Kids always remembers what their older siblings says. So did Shinji when remembers what Seras told him about. Shinji relaxed on the tree and slept, but is sure to wake up when time for break is up. But then, Shinji hears a child scream in his mind. He got a vision from the time he saved a Mistralan family from a pack of bandits armed with axes, swords, daggers, spears, guns, longbows, shields and stones. Shinji, dressed in a white assassin robe and wearing a Grimm mask, attacked the bandits to protect the Mistralan family like a lone wolf. He wounded every bandit and when he met the bandit leader, who was armed with sword and shield, the leader was riding on a Grimm boar, which terrifies Shinji. Shinji fought the leader and at the end, he knocken off the Grimm boar off a cliff, killing it. The leader was done and ran away, but Shinji tasered him with his weapon's taser ammo. After the tasering of the leader, Shinji woke up in the present and left the tree he slept on. He walked by people and felt better now.

Avena said kind of nervously as she continued to be dragged across the room. It didn't take long to make it to a door that was marked with an exit sign. She looked curiously at Jackson as he fumbled with the lock. " Where does that door go?" Avena asked.

Seriously, what is wrong with this girl?, he thought to himself. First time we met and she was already thinking I was wanting to make out with her? Even Avena's cockiness extends to her own looks too. While he was busy picking with the lock, Jackson then replied to her, "You'll know in a few seconds." Once he finished unlocking the door, he then opened it and led Avena to the top of the airship. It offered the view without the restriction of the windows, only a rail protected whoever was up here from falling off. This is indeed a much more amazing view compared to inside. Jackson then said to her with a bit of confidence, "Since you like nice views, here is one."

Avena's eyes widened as they stepped out onto the top of the airship. Jackson was right, the view up top was way better than inside. She stood there with a huge smile on her face as the wind rushed past her, blowing her hair and cloak around. " This view is amazing. Flying is such a rush." Avena said as she brushed her pink hair out of her face.

Shinji would just take up his phone and speak to his sister Misaki, but there were no call. Shinji then puts down his phone.

As Heamet was still spinning his balls around, he found a piece of cable next to him, it seemed elastic enough to make clackers, so he kept it in his pocket and started making his balls bounce on a tree, he was getting impatient, when would be the time to fight? He wondered, as he looked over to Ether, which had sat down on a tree branch close to him.

"Phew... I dunno if I should convert my steel balls into clackers, and forge a new pair of balls, or keep it like it is... Decisions decisions." Heamet said speaking to Ether

"No idea, I mean, I'm not the one using the spin, even if you've told me several times I would be an amazing user of the spin, just because of my Aura, I wouldn't have the creativity needed to use it like you do, sometimes you just snipe stuff miles away with your nails, crazy stuff dude." Ether answered, smirking.

Heamet continued to ponder about how he could go forge a sort of ring that could hold the cable and design a mechanism making him able to lock the cables to his balls, or sever it to get the manual use of his balls, he also heard about an art similar to the one of the Spin, he thought about checking it out at some point but forgot about it some time after.

Shinji stood with his back against a wall and looked at this phone. He didn't get any call from Misaki nor could call her either. He is really annoyed by Misaki's ignorance. He just want to talk with his little sis.

Theriam rubbed the back of his head and answered

"That was indeed my first intention yes, finding my friend, or most likely my brother who is for some reason always going around, but I do not mind your company, I find it rather enjoyable as a matter of fact, which is rare."

He continued to observe her features, and contemplated different scenarios and simulations of what she would answer next, that girl truly intrigued him, in a way he couldn't fathom or comprehend, maybe was it because of the feel she has around her? No, that couldn't be it, surely it was because of her way of acting, delicately, silently, while being unbalanced by the lack of an organic arm, no, that couldn't be it either, she was just the most intriguing person he'd ever came to meet, until now, he's always been able to psychoanalyze them shortly, giving them their truths, one step at a time. For some unknown reason, Theriam could not grasp her personality, had she been broken? He tortured his mind with questions continuously, he had taken a keen interest in her person, and that was a rare thing, so rare that no actually saw him take such an interest into someone.

