Welcome to the National Republic of Thermodolia!

We at the Department of State are glad you are considering Thermodolia. We have decided after a long period of isolationism to open up an embassy program in Thermodolia. We thank you for considering Thermodolia and hope you have a nice stay.

Rules and Regulations:

The number of Embassy Personnel must not exceed 25 Diplomatic Staff, 25 Service Staff, and 25 Security Staff.
Consular Personnel must not exceed 15 Diplomatic Staff, 5 Service Staff, and 6 Security Staff.

Weapons: All pistols, sub-machine guns, and assault rifles are legal. However there must not be more than 100 total weapons.

Vehicles: All sedans, SUVs, and most helicopters are allowed. They can be powered by any source. They can be armored but cannot be armed.

Drugs: Cannabis, Ecstasy, LSD, DOM, and Diazepam are legal however you will have to declare them when you arrive. All other drugs are illegal
Alcohol: All legal same as above.
Plants: Most legal, your plant will have to undergo a background check to make sure it's okay for Thermodolia.
Animals: Most legal, you will have to provide an immunization form and your animal will have to undergo a background check to make sure it's okay for Thermodolia.

Diplomatic Immunity and Extraterritoriality:

We offer diplomatic immunity in accordance with international law.

Extraterritoriality

The National Republic of Thermodolia offers all nations the right to be free from most laws of Thermodolia and to be able to follow their own laws. However this does come with exception and can be revoked if the embassy is proven to be conducting nefarious practices; such as sex, person, and child trafficking and terrorism.

Other Information:

The National Republic of Thermodolia will offer security to nations who cannot or have a cultural apprehension to such matters. The security shall be provided by the Thermodolia Diplomatic Protection Service or TDPS for short. All embassies residing in Embassy Row as part of the gated community will get automatic protection from the TDPS. To further clarify TDPS will be protecting the outer limits of the gated community and not the embassies themselves, unless the embassy requests protection.

Embassies are only allowed in Thermodolia City, in the three neighborhood locations provided; only one Embassy per nation.

Consulates maybe located in any major city in Thermodolia, there is no restriction on the number of consulates per nation other than one consulate per major city. An embassy is required to have consulates in Thermodolia with one exception. (See below)

Nations which do not want to establish formal diplomatic relations may establish a consulate in Thermodolia City or name another nation’s diplomatic mission to be their protecting power to Thermodolia. However no other consulates may be established by such nations.

Embassy Row

Embassy Row is a quiet medium sized gated community in the Nœthź Mœrâź Dêstī (Northern Hills District) of Thômthdólathdând (Thermodolia City). This place is great for children and people who like quiet places. All buildings in this community are of town-home style construction.

Véilthdând

Véilthdând (River City) is a vibrant community on the banks of the Thršćâ Véilth (Thršćâ River) in the Véilth Vêrtæ Dêstī (River Valley District) of Thômthdólathdând (Thermodolia City). This community has a vibrant atmosphere and night life, perfect for those who like to live life to the fullest.

Frêthsæ Bûtathátre Dêstī

Frêthsæ Bûtathátre Dêstī (The Central Business District) is the bustling hub of the economy in Thômthdólathdând (Thermodolia City). This district is home to many national and multinational corporations, colleges and universities, parks, and transportation centers. This Community is perfect for those who like the hustle and bustle of a big city.

Consulate Locations:

Thômthdólathdând

Thômthdólathdând, Thermodolia City in English, is the capital city of Thermodolia and the capital of the National Capital District. Located in the north central half of the nation it’s far inland than most capital cities owing to historical happenstance. It’s a large city spread out over the confluence of two rivers and bordered by Lake Cænahe, a large almost sea like lake. As the capital of the nation the vast majority of the government is based in the city.

Frêthâda

Frêthâda (Centralton) is directly opposite Thômthdólathdând on the southern shore of Lake Cænahe, Thômthdólathdând is on the northern shore of the lake. The city is known as the gateway to the southern half of the nation and as such several train lines pass through the city with airplanes flying to all points.

