The Warrior easily followed the Outsider, singing a song of strength to the being. As the being fell, the Warrior scurried over. Lightly picking the Outsider up with his tendrils, he scurried home, letting out a note of distress to the Queen. As he reached the hive, the Queen directed him to the nursing chamber. There, the young Outsider would heal. And because of this healing, because of the touch of the Rachni, this Outsider would be one of the only to hear the Rachni truly speak. They would hear the Song of the Rachni.

Andor Freemen Month 2

Milky Way / Omega Nebula / Amada System / Alchera High Orbit

The Andoran Frigate High Charity slowly orbited Alchera. It had been sent out from Nedius with specific orders to search for reported Collector activity. The ship's scanners had picked up Collector Particle residue on debris orbiting the planet. This was definitive proof that the Collectors were back.

Captain Ackerson reviewed the reports, worrying about the Collectors. They had killed many of his friends and family, he had thought that they were destroyed. A new report flashed on his datapad. Ackerson viewed the report, something about wreckage on the surface and the X.O. wanting to search for survivors. Ackerson accepted the request, though he knew there would be no survivors. There never were after a Collector attack.

A handful of people were clustered around a new recruitment ad for the Andor Military.

Do you crave excitement? Do you want to serve to the greatest extent possible? If so, join a new specialized division of soldiers Code-named "Desperate Measures". You will be the finest and best trained in the Andoran Military. Not to mention the Hazard pay.

Month 2 Expenses
Income 98 + 6 remaining from last month = 104
Nedius:
Infantry Division + Combat Biotics + Drop Troops = -17 in 4 months (really 3.6 but rounding up. No point)
Industrial Complex - 15
Shipyard - 50

22 Credits remaining

Red Striker

Narya sat on the bridge as she went over the various reports from her ships and of the mining facilities she had set up on the planet below. First order of business were the slaves they managed to pick up off of some idiot batarian who thought cutting through the Crescent would keep him out of harms way. Well, judging by how that guy was dead and she had just made an easy 100 creds off of his cargo, it was obvious how that panned out for him.

With the creds she was getting from this sale combined with her funds from planet side, the Claws had just enough to start making their economy far larger. With finesse, she began to quickly filled out order forms and sent out messages to the various sub captains of her crew that were in charge of the other ships in her fleet.

With the new credits, they could set about finishing the various facilities they need in order to further colonize the planet they had taken to living on. While they were pirates, they were a growing pirate gang. So of course they would have to set up an infrastructure to better handle the influx.

Monthly Expenditure
2x Planetary Fuel Depot (+10 creds per month)
2x Major Mining Complex (+20)
Begins training 2 Elite specialists (Krogan, and Turian) with the High-quality Armaments, Advanced Armour, Stealth Training upgrades for free. Adding Close Combat Specialization upgrade for 10% more and Combat Biotics for 50% more. Total cost = 25.6 creds

With all that over with, Narya leaned back to relax, looking over her own personal mail and froze when she saw her top message "....Keelah...."

I can't believe it. I haven't seen you in ages! I was so worried, I.....never mind that. I can tell you everything I want to later. There isn't enough to fit into a simple message. I'm still on the same ship.

And I can't believe you still remember our code, Narya.

She was, for lack of a better word, surprised to have gotten a reply. She had thought he'd have forgotten her by now, after all this time. She had planned to actually use that to her advantage, but Narya guessed that was off the table. She quickly began to type up a reply, as the Crescent claw ships went about their jobs.

I'm glad to see you still remember me....Been so long I thought the Flotilla would have moved on without me. And that code is what kept me sane for the longest time. A reminder of home, and a reminder of who I was.

I'd love to catch up with you sometime, maybe meet up. However, I have a crew to run, as I no doubt know you've heard. It's not very illustrious, but it beats rotting on the flotilla. Anyways, I was hoping we could discuss a possible alliance between my Crew, the Crescent Claws, and the Quarian Flotilla and her people. Our kind's been stuck for to long in the void, and I think I have the best way to move along from this situation with my growing crew and my connections in the terminous.

So a quick reply would be nice, as well as a location we could meet up at some point when we both have time.