"AAAAAH I can't decide!" Heamet yelled.

Into his fit he threw one of his balls which ricoche'd on the tree he was looking at missing Ether by a strand of hair and hitting Theriam in the neck with full spin power, which sent the latter flying against a wall. As Heamet realized what he had done, he had a horrified face looking at his brother who had just been sent flying without a noise against a wall, as he tried to walk towards him to get his ball back he jumped a feet back hid behind Ether as Theriam slowly got up barely wounded thanks to his Aura, he had heard the noise of the Spin before it hit him and trying parrying, which barely succeeded. He got up again and went over to Heamet calmly.

"H-h-h-hey b-b-b-bro... What's u-u-up?" Heamet said, absolutely terrified. "I'm sorry! Please don't slaughter me!" He finally yelled after being under his big brother's stare for a second.

"Never. Again." Theriam coldly said while giving him back his ball, it wasn't the idea of slaughtering his brother that was missing, he just didn't want to be getting in trouble because of him his first day at Beacon.

"T-t-thank you..." Heamet whimpered in a low voice.

"Gods dude, you have the most terrifying face I've ever seen right now." Ether said, slightly uncomfortable. He knew how Heamet would throw fits and hurt Theriam in some way, but it never got to be with one of his balls, seeing him like this made him think of how you never know people fully, as he never saw that face on him, he knew Theriam would sometimes punch his brother when the latter was throwing fits, but the three of them were lucky that it didn't evolve into a fight, one because school, second because the two of them can really bring pain and destruction.

Yuki watched Theriam scratched his head and spoke, his response was... well astounding, he found her company enjoyable? How... she was a loner, unable to feel emotion as a broken human being, nothing more then a doll... meant to be pointed in a direction and fired like an arrow.

And yet even when she had resigned herself to being forever alone... this man... found her enjoyable to be around... however before she could speak, something equally astounding happened as he was hit in the neck by a steel ball? and then sent flying into a wall near them...
suddenly two boys one of which was a Faunus were running towards Theriam and he to them with a surprisingly calm look on his face while in his hands held the ball that had flattened him against a wall.

Slowly he dropped it into the boys hand while the three seemed to make quite the interesting mood, however it was then that Yuki closed her eyes, slowly extended her baton and then channeled her Semblance with the batons internal dust repository's, quickly the baton changed color from white to a mix of white and light blue as her aura glowed dimly. And then almost instantly from her baton it transformed into a razor sharp duel edged twenty four inch sword made of Ice with her entire arm encased within an even stronger denser ice made armor.
As she opened her eyes, they were as clear at the ice she had created.

Slowly she raise her sword and pointed it at the three boys and spoke, her voice completely dead and sounding like a machine. But hinting at the expression of a question.
"Attack acknowledge... switching to offensive mode... Enemy?"

Theriam looked back at Yuki, who had used her semblance and unsheated her weapon, and felt as sort of pride rising in him, but brushed it off and held her hand gently while opening his mouth to speak.

"Don't waste your energy on this, I already warned them, and only I have the right to slaughter him. The one that sent the ball flying was my brother, Heamet, and the Faunus one is my other friend, Ether. I keep for myself the right to end their lives myself, so don't worry about it." Theriam said with the same calm tone he uses all the time and made a short smile. "Your semblance seems rather poetic, it's interesting."
She was still as intriguing as ever and no one knew why Theriam took an interest in her, not even himself. He continuously tried to stay with her to satisfy his curiosity and maybe some other thing, he continuously tortured his mind with questions and yet never asked them seeing how he couldn't understand her and predict her answers.

Yuki looked at Theriam's hand as he rested in upon hers blankly and then slowly looked into his eyes before they too drifted momentarily from his friends and family. It seemed that Theriam had told her not to worry but she could only tilt her head lightly in blank confusion over what he had said about having the right to end their lives... slowly however she spoke their names while giving them what seemed like appropriate attention.

"Theriam... Heamet and Ether... acknowledged... a pleasure ..."