Rânthâthdând

Rânthâthdând (Rânthâ City) is the capital of the Republic of Rânthâ, an autonomous republic within Thermodolia.

Kârthéna

Kârthéna is the capital of the Republic of Krâthístan, a autonomous republic within Thermodolia. Krâthístan is majority Krâthí which is a Turkic ethnicity. The Krâthí language is very similar to Kazakh, as the Krâthí originated in that area before migrating to Thermodolia.

Hæna

Hæna is yet another capital of an autonomous republic within Thermodolia. This time it’s the capital of the Republic of Jûnstan. Jûnstan is home to the Jûn people which is also a Turkic ethnicity that originated out of what is now Kyrgyzstan and western China before migrating to Mongolia for a time before finally ending up in Thermodolia.

Because of this migration the Jûnstani language has Mongolian and Han Chinese influences, to the point that the language shares the Mongolian script although it has been slightly edited to fit the language.

Fêthænthdólathdând

Fêthænthdólathdând (Traditional Land City) or in Trhogścánd, Trhogane. This city is the capital of the Traditional Republic of
Fêthænthdóla literally the Traditional Republic of Traditional Land. However in Trhogścánd it is know as Trhogścánd. This is the last of the four autonomous republics within Thermodolia.

This republic is home to a small minority of the Thermodonic peoples, in addition it’s also home to nearly all homeschoolers in Thermodolia and is somewhat of a time machine back to the pre western era of Thermodolia.

Cœasæźthvitd

Cœasæźthvitd (Coasterville) is a city on Thermodolia’s pacific coast and the state capital of Cœasæ (Coastal). It’s a pleasant city, great for relaxing by the seaside.

Thodésca

Thodésca is the state capital of Nrêth, the only state that is an entire city, it’s one of Thermodolia’s largest cities with nearly 30 million people. It’s also home to several international organizations and the TGČŌ (TSTO) or the Thodésca Grænšô Časrtī Ōgrathæthn (Thodésca Security Treaty Organization) a regional defense organization.

The city sits on the eastern banks of the Thodésca river which is the border between Thermodolia and her neighbors.

Sacora

Sacora is the state capital of Sorraca, in the northeast part of the nation. The city has a lot of Arabic and Islamic influences due to the majority of the Thermodolian Muslim population living in the area and because the area was originally settled by Arabic traders. It, like Cœasæźthvitd, sits on the pacific coast of Thermodolia.

Trénthdând

Trénthdând (Trén City) is the largest and most populous city in all of Thermodolia. The city is the capital of the state of Thrân but also spreads into two other neighboring states. The city is a major economic hub, port, and strategic military base. It sits on the eastern edge of the Thrân bay which is the mouth of the Thodésca river. Opposite the city is the state of Græst Vâland (West Vâland) a collection of islands in the bay.

Sændâ

Sændâ is one of the southern most cities in all of Thermodolia. Sitting near the southern end of the temperatures here are more subtropical. However being at the near southern end of the nation it is more remote from the rest of major cities and is pretty far from the national capital.

Nœthźthdând

Nœthźthdând (Northern City) is the largest northern most city in all of Thermodolia. The winters in this area a very cold with summers barely getting above 15C. Surrounded by mountains this city is only for the most adventurous and tough individuals. It is the capital of Nœthź Dêstī (Northern District)

Zanzibar

Zanzibar is the capital of Žanžibar Grândśa (Zanzibar Territory), a island territory off the coast of Eastern Africa and Tanganyika. It is part of the last remnants of the former Thermodolian Colonial empire, as such it is a very multicultural society and has a mishmash of architectural styles. Being close to Africa this is a prefect spot for those who want to conduct diplomacy in the region

Wi Tong

Wi Tong is a heavily Chinese influenced city which is the capital of Sœth Činæ Sæ Grândśa (South China Sea Territory), a collection of islands both man made and natural in the South China Sea. This area of Thermodolia is very tropical and is in a very contested and multicultural area