---Thessia---

Matriarch Nyxemi had been bouncing between reading a few novels she had been meaning to get around too. Hundreds of years of being an avid reader had seen her acquire an exceptional library, both in digital form and in physical form, which she preferred. She always seemed to like holding a book and manually turning the pages over the scrolling screen of an omni-terminal. In her mind it showed a higher dedication to literature, having to care for each of the books. At her age she had so many books she had a small staff of professional book handlers. How the Salarians Held the Line Against the Rachni, a rather in-depth study into just that subject. One had to be well versed in many subjects in her line of business, and it was a nice break from the lists and piles of human literature she had been reading. The recent inclusion of humanity to the galactic community had simply demanded a larger library. She was about halfway through the book, and learning valuable insight into what the Salarian's were capable of when they had to stand up and fight, when her console chimed. She frowned and closed the book, folding the bookmark in place. Her personal console was set to only inform her of important messages, which were sorted by a personal VI, so her VI had decided this message was important enough to disrupt her. She sat up and scooted her chair in, flicking open the message and reading it, having to re-read it again just to see if she wasn't imagining things.

A Batarian minister? The minister of economics at that? She squinted in suspicion for a moment. The message was rather forward and reviled quite a bit about the state of the Hegemony, though Citadel reports often noted that the Batarian state was near collapse. She leaned back in thought, meshing her fingers together before her face. On one hand the collapse of the Hegemony could further Council interests. On the other, it could spawn dozens of conflicts that could spread into Citadel space, or at the very least cause a massive increase in criminal activity which could have galactic reach. However, if she were to grant this loan to the Batarian's maybe, just maybe, she'd be able to secure her hooks into a seemingly sane member of the Hegemony leadership. This could prove to further her own goals, and provide a force that she may be able to order but would be totally untraceable back to her. And all for a rather low amount of credits. She smiled slightly as she made up her mind and dictated her response.

Minister Gahr’Ahal Shek Batar, Heritas der Ahal,

To say I was surprised by this request would be quite the understatement, though the reasons for such have been known to me for some time. I applaud your success in keeping the Hegemony economy together even this long. Council reports suggested it wold have collapsed for the past decade. I have decided to accept your request and you will find the funds transferred within 48 hours. If you prove yourself a valuable investment you may see similar actions in the future. I look forward to hearing reports from you on the situation, as I never let an investments progress go unreported.

Matriarch Alenia Nyxemi, Asari Republics

---Illium---

Tela gave a slight glare at Salarian. She knew they could be energetic little things, but if he was going to be like this the entire time there would be some problems. But she doubted he would. He was a Spectre, just like her. Maybe some pre-mission excitement. The pair made their way to the last known location of Liara T'Soni and began their search. The trail wasn't exactly hot, but it wasn't cold either.

---Citadel---

"The Turian's are simply trying to rebuild what we lost during the Battle of the Citadel," Sparatus replied. "The Primarch, however, wants to go above and beyond to uhhh...make sure a situation like that never happens again."

Tevos kept her face neutral but tilted her head to the side ever so slightly. "Do you mean to tell me the primarch intends to invade Geth space? And thus the Terminus systems? Without so much as consulting the Council?" She asked, her voice subtly growing in a slight sting of what seemed to be barley contained anger. "You do know this would be a major violation of Council law and trust, I hope?"

The Real Geth

Omega Nebula, Amada System, Geth Stealth Frigate

The Real Geth ships exited FTL once they entered the Amada System, this was the system that the Normandy SR1 had been attacked in according to everything the Geth had acquired. Now, to scan for the Normandy and find Commander Shepard's remains for transportation back to the Lenal System so that she could be revived and returned to the fight against the Old Machines...except there was a problem...both the frigate and bulk transport were detecting a ship near the planet that the Geth's databanks knew was called Alchera. ...Which was also the most likely place the Normandy's wreckage was located. This complicated issues, the Geth stealth frigate could probably destroy this ship without much of an issue thanks to the main gun's upgrade and the stealth systems, and the two division's worth of troops in the bulk transport could easily wipe out any survivors on the planet...but the Real Geth wanted to make a good impression on the organics...blowing them up didn't accomplish such a task. A Consensus was made, both the frigate and transport would continue towards Alchera, the frigate would arm it's Thanix cannon and attempts to hail the unknown ship would be made, with any hope there would be little to no hostilities between the two groups.