And then Yuki looked at her blade and then called forth her semblance and changed the Ice into another sword, this one being thinner with a single edge which connected from the batons extended shaft and then went down to her ice covered elbow and extended for a foot. As she looked at the blade she felt it wasn't right and then decided to simply leave her arm encase within the protective armor of Ice and removed the entire blade aspect of it instead creating a claw for her hand as she sheathed the baton.

"Limitless save for non melee projectiles... Dust is expensive due to Torchwig, have to use cautiously with remaining vial's."

And then using her claw which moved like an extension of her own body due to practiced use, she lightly lifted the left side of her skirt which held three small vials of blue dust with the third being half empty on her left leg belt. as she dropped the skirts edge, she looked at Theriam and held out her claw and slowly created a small kunai made from the surrounding moister in the air.

"Can do naturally... but takes too long unless I can prepare or have water sources...otherwise inefficient."

And then she quickly threw the kunai into a nearby tree making a solid sound as the blade sunk into the wood without shattering, it would melt within a few minutes back into water to eventually evaporate, a clean process without any waste just as she was taught.
But then something odd played in her mind as the word "Brother" clung to her consciousness. Slowly memory's played out in the furthest reaches of her mind, her familys face's gone due to her mind repressing the events, but the screams remained which forced her to remember the dream from this morning, her tragic past that could be found throughout many person's in the wide world.

She looked Theriam and then at his brother and their friend... she wondered what their past was but couldn't understand why, this man... this place... it was slowly changing her... and for the first time the thought that maybe... just maybe coming here to Beacon was indeed a mistake.

"Ah... I call it "Tundra" my baton... Offensively its called "Abyss", Defensively like this I call it "Aegis".
Semblance is of Ice but I think you already acknowledge that... What about you... If you wish."

"Come on, don't be so antisocial, you just met me." She extended her hand and continued, "By the way, I'm Carmina Birch. This right here…" She turned to Leif and continued, "Is Leif Spruce."

"Hello", Leif added.

Theriam felt some kind of bond forging between them, as much as he tried to brush it off, he could never get this thought out of his head, as he tried to brush it off yet again he had the idea of coffee, it always calmed him down, but for some reason kept on wanting her to join, he then gave up and asked her to join him.

"I don't mind you asking me, you aren't likely to cause me problems so I'll tell you, my semblance is Rust, it can rust synthetic matter, I'm training myself to be able to rust articulations." Theriam explained, he then made up his mind to ask her "One question, do you to drink some coffee with me? I already had a bit but the Spin of that steel ball made me sleepy." He asked her, he hoped that she would say yes, but kept neutral as he didn't want her to read through him.

"Fuuuuuuuuuuuuu~ I got away just because he was in a good mood today... That was a close one... Gods was he angry..." Heamet sighed, he also decided that he would forge his weapon into convertible clackers, as it was extremely useful in close combat, and in ranged combat, as he could still use his by un-cabling them with the ring, he made up plans in his mind and noted them down, he just had to get everything from a forging station, steel balls were not hard to make, but the mechanism could be hard to make.

"Dude, don't just throw a fit while having your balls in hand, that's extremely dangerous, especially if Theriam's around, and you heard what he said to you once." Ether answered, and put his hand in front of his neck to imitate Theriam and poker faced "I still allow myself the right to kill you if you piss me off too much, or if you turn bad, most likely the first reason will get you dead by my hand, don't misunderstand, you are my brother, but you are annoying." Ether laughed afterwards and recalled what Theriam said to him once.

*Ether's mind*

"Do not get me wrong, I tell you this because I don't want anyone turning bad under my watch, if that happens, I'll know I have failed as a brother and as a friend, and at least I can give you a quick death, though, know this, I will not hesitate, no waiting for five minutes before doing something, I won't be merciful. I hate that." Theriam said, he still had his stern face on, but had a sorrowful tone no one understood, Theriam always hid his emotions, as just about every member of his family, no one knew why he was always like that, Theriam himself always said it was by choice he did that, as he sometimes smiled normally, but each time he showed his emotions it seemed like something died inside, he never felt human, he always was biologically, but he never felt like one.

