Once again the council of clerics came togher, in recent years, months and weeks the Islamic world had turned in to several conflictzones. Improtant decisisons had to be made on the concerning rise of the so called Islamic State. It was important to keep the involvement of Hezbollah modest duo to the threat of attackes in Lebanon itself. Other subjects that came to discussion where the recent and/or ongoing conflicts in Yemen, Palestine, Libya and Syria. Most clerics saw great oppertunities to boost the popularity of Hezbollah, but yet those oppertunities could backfire on a crushing matter.
After almost five hours the council came to a basic set of conclusions on the named matters.

In Yemen Hezbollah would increase the training and arming of the Houthis, making sure that the large Shia group could defend itself if the recent clashes would lead to another war.
On the Palestinian matter they concluded that there was no need for extra aid at the moment.
The council decided that Hezbollah would start to form a powerfull militia in Libya to put an end to the internal fighting. This militia would be created by combining other militias that where willing to accept the aid of Hezbollah.
The council also decided to send more men to Syria to confront IS and other terrorist organizations. They also decided to speed up the process of forming a Syrian military wing of Hezbollah.
On the most important issue, IS, the council decided to increase aid and training for those Shia militias that opposed IS, they also decided to start training Christian militias in both Syria as Iraq.

Syrian Arab Army 90th Brigade

Brigadier general Murhaz Hajjar had been assigned to lead the 90th Brigade and a few independent units attached to it only days ago, after the utter failure of the previous brigade commander to hold the al-Nusra Front offensive in Quneitra province. Hajjar, a Sunni from Hama, was previously colonel and headed the 58th Mechanized Brigade of the 1st Armoured Division, one of the units participating in the spectacular battle of al-Qusayr back in 2011. The high echelons were impressed with his efficient command and when all else failed, they decided to utilise his tactical talent here. He was simultaneously promoted to brigadier general not only because of military skill, but also because of political safety. Murhaz Hajjar was a typical Syrian – he held few strong political convictions and was an absolute realist. This made him much more efficient than many of the Baathist supporters secretly looking for a top seat, and all of the Baathist opponents secretly looking to defect in their delusional belief in some "revolution".

The moment he arrived, Hajjar began to organise and regroup the units under his command. He immediately requested all information on Nusra deployments from the Air Force Intelligence Directorate, who had extracted intel from both field agents and “activists” through enhanced interrogation techniques. Contacts were made with the Air Force Base in as-Sanamayn, which landed most of the airstrikes in the area, to better coordinate the counteroffensive that was to begin in a mere minutes. He had also requested advice from artillery commanders in the Aleppo area, which had learned to land painful salvos on the enemy with increasing precision. Their experience was described in detail and transferred to artillery units under Brigade 90 command, which had positioned themselves in the farms right a few kilometers northeast of Naba as-Saher. Troops had just been resupplied with ammunition and weaponry, including brand new Russian rifles, scopes and gear. Everything was ready for a counteroffensive that was to end in total defeat for the rebels in the Quneitra sector and, eventually, all of southern Syria.

The brigadier general, a few assistant officers and some troops were observing a Nusra convoy of technicals and armoured vehicles approaching on their monitors in a camouflaged tent 3 km north of the town. Heavy equipment like tanks and APCs was parked in shallow pits and covered with camo nets to conceal it, while troops were hiding in the thick orchards and a few abandoned farm buildings. The small Iranian-supplied drone was giving an infrared picture of the dozens of vehicles approaching the village from the south – there were some 180 Nusra fighters on open trucks, and probably 20 or 30 more in a handful of captured BTR-60 personnel carriers.

The brigadier general, tense, confident and steadfast all at the same time, uttered to the junior officer beside him only two words:

"Do it."

A second later the infrared monitor showed dozens of fireballs engulfing the convoy from both sides of the road, vehicles flying up in the air, going out of the road or simply evaporating. The perfect ambush, which happened earlier in Otaiba against another Nusra force, was now implemented here as well, to the same devastating result. A hundred Syrian troops came out of the orchards and showered the survivors with thousands of PK, RPK and AK rounds under the light of the fires before switching to their freshly-supplied night goggles from Russia. Four 120 mm mortar units located on top of a concrete farm building began a barrage against the site of the ambush; the rounds were falling close to their targets, sending burning vehicle carcass and parts of jihadists flying everywhere.

In only a few minutes, the ratcheting sound of automatic weapons had subsided, most screams of pain had died down along with their senders, and the few jihadists remaining alive were coming out of cover with their hands raised. A smashing beginning to the Syrian Arab Army counteroffensive in Quneitra province was laid with hundreds of Nusra Front corpses and a cold, yet optimistic grin on Brigadier general Murhaz Hajjar’s face.

By the end of the week - Quneitra. By the end of the month - all of southern Syria and Aleppo. By the end of the year - all of Syria.

We request a situation report on your forces to coordinate the assault with them. The Syrian Arab Army will employ the 7th Division and the 90th Brigade, total strength of 18,000, along with a 1,000-strong regiment from the 15th Brigade based in as-Sanamayn. Artillery batteries will provide support from the guidance HQ in Tal al-Bazzaq.

Expect pincer movement from the southeast and north against Al-Huriyah. Goal is to secure the villages of Al-Huriyah, Ufaniya and Al-Hamidiyah and open an offensive axis from Qalamoun directly to Quneitra city.

Expect heavy presence of airstrikes. Ballistic missile strikes cannot be ruled out. Proceed with extreme caution against Israeli forces.

