We are so confident in our equipment's ability to sell itself that we choose to forego the graphic art and fancy layouts in favor of pumping all of our money into producing streamlined systems which far-exceed our own standards and above all, our customers' expectations!

- 7. Universal Defense is willing to sponsor new and original designs at the request of OEMs. By listing your equipment here, you agree to share 40% of the profits with Universal Defense.

Due to the sensitivity of the Arms Manufacturing Industry and its direct impact upon the contemporary world, the Falkasian Government has mandated that weapons sales conducted via nationally-registered corporations follow careful protocals when dealing with international actors. The purpose of these laws are, naturally, to prevent powerful weapons from falling into the hands of terrorists and unfriedly nations, although in reality we admit that all it does is cause unnecessary headaches and massive deforestation on an industrial scale. Regardless, Universal Defense has constructed a simple four-level categorization system to help aid you in determining what equipment your nation may purchase given the current restrictions. For ease of use, all weapons systems or equipment which fall into a so-called "protected category" will be marked for your viewing convenience.

The patented Universal Defense Tier System (TM) functions as an easy, visual way of concluding which weapons systems you can buy! It is comprised of four levels, each of which includes a wide array of hardware and restrictions and grows more stringent as one approaches the top. The Top Tier is typically reserved only for the closest allies and traditional friends of Falkasia and its territories.
- TIER ONE RESTRICTION: You won't ever see this in our catalog, as Tier One items are left unmarked. Tier One is the lowest level of restriction, and all nations may make purchases from items within this category.
- TIER TWO RESTRICTION: To acquire the rights to make purchases from this level, a nation must grow beyond 100 Million in population. While this may seem like an arbitrary number, our highly-paid Universal Defense accountants have assured us that a nation's stability and financial power increases exponentially with its population. Apparently, 100 Million is the magic number where growth plateaus.
- TIER THREE RESTRICTION: For trusted partners of both Universal Defense and Falkasia. As it is impossible for our antiquated archives to keep track of who has reached this status, we offer a general rule of thumb. If you think these restrictions do not apply to you, they most likely do not.
- TIER FOUR RESTRICTION: Reserved ONLY for current and traditional allies of Falkasia. You know who you are.