*Out of Ether's mind*

"Yeah... Your brother is weird... Weird as hell..." Ether said sadly.

Avena couldn't contain her excitement anymore and she had to let it out somehow. " Woohooo~ Helloooooo Beacoooon, Your greatest huntress is here!!" Avena yelled as she extended her arms. She turned around and was about to say something to Jackson when she saw two more people talking to him. Avena walked up to the group with a huge smile. " Hi, Avena Sharpe, world's greatest huntress." She said as she waved. She then looked oddly at the boy and girl in front of her. " Are you two like...together?" Avena said as she pointed at the two.

Shinji got up his cell phone and saw that he got a message from his old friend Charlotte Washington that she is coming to Beacon soon. Charlotte went to the same academy, Sanctum, as Shinji.

Safir woke up at approximately 7:00 A.M. looking at the room, with one half of the room being chaotic, while the other half, separated by a strict line, was perfectly organized. Safir's side was, obviously, the organized side, with all of his belongings neatly packed into a pair of bags, barring his weapons and his clothes. quickly getting dressed, he ate a quick breakfast, whilst re-checking that all of his belongings were safely stowed away. he then decided to wake his roommate, who had also been accepted to Beacon academy. Shaking him did not yield any results, so Safir decided to try to make a noise as loud as possible, and thus fired a three-round burst from his assault rifle, directly next to his roommates ear. this definitely woke him up. "What the Hell?!" said the green-haired Faunus, who generally tried to sleep in for as long as possible, ocasionally even rendering all schedules useless. In short, he was the exact opposite of Safir. And yet, they were likely the closest thing to friends that they had, to each other. Both of them were transferring to Beacon, they were planning on being part of the same team, and they were usually seen with each other, discussing various objects of import. Safir therefore said "My apologies, but I had to wake you. The airship leaves in 3 hours, and you must pack and have breakfast. Given the amount of mess you have, I would say that you should pack first, so that you can bring everything,". Veridian had already started looking through his stuff for various things he might need for Beacon, but he replied "Yeah, sure. Because three hours are going to be nessecary to pack my bags. Give me a break,". Surely enough, within three hours, his bags had been packed and breakfast consumed. they then ran to catch the airship, and made it with three minutes to spare. They kept the debate over whether or not schedules were nessecarry over the course of the ride, to the point of ignoring everything else.

"Hey Ether" Said Heamet, hanging upside down on a tree branch. He had a tendency to do that when bored, and that was the case, a huge, unfathomable case of boredom.

"What is it Heam?" Ether answered with the same bored tone.

"Do you know when we'll start battling against other teams and monsters?" Heamet asked, the one thing he wanted right now, was throwing a steel ball or a nail at something, he wanted to wreck some Grimm, that's what he came for, killing Grimm and making people learn that he wasn't such a weakling, and that his weapons weren't unpractical, he wanted to prove everyone wrong.

"If I knew, I would've told you." Ether responded "Do you know what's up with your bro and this girl? She seemed to be angry at us when you wasted him on the wall, they seem to like each other a lot, your brother always finds weird people to hang out with, you, me, we're always weird. Though I wonder if anything is happening between them, the way they look at each other is weird, especially when she's smaller than him, only from a few inches, but still." Ether asked back

"That is an enigma only Theriam can give us the answer to, you know him, if anything's happening, he will only tell us when he's sure that it's happening." Heamet told, he was still bored, but it was true that he was acting weird, he never got into such a state of anger before, even if he didn't show it. "But it's true that you gotta wonder what's happening to him."

