one day.

...what? Suspending him is absolutely nothing in the realm of "dragging him through the mud" - he paid off his accuser after his conviction for assault in a court of law. I'm neither an SJW nor an internet feminist, I simply find that assertion patently absurd.

He didn't pay her off, he was convicted in a bench trial by a judge which doesn't mean a lot and she backed out when he appealed. She made up the story to get back at him for kicking her out his house.
