You would post them here although to be honest it wouldn't appeas though there would be much to discuss in regards to the concept of using living creatures as an "airforce".
It might be workable in an universe/storyland/setting that doesn't have anything modern but its not soemthing that going to be remotely workable alongside others using modern aircraft.