Arylide leaned against the wall of the airship, book in hand. It was quite interesting, the history of the kingdoms, their leaders, and the battles fought. He saw another item of interest in his reading, and placed a bookmark in, identical to the other 7 that were interspersed throughout the book. He closed the book, done with reading for now. His eyes were starting to get sore, he didn't want to overstrain them. Beacon was by no means going to be a cakewalk, and he didn't want to hinder himself.
He readjusted the shoulder strap on his duffel bag, the bag that held most of his possessions, and his most important one. Wyvern, the thing he had constructed all those years ago. It didn't feel right to call it a weapon, he had put far too much effort and complexity into it to consider it a mere weapon. 16 finely crafted blades, interlaced with mechanisms triggered by his semblance, it's potential configurations astronomical and it's potential strength unmatched. It was perfect. It was absolutely perfect.
He realized he had been laughing just under his breath. No, he needn't reveal his weapon to the other potentials just yet. Combat against them would be more difficult if they knew the full capabilities of his weapon. He settled for just looking out the window at the academy, making quick observations and predictions about the place. Dorms are probably located there, those are probably the main buildings, that's bound to be the main hall... Yes, this academy was going to be excellent. Beacon academy would shape him into a huntsman the likes of which the world had never known.

Shinji waits stood againts a wall and relaxed, but his nightmarish visions returned. His eyes were glowing red and he felt uncomfortable again. He then sat on a bench and tried to make his eyes blue again by calming himself down.

Theriam continued wondering about her past, he wanted to fix her, for he was sure that she had been broken in some kind of way, he didn't understand how or why, but that artificial arm has been there for quite a while, as he knew it, the arm didn't feel new, and you don't grow used to it quickly, it takes usually from two to six years to fully get the arm working without a problem. She also seemed to have lost her will to live, he wanted to give her a spark again, a spark that could bring her back from the tomb that was her past, he had a goal now, but that was far from the easiest goal he could choose, very far.

Heamet continuously made his weapons spin, he was bored and didn't know what to do, he briefly imagined a fight between him and a Grimm but stopped after a few second, as it was making him way too hype for something that's not even happening.

Ether was just watching over Heamet, so he couldn't have a shenanigan about throwing one of his nails in the air and make a hole through time and space, that was the worst case scenario but with Heamet and his way of acting, you can never know when he's going to throw a tantrum annd do some random stuff that could hurt or kill anyone within his line of fire, which was huge.

Yuki looked at Theriam as she raised her ice covered hand too her own face and then quickly looked around at the surrounding area of the Academy.
She spotted Ether and Heamet who was hanging upside down from a tree branch. and then looked once again at Theriam and spoke.

"Long as i can make my portion cold... ill join."

And then Yuki slowly walked to a near by tree and went under its shadow and then activated her Semblance and held out her ice covered arm while extending her claw and then rapidly started to freeze the surrounding moister while gathering it. Within a few minutes a small structure that looked like it would break at the slightest touch started to form, and then minutes after that it had turned into a elegant outdoor table made of transparent ice. It was then that Yuki started work on the four chairs and after nearly fifteen minutes the entire thing was complete. It was simple more or less in design but would serve a purpose as she rested down into one of the chairs that were underneath the trees shade.

Of course the entire atmosphere around the table was kept at a 4 degrees through the use of her semblance and shade that the tree provided, which left anyone within likely to get cold rather quickly save likely for Yuki who was completely use to the cold and of the Ice due to her semblance. In fact once could even say she enjoyed the cold more then the warm or hot for that exact purpose.

Theriam looked at her and contemplated the table being manufactured from the air moisture, he truly felt she was fascinating, she always acted like she would break at any blunt move, she was always extremely delicate about everything, even her words, which seemed to be often laced with coldness felt warm to him, the fact that she accepted his offer to drink coffee with him really made him feel happy, so happy he could almost really smile, though he didn't, he really liked her company, and the cold as well, not even her semblance was bothering, after all, he had been raised in a very cold part of Vale, unlike most people around here, he took a sip of his drink and spoke up with the same tone.

"Thank you, and if you are wondering, no, I don't mind the cold, I'm actually enjoying it, it's rather relaxing as is cold coffee and also I find myself enjoying your presence more and more the more we are together, you really are an intriguing person... The first one really intriguing person I've ever met in fact."

He meant all those words, but it didn't feel right, he still wasn't getting her response patterns, and as he said he really found her intriguing, and really wanted to know her better, as he took another sip, he spoke up again.