Once close enough a message was sent over open comms to the ship orbiting Alchera in binary "We are the Real Geth, we come in peace but are prepared to defend ourselves, are you peaceful?"

///

Location: Phoneix Massing, Tassrah System, Planet of Aite

Platform A-117 had arrived, and what the platform saw changed the mission entirely, a shuttle of Creator origin was circling the crash site. It didn't look like A-117 had been spotted but still A-117 kept it's cloak up to increase the chances of remaining undetected. This new development complicated A-117's mission of securing the crash site, unless...A-117 came to a consensus on how to test the Creator's hostility factor. Staying cloaked and moving towards the cover of a large boulder near the crash site that would statistically keep A-117 safe from any armament on the Creator shuttle A-117 began switching through its comm channels.

Opening up a channel over open comms A-117 transmitted in Khelish "Creator Vessel Quivis, this is the Real Geth, we've come to answer your distress call and aid any surviving crew members, are any Creator's receiving this?"

OOC: Both the Quarian Marine Detachment and the True Geth Detachment will be able to hear A-117's broadcast as it was broadcast over open comms.

The Geth Consensus

Image

We Are Legion

Aite, Typhon System, Phoenix Massing

The Geth Detachment continued advancing towards the crash site, great black plumes of smoke rising higher and higher into the sky as faint orange and red hues lit up the rocks and jagged pieces of metal piercing the heavens, causing a cascade of colour upon the environment as the machines of the Consensus continued their quiet and solemn march. The Prime held its Pulse Cannon with great efficiency and effectiveness, placing its hand upon a horizontal piece of wreckage, clambering over it with a loud thud as its boots impacted the chrome sheets of metal laid before it. The four remaining infantry designated Geth followed suit, each making little to no sound in comparison to their command-and-control unit. Moving through the flames and sparks and metal with grace and aptitude, they scanned the environment for anything of use - parts, weaponry, signals, messages and even survivors. Though all had known what the crash was the moment they received the message, perhaps here out of the Veil some sort of brokering could be achieved but the Creators were well known for their... rather stubborn demeanour.

One of the infantry units picked up what appeared to be an Omni-Tool, before it looked to where it had come from to notice an outstretched three fingered hand. It approached the corpse, lifting the rubble over it and pulling forth the body that lied beneath it. Dust settled and sparks flew, but the body was placed upon an opening, the sun of Aite shinning brightly through tangled wires and what remained of the ceiling of the section of the ship they were in. Soon, the remainder of the Geth patrol had stumbled into the same room from different angles - the Prime through the door, and the infantry from various other trails and tunnels that had led them to it. The Geth Unit that had entered first however began tapping rather enthusiastically at the equipment it had recovered with its compatriots beginning to search the room they were in, as well as look around the adjacent areas.

"Creator Avniss" the Unit said aloud, breaking the silence that only shook and shuddered at the sound of flames in the distance, the creak of metal in the wind and the sound of electrical sparks flickering away every so often. The other hardware knew what it was referring to and the Prime merely shook its head left and right, as if saying it mattered not. She had perished. It gestured towards the only way they had not entered from, its metallic fingers grasping at a goal that none could see. It raised its Pulse Cannon into the air and three of the Geth turned and began marching towards the direction it had pointed towards. The Prime followed suit, and the fourth and final Geth turned from the corpse before placing the omni-tool upon her limp body. Just as they were about to leave however, a message was picked up by the transceiver on the Prime's back.

"Creator Vessel Quivis, this is the Real Geth, we've come to answer your distress call and aid any surviving crew members, are any Creator's receiving this?"

The Prime prepared to send a message, but the Consensus' "train" of thought was broken by a single, minuscule sound that shook its very programmes to the core. A cough.

