The Bei-Lu Ministry of foreign affairs and diplomatic relations is opening Bei-Lu's borders to foreign embassies for diplomatic relations between Bei-Lu and the outside world. We are open to all countries regardless of government or ideology.
Depending on the seriousness of the crime committed, ambassadors may or may not be arrested by Bei-Lu police.
