Your NS Nation's Nickname: Just add it to my tab. We all know my nickname.
Character Name: NST 3v1 (Neste Trilb)
Character Gender: Female
Character Species (nation personification, human, alien, etc): higher construct
Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): 5', 110 lbs, looks to be in her twenties, is actually much older due to long periods of status.
URL to Character Picture, if any: Lizard form, post-molt feathers; human form.
Primary Skill or Power: Psionics (the same shit as normal. Do you want me to use the other app? I can nerf her.)
Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Worthless without her carpules
Secondary Skill or Power: Genetic manipulation
Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Heh (the same shit as normal. See comment above.)
Character Background/Biography: Construct, former ambassador, now lost.
Why the character is in Bielefeld/Occupation: Rescued from an old RP or three, plus she's been used several times as a plot device here. Frankly, I'm tired of my other characters and need to take a break from Chaos. I don't plan to bring her in until the group returns to the Building. She'll stay across the hall from Bodkins.
URL to Apartment Picture: http://cdn.home-designing.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/9-Oversized-pendant-shade.jpg
Since it's a construct and she's stuck in the Building's bowels, can she please have a garden apartment? Similar to this?
Link to RP examples: (this MUST be a DIRECT LINK to your IC post in an RP, NOT a link to the RP thread itself. If you don't have examples, make your biography good.) Meh.
IMPORTANT:
One paragraph that sums up your character. This paragraph is what we'll use on your player tab on the first page of the thread. This MUST be brief. Your tab will contain a link to your application so people will have full details:

So I get the mop bucket out and mop about 75% of the store floor which is bigger than I'm used to from working in a kitchen, when a family of six walk in. Holy shit. They had two teens and two pre-teens, and they walked all over the store. Oh no! It's totally fine! Just go walk over to the pop cooler, and then all in front of the candy shelves, and the ice cream freezer. Track salt and snow and dirt all in onto the floor that I just mopped, I don't care.
But now I'm just bitching.

Character Name: Septimus Itum
Character Gender: Male
Character Species (nation personification, human, alien, etc): Human (cybernetic, modified)
Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): Septimus Itum is a five-foot, ten-inch humanoid with a thin build. He's covered in augmentations from head-to-toe - literally - with any extraneous limbs sprouting from a metal box on his back. This box is fused with his physical flesh. His face is obscured by a breathing mask and filter, leaving only his eyes (one mechanical and one organic) exposed. His chest is covered in a panoply of wires, boxes, and tubes that keep him alive. For clothing, he wears tattered crimson robes with gold trim. What parts of him that aren't robotic or cybernetic appear wrinkly and extremely aged, similar to a human of around sixty or seventy years. His actual age is around 1,200.
URL to Character Picture, if any: Good old Septimus
Primary Skill or Power: Cybernetic limbs (limbs on his back, enhanced vision, smell, and hearing, etc), including a cannon in place of a left arm (transforms into a matter manipulation device aka holographic hand, as well as a power saw)
Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Requires a ridiculous amount of protein (at least five pounds of pure protein per day) to survive (otherwise his body begins cannibalizing), as protein is processed by his body's generator to maintain and repair damage done to his cybernetics. This is on top of ridiculous calorie requirements (at least 10,000 calories per day, preferably in concentrated form) to keep his systems powered. Essentially, he's useless if he doesn't get a feast a day. And I do mean "a day".
Secondary Skill or Power: Cranial augmentation and cybernetics (logic processor for faster response to threats, scanner connected to eye to allow visual data to be cataloged, analysis core which takes input from various appendages and collates it for later recall and use)
Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Vulnerable to EMPs due to lack of cranial shielding (will cause forced reboot, resulting in lost memory and reduced function for a few hours), requires at least two hours per day set aside to maintain mental efficiency (clear buffer, defragment short-term and long-term memories, run virus scans, etc) or risk total system failure and death
Character Background/Biography: Septimus Itum was the youngest member of the Regent Board of the University-State of Agymnum, a highly-advanced multiversal empire spanning nearly two dozen planets spread across several universes and connected via a series of warp gates and teleportation portals. Agymnum was a meritocratic technocracy, whose citizens were highly educated and whose primary output was research rather than some physical good for trading. Seekers of knowledge, the state and its citizens sought to explore the far reaches of the known universes, contact various civilizations, share knowledge, and record all sorts of data - useful and useless - for future denizens of the world.
Few noteworthy events occurred during his 1,200 year existence. The destruction of planets, birth of stars, and expansion of Agymnum is considered insignificant, as all these had been occurring long before he was born and would be going on long after he died. He spent much of his childhood as most people in Agymnum did, studying hard in the state-funded Schola Academia and eventually selecting a specialization for research and creative development. His selection was in the study of the biological cessation of existence and the possibilities there were for preventing it and reversing it, or philothanatophy (lit. "love of death").
Following his graduation with honors from the Schola Academia, he worked in Mobius Research Conglomerate for several centuries before eventually being recruited by the Regent Board as a future ruler. While groomed by the current Regent Board members, he continued research in philothanatophy privately and eventually received the permission and funding to create Lazarus LLC, which he founded alongside his research fellows from his Academia days.
Upon the death of the Counsel of the Regent Board, everyone surviving was promoted up one level and thus Septimus took up his mantle as the newest official member of the Board, becoming its primary diplomatic officer and ambassador. He spent his next 800 years in this position, expanding trade, networking with various nations, and continuing research with Lazarus LLC when he had spare time. The particular project he was working on prior to his unfortunate disappearance was an experiment in attempting to resurrect a dead person whose memories and personality had been stored (in binary) in the Infinity Circuit.
Socially, he is most-known for his infamous inability to speak to human women without suppressing his emotions through use of his logic core. Why and how this crippling social disability came about is totally unknown, though it is suspected to have developed during secondary schooling. He usually suppresses emotions and thus comes off as a monotone, insincere (if honest) jackass during most conversations involving female participants.
Why the character is in Bielefeld/Occupation: Rather embarrassing for a researcher of his caliber and a man of his age, he was careless during a routine experiment in teleportation as part of his research into resurrection of Infinity Circuit inhabitants. While at a Lazarus lab testing whether an artificial body would be capable of withstanding teleportation without losing critical data in its mental cores, he left the teleportation device on with no inputted location (defaults to garbage/random characters) while inspecting the dummy body he'd been testing for damage. As he moved the dummy body and looked into the teleportation portal, he accidentally fell in and the portal activated for some unknown reason, resulting in him being thrust through time and space and ending up in this quaint little corner of the galaxy.
He has decided to make the best of it and attempt to do some research while he is here, perhaps even prodding his neighbors and seeing who they are and what they're (quite literally) made of.

Septimus Itum
Septimus is an augmented human and a researcher in the field of philothanatophy (study of death, lit. "love of death") from a futuristic, multiversal technocracy: Agymnum. He held a high-ranking post in its government, functioned as the highest-level diplomat for all trade and foreign affairs, was doing research into resurrecting the dead when he was sucked into this curious dimension, and has a social impediment preventing him from communicating with human women while his emotions are enabled. He is curious, hungers for knowledge (also food, to maintain his cybernetic form), and is terrible at social interaction. Work with him, against him, or just be near him at your own peril. Incidentally, don't mention harming cats around him.

Kwa'a, presently on island, should typically be in apartment or another area of Building after returning.