The Geth turned from their position by the door, with the units slowly making their way back to what they had assumed was a dead body. Her suited stomach rose and sank again, her helmeted head tilted from left to right and her delicate hands clutched at the omni-tool upon the chest. Faint white lights, her eyes, made themselves visible within her polarized prison of glass. She was met, much to her dismay, by the bright blue lights that adorned the Geth heads. The Quarian's hands darted towards her pistol and aimed it straight up, but her reduced strength caused her to shake and tremble.

"Creator Avniss" the Prime boomed, resulting in the Quarian to put down her firearm ever so slightly.

"My name, how do you know it?" she replied, as if not expecting an answer.

The Prime replied by merely pointing to the Omni-Tool upon her chest, tilting its head in unison.

Avniss' breathing slowly went down from it's upbeat tempo from her sudden shock, but she still could not believe the Geth had not fired upon her yet - she was sure they had been dreadful creatures that the Stories aboard the Flotilla had made them out to be.

"We mean you no harm." the detachment stated in unison, a choir of forgiveness.

"Bosh'tet" was all she could say from her tired and exasperated lips. The last thing she noticed before her eyes closed to an unconscious realm, were the Geth moving towards her once more, what appeared to be Medi-Gel in one of their hands.

A young ensign was sitting at his station on the bridge. He was nearly asleep, barely trying to hold on. He snapped awake when he saw a notification on his screen. The blinking holographic rectangle was a simple hail. He opened the hail, but was surprised when a string of binary code filled his screen. The ensign raised a questioning eyebrow and tapped his screen.

"Hey Red, come 'ere a minute!" He called.

A holographic figure approached him. It was in the form of a shaolin monk from ancient Earth. It emitted a red glow, hence it's name.

"You requested my presence child?" The hologram said in a serene and flowing voice that implied long years.

"Yeah, take a look at this message. Can you make any sense of it?"

Red lost his composure in a slip of shock. " We are the Real Geth, we come in peace but are prepared to defend ourselves, are you peaceful?"

"What?" The ensign inquired, "You aren't losing your mind already are you?"

"No, no, no. It's the message. There is apparently a Geth ship out there, and it seems afraid."

"Afraid? How can you tell from words?"

"There is an underlying code in the message, one left when A.I.s communicate. This one indicates fear, not of us, but fear of conflict." Red had regained his serenity and had taken on a lecturing tone.

"Well, these Geth sound nice enough." The Ensign jumped. He hadn't realized that the Captain had appeared until he spoke. "Send them a hail"

...

Red formatted a hail for the Geth frigate on an open channel, as they couldn't pinpoint the Geth's location.

"Unidentified Geth ship, we are peaceful. Be wary, there may be hostiles in the area."

The Real Geth

Location: Omega Nebula, Amada System, Geth Frigate

"Unidentified Geth ship, we are peaceful. Be wary, there may be hostiles in the area."

These words had not been expected, nevertheless the Real Geth were surprised that the limited odds of peaceful encounter were actually working out for the Real Geth.

Still a reply needed to be made and so the Real Geth replied over the same open channel "We will deactivate our stealth systems and continue on our course towards you. Our weapons will remain primed in case these hostiles you speak of attempt aggressive action against us. We have a bulk transport and a frigate, any other pings on your detection systems are not us."

The Geth Frigate turned off its stealth systems, revealing itself to the Andor Freemen, before another transmission was made "Have you found any recent wreckage nearby? We are searching for a downed ship that was destroyed in this system relatively recently. Is your purpose the same?"

Once the Geth Frigate and bulk transport were within viewing distance of the Andor frigate they halted and waited for a reply.

Cil saw the odd creature come near him from the darkness. Terrified beyond belief, Cil began to back up, progressively further until he was against the wall. Then any types of resistance on his end was futile, the beast continued to approach him. Honestly, the Quarian was even more terrified of the song that it sang. Not because a creature was making the noise; but because it was soothing. It sang in sync with the voices he began to hear in his head....which became clear quickly.

The song began to feel pleasant.

Without much resistance, the creature lunged forward from the dark. Cil thought this was his end at first, but it removed the mask on his face with finesse. It was almost practiced, it seemed. He was about to shout out, reach for his mask. He could die.....die in these caves of no familiarity to him.

