Celestar is constantly challenging the boundaries of engineering to build the safest, most efficient and technologically advanced transport aircraft in the world. Our head offices are based in Outineau and our world-class production facilities are located across Kelssek. Since being established as a national enterprise in 1953, Celestar has built its products to the highest standards of quality and excellence. We are today a fully private and employee-owned corporation dedicated to going above and beyond for a world in motion. Auto racing fans will also know us from our joint-venture participation in the World Grand Prix Championship as part of Team Rével-Celestar.
We presently collaborate with our engine manufacturing partners Rével and Jarlyig, but we are always pleased to work with new suppliers and partners who share our dedication to excellence.
Maintenance, training and after-sales support
While our facilities at Aéroport Mirabelle outside Outineau are at our customers' disposal for maintenance needs, for larger fleets in-house maintenance is most cost-effective. Your personnel will have the opportunity to acquire the skills and qualifications they need from our own specialists through our training and certification courses, allowing you to establish your own maintenance, repair and overhaul bases. Full parts and repair support is provided through the entire lifetime of the aircraft.
Advanced avionics packages customizable to your needs
Flight Dynamics is Celestar's avionics development subsidiary. Standard features in our "glass cockpit" avionics packages include:
- Flight management computer (FMC) with advanced lateral and vertical navigation systems which calculate optimum routes, speeds and altitude for maximum efficiency.
- ACARS (Aircraft Communications, Addressing, and Reporting System) allowing transmission of location and telemetry data and communication with dispatch and maintenance crew on the ground with available automatic fault reporting.
- ADS-B capability for improved safety and in full compliance with latest air traffic control standards, which are increasingly being introduced for improved safety in non-radar airspace.
- Flight envelope protection with standard law and override modes. In standard mode prevents inputs exceeding structural limits, automatic stall recovery, terrain and collision avoidance (in tandem with the GPWS and TCAS systems).
- DigiBrief, our digital flight bag system, allows pilots to access and view aeronautical charts and complete necessary paperwork electronically either on tablets or additional screens installed in the flight deck.
- Centralized maintenance console facilitating timely diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Lease and financing
Please note that export financing restrictions apply and we reserve the right to refuse or delay orders if financing is not approved. Our in-house financial services arm Celestar Finance is able to make arrangements including loans, lease agreements, and exchange rate insurance to protect against the risk of currency fluctuations (all prices are listed in Universal Standard Dollars). We will also consider purchasing part of your existing fleet for credit towards a purchase of new Celestar aircraft.
In general, airlines will need to satisfy Celestar and the Export Development Agency of Kelssek that they meet the following basic requirements:
- Airline's long-term viability
- Political stability of the country the airline is based in
- Appropriate quantity of order, especially for painting services
Major production facilities
Final assembly for our jet aircraft takes place at Aéroport Mirabelle, which is located in metropolitan Outineau. The Ce-6D Viking is wholly produced in Kingstown, the provincial capital of Konoha. Components and parts are produced in Downsview (greater Kirkenes), which is also the site of our testing and research facilities, Willsden Harbour (Haligonia), Clayquot (Etnier) and Springbank (near Mazinaw, Conryia). Flight Dynamics is based in Redswyth, Noua Cymru with offices also located in Coikwetlem (suburban Burnaby).
Towards carbon-free flight
Aviation must confront the climate emergency by developing technologies that reduce and eliminate emissions of greenhouse gases. Celestar Research and Development works with engine suppliers to develop aircraft prototypes powered by cryogenic fuel cell technology, solar power, and other promising technologies. We welcome proposals and investment for collaboration.
