Boots were a bitch when recovering from complete loss. Nifid boots were positively primitive in nature; ten lines of pseudocode to kick start the microscopic device embedded in brain tissue. Everything else relied on upon it, however.

Character Background/Biography: Velocidoctor is the result of super-soldier experiments conducted by the shadowy Raptorial government to be the perfect agent for SEPO. However, he grew a more well defined conscious than his handlers and went rogue. Velocidoctor stole a confiscated Time Vehicle from the Area 52 storage facility and began a crusade to defend the innocent and stop the tyranny spread by the Raptor Empire. He has traveled far and wide, more so than any normal raptor due to his extended lifespan, saving planets and fighting injustice wherever and whenever he found it. Despite his efforts, he knows the crafty Raptor Empire will stop at nothing to continue their conquests. He often has to correct the paradoxes created by the wonton travel of the Raptorverse, which has lead to an attitude of minimal interference with history.

Why the character is in Bielefeld/Occupation: He has come to stop the nefarious machinations of Neil and Gretta Von Eldritch, and will subsequently be trapped by them in Bielefeld.