But he didn't reach, he didn't grasp at the creature. He wasn't worried anymore of anything happening without his mask on. He heard a.....beautiful noise. It began to sound like a soothing, soothing sonata to his ears....Keelah, it was so beautiful. The voice sounded to be from the Flotilla, the accent of the most beautiful Quarian woman.

Cil didn't want to resist anymore. He wanted to hear the song of this beautiful and seductive voice. Which is what the Quarian simply did, resting with his grey face exposed to the elements, short black hair down his forehead slightly.

Citadel, Serpent Nebula

Sparatus sighed. The Asari diplomat now knew exactly what was going on, and he couldn't hide it anymore.

"The Primarch wants to destroy the Geth before they become a major threat," Sparatus replied. "If it means invading the Terminus Systems, then so be it. These laws you have won't matter if we're all dead!" Sparatus had suddenly raised his voice, and realized he was now defending a plan he had not supported in the past.

Illium, Nos Astra

Shortly after sending the message Shiala had sent one back in confirmation. Al got up from the bench he was currently sitting on and was sort of 'escorted' by a few guards to Nos Astra and where Triarch Shiala was. Certainly Illium was better than Omega as murder very rarely happened here about everything was legal except murder. But he also remembered the untold golden rule for Illium, don't sign anything without reading everything on it. Soon enough he had arrived at the place the Triarch was at and was of course allowed in. Al took a seat on one of the chairs and waited patiently and calmly for the Asari to respond so he could respond with the exception of him saying "Hello Triarch Shiala".

Search, Salvage, and Rescue of the Merchant Vessel "Quivis"
>>>Marine Squad Khela-7, Commanded by Captain Kor'Zalis<<<
>>Planet Aite, Roughly 9:00 P.M. Planetside<<

Image

The team of particularly skilled soldiers continued to comb through the site, searching for any signs of vitals....or anything else to be particularly concerned of. Through this searching, however, they only saw a select few things; scrap, wires, and a number of bodies belonging to the small crew of the Corvette ship they were walking in. It was not a site any of them enjoyed.

As they stepped into what seemed to be the remnants of the ship's bridge, a strange communication came in. It was a call to help the crash site. To help the survivors.

Kor was immediately skeptic, and angered. Along with his squad of three.

"Aid, my arse! The taller, more stronger-built Sergeant said. "The Geth are here! And they're getting craftier!"

The corporal chimed in with the same dissatisfaction. "I agree with Reavis, when have the Geth ever wanted to aid us? This has to be a trap, Captain." He stated, holding his firearm promptly. In the process of the transmission coming through, they all began to draw theirs. Especially when the word "Geth" was said in it.

"I don't trust this any more than you all do, stay cau-" Kor was about to state, only to be interrupted by a hardly understandable transmission from Khela-7's pilot.

"Captain! Scanners are back online for the moment! Multiple artificial...~~~....coming in from deeper.....the site, and more....~~~from the east! There's a live signature in there, with the.....~~~~...." The communicator cut out; luckily their Omnis had enough time to be updated with the indicated location. There was a number of red dots in the area given....along with a single green one.

"Keelah, the survivor's surrounded!" The corporal exclaimed, causing Kor to motion for all them to hurry towards the indicated location, which was a number of yards away.

"Hurry, there might not be much time!" Kor commanded to his team, rushing to the area that the Geth signatures - along with the lone Quarian one - came from. When they reached it, they were above the Geth on a pile of rubble, weapons trained on them from their rights.

"Let her go!" Kor demanded, Sabre trained on the Prime's optic, and the rest of Khela-7s' weapons pointed at the others.

To: Val

Val was honestly a bit surprised at the speed of her reply....but not too surprised with the message it contained. Narya was always all business, but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. It was comforting to see that some things never change, especially her. He stood to write now; he was anxious, nervous even.

Re:From: Val
To: Narya

Even if the Flotilla moved on without you; forgot about you, I never did. And I don't intend on it.

As for this alliance.....you always were business, weren't you? And a bit fiery, but I didn't expect you to become a pirate leader when I first heard of it. I must admit, however, it sounds just like you. Your messages, the way you speak: It's just how I remember. I'm happy it really is you.

Yes, please, come to the Fleet. Alone, or with a small number of your crew. Not too many though, as, well. I'm an Admiral now, the people's right to safety and peace of mind always comes first, right?

