During KAF's operations in the Herakuganian Highlands, Vissish forces conducted a missile strike in southern Kahkasshia. This, however, was only demonstrative, with only two smaller towns hit and severely damaged. Kahkassian government is demanded to decline their participation in the conflict.

As a Fascist armoured column makes its way eastward to government territories, they spot what appears to be a shooting star in the night sky.

A Tupolev Tu-199 orbital bomber is gliding through the stratosphere like a blazing amber arrow, ready to deploy its payload. Airstrikes on foreign enemies are rarely announced by the Mechanocratic High Command before they are actually carried out - the element of surprise is paramount. Such secretive strikes are carried out underneath the curtain of a civil war, to minimise, if not prevent, detection by their opponent.

The great flame around the supersonic aircraft dies down, yielding before a white cone. Soon the shuttle is slowed down to subsonic speed, allowing it to open its bomb bay. Inside are two cruise missiles, fitted specially with fuel air warheads for wreaking havoc amongst large clusters of hard targets. Almost invisible to the enemy on account of its dark-blue camouflage, the Tu-199 unleashes its payload upon its preselected targets. Like sky hounds, the missiles bear down on their mark and before the Fascist forces even know what hit them; they are consumed in two great fireballs, the grumble of tank engines interrupted, and finally silenced, by the roar of an explosion.

As the tanks' funeral pyres burn out with occasional pops being heard as ammunition explodes, a thunderclap is heard by the survivors as the shuttle returns to the safety of the stars before it is detected by enemy SAM systems.

Concerning the current situation in Herakugan,

We have decided to both support and supply the Fascists royally.

All fascist troops will receive 90% of the Herakugan's army budget and will gain all known technologies of the Herakugan troops we have in possession, as a copy.
They will gain 2,000 instructors training them on many different locations, learning how to conduct guerilla fights and wars.
This will come with 250 tanks, 3 destroyer jets and 8 small battleships.
Since this liberty struggle is also against the name of a false country, which is said to be nothing more than a Japanesian complot to overtake our name and beautiful world, the following will be enacted and revoked:

• All international aid, supply, goods and money that goes to Herakugan via our banks and our government will be blocked.

• Any attempt at getting around these rules will be punished with any Sciza (our version of the Gulag) deportation, death penalty or imprisonment for life.

• All people trying to travel to Herakugan via our country without being in our army will be executed.

• All economic buildings in Herakugan having our nationality and/or having our people will be confiscated and shipped back to our dear country, where they will be treated much more better and where they will get a chance to start a new company.

• All Herargonians in Herakugan will be sent back to our country.

• All Herakugans in our country - of which there are a few, of course, since they are communists - will be declared outlaws.

• This decrete is sealed by the Imperial Approval and shall be treated as official and unbreakable.

Our troops have arrived and are now standing by in Karachun. In 2 days, they will split up into 2 large groups; one will advance towards Herot and the other will advance to Jovanop. The Kenzinian Air Forces have sent 30 D-Hand Mk1 attack choppers to further aid the Fascist rebels in the revolution, which will land in Karachun in approximately 10 hours.
