Genevia RP group(ooc Genevia ONLY!)

The map is in progress. I'm off for the night, so I'll resume map-making tomorrow.

Basically, I'm redrawing some borders. I'm aiming to eliminate all NPCs and nations not taking part in Genevia, either by giving their land to other nations or marking them as Open, for new nations who want to join our glorious continent.

I've gotten Gil their island by the way. It's small, off the southwestern coast of Baughistan, originally labeled as Mountain Isle.

And for you, DS, we are splitting Helios between us, and I take New Genov and you get my Gilneas territory.

A&B retains their small stature as in this, and rest assured I am not replacing you with a liberal islamic NPC .

Anyone wants more information on their coming territory, I'm happy to provide .

Well given that your lowest stat is 84, you seem pretty powerful. Plus how are we supposed to know about what each stat means? If anything like this is to work, we'll need full explanations on what each stat actually does. Furthermore, like in real life, politics can be overrun and et cetera, so how can we negate certain stats.

What i'm saying is, we can't really pose such an absolute set on conflict - which is a relative thing. I propose that as long as all parties agree to a certain set of terms, people can RP freely. With a stat system I feel like stuff would be pre-determined and would hurt people's freedom when it comes to writing RPs.

Like seriously, can't we all agree to a set of rules pertaining to max troop count - no ICBMs, no godmodding et cetera?
If these rules are violated I propose that we enforce rules/punishments.

Yan is a "special" case.
You could always improve them by the wars.
Yan is overpowered due to Aravea.
You can only grow as good as he is by a "Major legacy event".

Again, you need to explain all this stuff concerning 'Major Legacy Events'.
Do you not see my point about stats pre-determining things? If it's set in stone that you can't beat someone, then why bother to RP? RPing is about having your own freedom and choices about what you do and not having it determined by something, no?
Also, you're sort of ignoring canon for all the other leaders

It is a good thought bubble at least. We ought to define statistics for various countries (i.e., battle armor, etc).

It is alright as a concept currently. However, it needs to be refined to focus more on national capabilities such as production capacity, population fit for military service, economy, etc.

After what happened at the last few peace balls the GDC has hosted? No thanks. If anyone is hosting it should be Dewhurst or Valarn, so that way we can avoid the outbreak of another war or suffer through another incident.

Why do we always say 'the GDC nations', 'the GDC peace ball', 'the GDC puppet states'? The GDC is inactive currently. The only people in the GDC in Genevievia is me, Gilneas, and Prussia. That's it.

I think you know my thoughts. I personally believe that the rest of NS has done fine without a system of that sort and I think it to be unnecessary and restricting to RP.