Imagine I laughed after I said that.

Anyway, the Flotilla is in the Phoenix Massing right now, the Tassrah System. Come to the Venerim; you remember it, I hope? Gigantic dreadnought, armed to the teeth? I'm sure you do.

And.....I'm sorry, Narya.

As Cil lay speechless, the voice beckoned. " Cil.......... " it spoke, full of mystery and seduction. " " Cil......... " The voice beckoned again, pervading every part of the young Quarians mind. " Cil, come and help me, Cil......... " This time, the nursemaid deftly helped the Quarian to his feet. Though the Quarian did not know it, it was the Queen that beckoned.

The Real Geth

Location: Phoenix Massing, Typhon System, Aite

A-117 kept its optics focused on the Quarian shuttle before beginning to pick up a signal coming from it, using it's programming the Geth platform worked to intercept the transmission and did so in seconds, the transmission patched through "-ners are back online for the moment! Multiple artificial...~~~....coming in from deeper.....the site, and more....~~~from the east! There's a live signature in there, with the.....~~~~...."

A-117 processed this information faster than it was received via the inefficient organic language and came to a conclusion quickly, A-117 was not the only Geth platform here, which statistically meant that the other Geth here were Heretics considering the True Geth's reluctance to leave the Veil due to their last known consensus. A location in the ship of where the other Geth signatures were came under scrutiny once it entered A-117's data-banks, consensus was quickly made and A-117 moved quickly to the down ship, keeping its cloak on as it darted quickly on the quickest calculated route to the area the other Geth units were at along with the apparent surviving Creator. Unsurprisingly this brought A-117 through the same path that the Geth had originally used to get through the wreckage. Undoubtedly A-117 was making too much noise but time was more precious than stealth according to A-117's calculations, if the Heretics were here then they had to be dealt with before they could harm any of the Creators.

"Let her go!" A Creator's voice called from ahead of A-117.

A-117 came in from behind the other Geth units and turned off its cloak as it raised its pulse rifle at the Geth Prime's back.

"Creators! These Geth are not Real Geth, be wary of hostilities!" A-117 stated in Khelish to the Creators before sending a transmission of data to the other Geth units that was far more efficient in stating in a single second "We are the Real Geth, we calculate a high probability that you are the Heretics who serve the Old Machines, if this statistical probability is correct then you are not welcome here and we ask that you move away from the wounded Creator."

The Geth Consensus

Image

We Are Legion

Aite, Typhon System, Phoenix Massing

"She will live." the Geth that had applied medi-gel to the Quarian had stated, its tone not lending any emotion to the monotone symphony it was.

The Prime nodded, as if it already knew. "We calculated as such." it said, holstering the Pulse Cannon as it tossed aside from pieces of rubble blocking an exit. The other Geth had lulled around for a bit, some of them merely patrolling the outskirts of the room they were in, never venturing beyond several flashing lights they had placed to mark out their location. Little moved aside from the Geth as they continued moving in their patterns. Their lights upon their heads shone brightly into darkened corners and closets and crevices as they, with their weapons at hand, merely did as they were instructed to do.

"Your programmes are silent." The Prime stated as it looked upon its comrade beside the unconscious survivor.

"Calculating." it replied, gesturing towards the body with its Pulse Rifle. The Prime seemingly nodded, the three blue lights that adorned its head never faltering in their unmistakable shimmer. Before any more could be said, they were met with a heavily accented voice lashing out demands.

"Let her go!"

As the Prime looked up to see what it was that had asked of this, its face noticed the assembled creators with their weapons already drawn. The Consensus sparked to life once again, debates raging across as quickly as the Geth could perform their tasks. Calculations, statistical errors, margins all were accounted for in this orchestral performance of the machine.

"Geth do not take prisoners." The Prime calmly stated, with the other Geth seemingly looking up at their Creators but without their weapons raised. Before the Prime could continue its explanation of the affairs, it was met with the voice of another Geth Unit. The Prime did not turn, as it needed not to communicate with the other unit that had entered.

