Acknowledging this nation as the former delegate of founderless region, Hippiedom and current founder of Hippy Haven,

Recognizing Forever Fields’ responsiveness after Hippiedom was invaded by The Black Hawks by assisting in native resistance during the raid including authoring “Liberate Hippiedom”, unifying the community after the raid including authoring the repeal of the previously stated resolution, and leading the refounding efforts of the region,

Admiring the leadership displayed by this nation to rally the community of Hippiedom to continue to thrive in Hippy Haven after the refound was unsuccessful,

Further Acknowledging that the nominee controls The Stalker, the current delegate of founderless region, Hell,

Commending the valiant efforts placed upon strengthening the security of Hell, after multiple raids in its history, with a unique hierarchy, which requires all incoming nations to go through trials before being allowed entry,

Highlighting the trials to enter Hell, including being familiar with the region’s community and taking part in Hell’s security through World Assembly participation, as means to promote responsibility and engagement of nations,"

Observing The Stalker's work in building the region of Hell beyond security including overseeing the highest populations in the region's existence and establishing their platform for regional communications,

Informing the Security Council that the nominee, through other nations, has also contributed greatly to many regions and the world as a whole including:

-Co-authoring the constitution of New York,
-Establishing the current government of Middle Earth,
-Authoring the Condemnation of Durkadurkiranistan II, which raised the world's awareness of that nation's threat to peace,

Concluding that the years of dedication to bettering communities in NationStates should be distinguished and hereby commends Forever Fields.

The commendation fails to acknowledge Forever Field's dedication to art. Even in his resolutions that never passed, it can be seen that he values the art and culture of Nationstates while adding his own art to our community. The fact that his dedication to his region is eleven years in the making makes him an even better candidate.

In the past commendations have been given for less. By commending those that truly deserve it, we strengthen the world assembly and the community as a whole.

Both Hippiedom and Hell were one of the larger founderless regions. NS under rates just how difficult it is to achieve.

Forever Fields, as was outlined in the Commendation text, created the current government in Middle Earth, and headed up a recruitment campaign that pretty much single-handedly brought the region out of quasi-inactivity. He continues to perform on the Council of Middle Earth, where his advice is an incredibly valuable asset to me, the current Delegate, as well as the region as a whole.

I led the raid on Hippiedom and latest raid on Hell. It is common for regions to approach raids passively or wait for outside help. Forever Fields showed outstanding leadership during the raid on Hippiedom. What's most impressive to me is that the community lost the region of Hippiedom with the refound attempt, but has still be able to not only move on, but prosper since in Hippy Haven. A lot of that is thanks to Forever Fields.

Surely you could keep it by slightly rewording it? The system is outlined in a dispatch pinned to Hell's WFE, though it's called "The Stalker's Inferno" instead of Dante's.

There are a few other things I've noticed that are illegal: you cannot have forum links in a proposal, and I'm fairly certain that same rule applies for dispatches. However, you can link to resolutions.

On the subject of links, it isn't necessary to have more than one for every unique nation or region you mention. It's easier on the eyes that way.

The citizens of Imladris Island, as new inhabitants of Middle Earth, can already see the positive impact Forever Fields has on our region. As ambassador from Imladris, I have come to realize that it is dedicated people such as Forever Fields who keep the rest of us going and help to get others engaged in the outside world. The Elcontar family, as well as Imladris Island and the Kingdom of the Seven Islands as a whole, certainly supports this commendation!