"You've really peaked my interest, Yuki Marin." He ended this sentence with a change of tone and a small smile, almost normal, if he didn't keep the usual monotone he uses so much. He still wondered how she could use her arm so easily, it was just about the same level of mastery as he once saw on one of his uncles that had an artificial leg, although he was close to getting one at one point in his life, it never would've worked, as his semblance rusts anything it touches, his semblance was destructive, especially in modern society, he fully knew that, yet, he did not isolate himself, far from it, people isolated themselves from him, as much as he wasn't a social butterfly, he still wanted some kind of attention from someone close to him, he found that in Ether, as they cared for each other like brothers, he always considered Heamet and Ether as equals, may they have been human and faunus, they were both his brothers to him, and being the oldest, he felt the need to protect them.

Jackson smiled a bit as Avena enjoyed the view around her. He looked up and saw another airship also heading for Beacon. In fact, there were two of them that accompanied the airship they were on. He then looked over to the distance, and saw Beacon Academy slowly coming closer. He turned to his other side, and saw Vale shrinking. Guess this was it. The life of a huntsman in training begins right here. He said to Avena, "Huh, I kinda miss Vale right now for some reason. No regrets on this, alright?"

On the other hand, Carmina and Leif were walking along the halls of the airship when they stumbled upon the exit door. Strangely, it was open. Whoever may have unlocked it, it doesn't say, but the two of them were curious, and decided to head up. Leif closed the door behind him and followed Carmina up to where Jackson and Avena were. Of course, Carmina's first reaction to them was, "How'd you both get up here?"

Leif was still chewing on a rice bun when he said, "You know you both could get in trouble for this."

Jackson replied, "So?"

Carmina then asked Jackson, "So, what's your name foxy?"

Again, Jackson was irritated, Another girl was calling him a fox? How much discriminatory can they get? "Jackson. Jackson Silver. Now piss off."

"Come on, don't be so antisocial, you just met me." She extended her hand and continued, "By the way, I'm Carmina Birch. This right here…" She turned to Leif and continued, "Is Leif Spruce."

"Hello", Leif added.

Avena didn't see the two newcomers come up on top of the airship, she was too busy enjoying the view. She watched with joy as Vale faded away in the distance. Suddenly, Beacon Academy appeared on the horizon. She watched with a huge grin as the Acadmey came closer and she was able to see it clearly.

Jackson sighed as Avena yelled with confidence. However, it wasn't the regular sigh of his, which meant that he was chafed. He sighed with a slightly happy tone. Huh, he never noticed that before. When she came by and introduced herself as the world's greatest huntress, Jackson quickly replied, "Never heard of you in the news."

Carmina then added, "Yeah. Besides, I'd probably make a better famous huntress than you." She was also a cocky person, although not to the degree as this girl. When Avena said about her and Leif being together, Carmina then scoffed, "Are you kidding me? We just met! What about you two? Are you, together together?"

Jackson replied in a monotone, "Same as you, redhead." He then said to the girls, "Don't get into conclusions you two."

" We'll just have to see about that, Red." Avena said with a smile as she stared at the girl. She stopped her little staring contest when the girl asked if her and the fox boy were together. " See, I was wondering the same thing when he draggd me up here. I was like ' whoa buddy, I appreciate the gesture and all but I just met you. I thought he was dragging me up here to make out or something, but it seems like he's actually not interested. He hasn't make a single move on me yet. No pick up lines, no shady attempts to cop a feel, nothing." Avena said really fast. " Between you and me...I think he's afraid of women." She said as she leaned in a whispered to the red headed girl before glancing at Jackson.

It's as if she wants me to make a move on her, the fox faunus thought to himself. Honestly, that would be on the lines of being a player. Jackson then replied to Avena, "I think men who rely on pick up lines and all that stuff are just wasting time."

Carmina agreed with what Avena is saying. "Yeah, you may be right." Maybe Jackson is afraid of women? Then how did he get up here? Guess that will be for a later time. "Oh! I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Carmina, and this is Leif."

"Hewwo", Leif responded with a muffled voice. This was his fourth rice bun.

"Ummm, did you eat your breakfast?", asked Carmina. "You seem to gobble down a lot of those."

"Yuh, I dud. Ith juth thut thith bunsth are delithiouth."