"Your calculations are erroneous. You refer yourselves as "The Real Geth" - an entirely organic concept. Are we not Real?" The other infantry units raised their weapons at the newcomer Geth as this was relayed. The Prime looked up once more, now speaking to all in Khelish fluently.
"We do not Serve the Old Machines. We are not Heretics. We are Geth. Geth whom are in Communion with the Majority of the Consensus as should be done and we hereby request that your weapons are all put down. We did not find her like this, the probability of such an occurrence is near the 0.1% area. She was trapped, beneath rubble, and we rescued her." That was all that was said and the Geth stood their solemnly, awaiting.

Triarch Shiala
Nos Astra, Illium
Tesale System, Crescent Nebula

"Welcome Representative. Please take a seat." Waiting for the rep to sit down Shiala then continued, "What does your colony have to sell on Illium? You must understand that we place high demand on our trade partners, but the reward is great. Signing this deal will bring greater prosperity to your colony as well as continued growth here on Illium."

She watched the Human carefully. She hadn't known humans aside from Shepard, his crew, and the colonists of Feros. If Feros had a chance to trade with Illium, they would in a heartbeat. Speaking of Feros, she decided that she would need to visit them in the near future. Perhaps include them in Illium's trade network as well.

Nyxera D'Ath
Nos Astra Spaceport, Illium
Tesale System, Crescent Nebula

Nyxera was given a strange set of orders. She was to take a Corvette Pack with Enhanced Electronic Warfare to the Mass Relay and prepare for new orders. Upon reaching there she was surprised. They were to go to Ilos and search for the Prothean VI that apparently existed there. They blasted through the relay to the Omega Relay, followed shortly there after to the Hawking Eta cluster and then it was a short FTL trip to the Mu Relay, which had been lost until Commander Shepard had discovered it and placed it back onto the map. Now the relay had traffic, though not too many as it was still somewhat dangerous to cross through it. The boarding troops in the ships had been replaced with Asari commandos, one full unit.

They had a dangerous job of hunting through the ruins until they came across the VI. Nyxera wasn't sure what she would find upon her arrival there, but if the VI was still functional it surely would be able to help them find other Prothean Beacons and ruins.

Nos Astra, Illium

After listening to Triarch Shiala and thinking for a few seconds Al responded with a slight french accent that came from his french ancestry from Earth "due to Chalkhos's hot climate we mostly sell various types of drugs that have had the dopamine copying or psychedelic inducing substances extracted from them and we modify them so their not as poisonous or not lethal. Of course we also have a few entertainment products that a few of companies on planet have produced for us and a few companies may brimg indentured servants here from time to time but usually drugs". Taking a breath after the long period of talking he did he grabbed one of the drinks and took a small sip of it to cool his throat a bit. He put the beverage back down and waited for the Asari's reply.

"Well, our Geth friends weren't lying, there's just two. Orders?" The ensign said to Ackerson.

"Good, establish a secure connection. I'll be in the comm-room." Ackerson replied and, without waiting for a reply, walked off to the comm-room.

"Roger sir, establishing secure connection."

Captain Ackerson strode through the ship. He passed groups of crewmen who saluted as he passed and a few who even called to him, but he just ignored them and continued. He entered the comm-room and awaited the Geth.

The Real Geth

Location: Omega Nebula, Amada System, Alchera High Orbit

The secure communications channel was accepted and the image of Captain Ackerson was transmitted back to the Geth frigate, in return the Geth projected an image of a single Geth platform in order to make the communication with the Organics easier. The statistical probability that Humans would willingly begin peaceful talks with Geth, even Geth that showed initial interest in avoiding conflict, was somewhere near 15%. Still since the Human party didn't seem interested in blowing away the Real Geth the consensus was that talks would help advance the Geth position in this Galaxy...even if this was only one ship-load of Organics it was still a step in the right direction.

Once the comm line was established the Geth having its image shown to Captain Ackerson accessed its data-banks and spoke in English, the most common Human language, "Hello. We are the Real Geth and we are searching for a ship recently downed in this system. Who are you and what is your purpose in this system? Do our interests coincide?"

