The Thuraski Foreign Affairs Ministry has, after long debate, decided to open the country to accepting foreign embassies. The regulations are that weapons can only be small firearms or non-lethal weaponry, and vehicles cannot be armed. There are no set limits on personnel, but keep numbers within reason.
