Strange black lines at the top of posts

I've been getting some weird black lines at the tops of posts since I jioned the new forums during the Beat phase and I'm wondering what might be causing it as it tends to get a bit annoying to get rid of them. I do use Opera as my internet browser, and Vista as my OS, so I'm also wondering if either Opera or Vista may be an issue for these lines, or a combination of both of these programs.

I have tried it on Firefox 3.5, Chrome, Opera and Internet Explorer all of which render normal for me.

I don't see anything when I click on those images and I don't have any black lines...

That's because they're white and transparent. You should be able to see it in your tab, at least in firefox.

The Eye images in the tabs I see. For the image I had posted, I blacked out my tab and start bar lines as I don't want anyone to see what sites I'm viewing or what programs I'm running.

I have no idea what you just said, but it seems Opera doesn't support the rounded corners. No explanation for the black bar -- I don't see it in Opera. It's probably related, but there's little I can do about it if I can't reproduce it. Try updating Opera or using a different browser.

I edited it to be more understanding. And the post boxes for me are all rectangular.

The corners on the posts should be rounded, regardless of browser, because the roundness is accomplished via CSS and tiny images that are displayed to make the corners rounded. The example image you posted suggests to me that for some reason your browser is not loading the rounded corner images when you load a page. They might be blocked for some reason, like an ad blocking plugin, I don't know.