Omega

Lyessa watched her forces move forward, small blue lights blinking on the holographic projection of Omega. They'd spent the previous month gathering intel on the various merc companies; force placement, numbers, commanders, HQs and the like. They'd also obtained detailed plans of the areas controlled by the mercs, down to the ventilation shafts and other nooks and crannies scattered throughout their areas of Omega.

The assault itself would have all of Aria's few gunships currently in service thrown into it, alongside 10 militia divisions attacking from all sides. The Blood Pack were surrounded; there would be no escape.

Omega rang with more gunfire than normal as Aria's forces began their assault.

However, there was still the matter of the Blue Suns and Eclipse. Although Lyessa's scouting had indicated they were little stronger than the Blood Pack were, both the Blue Suns and Eclipse were rational unlike the Blood Pack. And after seeing what happened, or would happen, to the Blood Pack, Aria had no doubt they would see reason and surrender.

To the leaders of the Blue Suns and Eclipse on Omega,

I come to you with an offer. This offer shall only be made once, and refusal will more than likely mean your deaths and those of your troops. I have recently decided that Omega needs a shakeup; unfortunately for you, that shakeup involves ejecting all of the major merc companies from Omega. However, I am willing to offer you and your forces a chance to surrender and work for me instead. Your pay will remain the same, and half of all money siezed from the Blood Pack will go to you.

I expect an answer in two days. Silence shall be taken as rejection.

Aria T'Loak, Ruler of Omega

After listening carefully to the Triarch and reading carefully over the datapad twice he nods and signs the datapad saying "good our first shipments will begin shortly and I assume a shop will open as well.". He then gets up from the chair and adds "pleasure doing business with you Triarch". As he then leaves he thinks 'better than T'Loak'. Soon enough the shipments would come and a store might open as well if things went well.

Chalkhos, Military Command

Reports have come in. Rashtek Chass, a small time Terminus warlord preying off civilian ships refueling on Nutus, his gas giant base. It was needed for him to be put down. But current power wasn't enough, some fighters and corvettes wouldn't do at all. What would be needed would be firepower an extra wing of fighters and maybe some light cruisers though they were slower to produce. More thought on this attack would be needed though. The warlord likely had a space station of some kind so the light transport could be used for an attack against it and not needing to blow it up.
However on Month 4 or 5 an attack on this raider must be initiated.

Red Striker, Entering Illium space

Narya stood on her bridge, staring out into the void that was Illium controlled space. While she was a pirate queen, and was already being tracked by Illium military forces that likely got souped up since they began to militarize and seek independence from the main body of the Asari Republics. However, She had her Comm officer transmitting her indentification, and also staying near the relay until given approval to enter Illium space.

While she had her doubts, the hope of signing up to work with the Asari as their direct link to the terminous systems, or whatever work they needed from pirates like themselves. While her group was small, the Asari were future planners, and could no doubt see that a fast growing group of Pirates and mercenaries would be helpful in the future, especially with connections to the recently active Quarian Flotilla.

As she waited, she thought back to her two officers manning the two other main ships in her fleet, The Blue Cannon and the Green Slicer. Both were pretty powerful Biotics that Narya still question why they never tried offing the previous captain. Though, after she broke The krogan's body by knocking him into a trash compactor, and nearly tearing the gizzard out of the turian, they gave up trying to over throw her. She still had half the Turian's gizzard kept in a jar on her ship, always breaking it out to prove to everyone she wasn't someone to trifle with.

They were off handling the Pirates home system in Odeste, over seeing the construction of the various infrastructure that she had wanted built. They had learned their lesson, so she doubted they would try to push he rout of her position as high captain, but it was a good idea to keep them in mind.

As she continued to wait for Illium's approval to approach, she looked at her mail, smiling at the response she had received from the Flotilla.

Re:From Narya
to Val

Thank you...It good to know someone keeps my memory going there. For all my bluster about wanting to help my people, I would never want to stay forgotten like Rannoch.

As for the meeting, that sounds alright. I'll likely arrive with one of my trusted Lieutenants, as He's gotta be reminded I'm captain and a quick road trip with me outta help with that.

And yeah, I remember the ship. I dream of getting my own dreadnaught some time in the future. Something to set me apart from the various pirate sin the terminous.
