If the Pirates sell the cargo they receive 100 credits and 1 frigate. If they free the cargo they receive 1 frigate. Choosing to release the slaver results in the crescent claws gaining nothing.

To Illium Trade Council
From the independent human colony of Saer Kalo
Hello,
The colony of Saer Kalo and it's current corporations have noticed growing profits in our colony and with this vast increase in products we would like to open up trade in your vast markets. What we wish to be selling is various types of drugs and entertainment products and a few of our corporations will bring indentured servants from time to time but our representative will explain more if you allow him to speak about a trading relationship.
Good Day

To: Asari Ambassador
From: Ambassador Zaltan of the Elcor Courts
Our most humbled greetings to the Asari Republics. I speak for all Elcors when I say, we have not forgot the Asari's part in helping us joining the Intergalatic community, which we are infinitely proud to be a part of. The Elcor has since played a small, but nonetheless, important part in contributing to the Council and to the world. Now once again the Asari Republics has a chance to help our people.
In light of the recent attack on the Citadel, the Elcor has come to believe that the passiveness in our past policies can no longer benefit the Elcor people. For the first time in history, we are ready to take preemptive action to expand Elcor's, and by extension the Council's influence in the galaxy. But to do this, our people require a place to take root and to grow. We need a new world to colonize. But as you may understand, for our people to thrive we require a planet with highly specific conditions, the type which the Council may not currently possess. In response, High Elder Makani- leader of the Elcor Courts, has recently put up a plan for an expedition to find new world for our people.
This colony is a chance for both the Elcor and the Council to grow into something more powerful. We are ready to arrange talks with your representatives at your convenience.
Our most gracious thanks
To: Ambassador Zaltan of the Elcor Courts
From: Office of Councilor Tevos
Councilor Tevos is currently busy attending meetings. However if you wish to discuss this rather radical shift in the Elcor you are free to do so. Attached to this file are the times she has available for meetings for the next week. We are certain the Republic will be more then happy to aid our long lasting friends.

Tevos frowned as she walked into the office. She had been a Councilor a decent time before Sparatus was one, so she knew the Turian well and thus was allowed to be rather blunt with him. She stood before him a few feet away, hand's clasped behind her back and standing tall with all the grace she could muster from her hundreds of years in the political elite, looking right into the Turian's eyes. "Why are the Turian's undertaking a massive military build up, Sparatus? Don't try to deny it either, Turian's aren't known for the subtlety. We should have been informed of this!" She said in a rather icy, but professional tone, more like a mother scolding a child.

Our most sincere gratitude to your speedy respond. We of course, understand that Councilor Tevos is a busy woman and would not wish to impose. We have booked a meeting with the Councilor on one of the available time slot next week. I am looking forward to discussing the matter further then.

The Elcor give our greetings and our thanks to the Salarian Union. I speak for both the people and High Elder Makani when I say we are very excited about the possibility of this collaboration. With Salarian help, we can only imagine what improvements Elcor's combat VIs will achieve and how much more our soldiers will be able to contribute to The Council.
Enclosed in this e-mail is the time and place for our next meeting on Dekuuna where High Elder Makani will personally discuss the terms of this project with your representatives. Please include the names of personnel you will be sending to our homeworld in your reply.
Our most sincere gratitude.

I can't believe it. I haven't seen you in ages! I was so worried, I.....never mind that. I can tell you everything I want to later. There isn't enough to fit into a simple message. I'm still on the same ship.
And I can't believe you still remember our code, Narya.

Many think the Rachni dead, extinct. But they are wrong. Beneath the sun scorched, yet freezing surface of the Singing Planet, the Rachni rebuild. Workers dig, chanting harmonies of work and industry. Elsewhere, the Warriors train, singing melodies of war and strength. The larvae, young and songless, sleep soundly to the melodies of the nursemaids. All of these Songs, intertwining into one great masterpiece, are directed by the Mother of them all. The Queen herself, the Mother of Colourful Song. She directs this chorus, watching it ebb and flow. Singing a quiet melody of her own, she happily directed her brood. Soon, the Rachni would rise again, and the Great Song would reach its crescendo.
Suddenly, she heard a note of curiosity and fear. Subconsciously turning her head towards the note, she soothed the warrior that made it, and saw what it saw. An outsider. Soothing the child with warm notes, she instructed it to follow this being, and take it home if it fell.