"My Fellow Somali Citizen's. I am giving this speech for you by way of television and radio to announce that we are possibly coming to the end to the long reign of terror to which Al-Shabaab has brought on our land. Only about a week ago the Ledaer of Al-Shabaab was killed during a drone strike thanks to our allies in the nation of America. With this death we believe that Al-Shabaab has been severely weakened and that it might be on the verge of falling. Not only this instant but exactly a week ago AMISOM successfully carried out an in-depth operation on two Al-Shabaab camps in Lower Juba Region. During the raid, Al-Shabaab suffered heavy losses, including foreign fighters. Many Al-Shabaab militias were also wounded in the attack which completely destroyed the facility which was a hideout for the terrorists.

Thisoperation is a clear indication of the joint cooperation between various AMISOM sectors since the attack was carried out in sector 2 by the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) in support of Sector 1 manned by Ugandan People Defense Forces (UPDF) who are advancing towards the Al-Shabaab stronghold of Barawe. These events lead us to believe that our enemies of Al-shabaab with the help of the other African nations will soon be over. The Somali armed forces who have been trained by France and America will begin launching strikes on any supposed Al-shabaab owned province or region to ensure that we are able to finally end this war against them.

Random Al-Shabaab camp, Somalia
The 500 men stationed in the foot hills near the town of Jalalaqsi, birthplace of the current president of Somalia. Not that the symbolism was their goal. Just that they needed another town and more fighters in their ranks. The 11,800 people there were few enough that the 500 fighters, armed with surplus AK-74s and clothed with shawls covering their faces except for eyes, t-shirts and jeans, and some with camo fatigues. Slowly, they started in towards the unsuspecting town, planning to take it quickly and easily. Once they were within 10 yards of the town, they got up and sprinted towards it, yelling "Takbïr Takbïr!"

President Erdogan was in a suprisingly calm mood. And why wouldn't he be? There was no sign of trouble from the Kurds in Turkey. ISIS had been directing their efforts West, into Syria, rather than North. He had managed to debunk myths that his party were trying to make the country more fundamentally Islamist. And yet, as he reclined happily back in his seat, he remembered how he had dreamt last night, dreamt of a Middle East in turmoil. That dream had become reality.
The crisis in Gaza was still underway, with Israel pumping shells into Gazan territory. Erdogan knew that Turkey had to do something, but could not risk confronting America and the other Western powers. Yemeni and Somali rebels seemed to be gaining ground in the two countries, making them even poorer in their darkest hour. And Iran was still being sanctioned by the West, simply because of ideological differences. Something had to be done about all three problems. So he decided to kill three birds with one stone, and send some messages to the leaders of some countries, to discuss the crises:

Yes, they are creating a nuclear programme. But you have one, Britain has one, as do France, India, Pakistan, China, North Korea, and Russia. Why does Iran have less of a right to a nuclear programme than Pakistan, arguably a far more dangerous country to world security?
Anyway, these are my views, and I would love to discuss them with you next Thursday.

I have sent a message to the American President on this subject and am awaiting a reply. I think that a powerful Shi'ite Iran would be able to help counter the Sunni extremists in Iraq and Syria. I request that you stop all sanctions on Iran, for the sake of my region.
Finally, is Turkish membership of your organisation. We already hold observer status, and I would like an EU investigation into whether we meet the membership criteria yet.

Midday in the capital of America and tourists outside roaming the streets of Washington D.C were having the time of their lives as they viewed the various national landmarks such as the Washington Monument or the Lincoln Memorial, even the White House itself. Most were probably on a vacation of some sort or even on a field trip, surely they were enjoying the time here as many could only wish to visit. However, there wasn't much of anything inside the residence that hosted the leader of the free world to call enjoyable. President Barack Obama had been put in an especially tough position.

After the sheer embarrassment that President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation had gave him concerning the Crimea incident, President Obama has been struggling to improve and strengthen his foreign policy and now, with the developments in the middle east, he had the chance to do so. Talking with advisers, secretaries, so on and so forth, had really gotten to wear down the President. He growing more agitated by the second as he had been in the same meeting hearing the same proposal and ideas for now over three long hours, but to him it seemed like he'd been sitting there for an eternity.

Finally, he had enough of the constant bickering between his cabinet members and abruptly interrupted whomever was speaking so that he could call for the meeting to be adjourned. He notified them that he would make an address to the nation later that day regarding swift changes in his foreign policy regarding the Middle East and North Africa. Following the President's outburst towards them, the inhabitants of the room quickly vacated their presence and left the room.

Obama sighed, it was good being the President of the United States. Sometimes it was too good,though. Being the one who had to choose on how to react to every crisis that somehow either directly or inadvertently affected America was exasperating, but it had it's perks of course. For instance, Obama got to give the orders and whomever they were directed towards had to follow, and who doesn't love a power trip from time to time? It was a difficult life as President, but Obama loves to live in both the leisure and the hardships of the presidency.

Obama strolled towards a podium in front of a camera gifted with a teleprompter, it was indeed time he would be speaking to the entirety of not just the States, but to the entire world as well. He walked with such a swagger that just gave off an aura of his pride to be the President. He arrived at the podium, stared into the camera lens as if to give the watchers the sensation that he was actually looking at them and began.

"My fellow Americans. Today, I would like to notify you of my realization that my foreign policy has failed. It was far too inefficient and I lacked the competency to act as I should have, I'll admit that. Today, I would like to address to you all of my foreign policy change, especially of that regarding the Middle East and North African regions." Obama took a pause. " The ongoing conflicts across the region have for the most part been ignored by most Americans and our European counterparts, that they can not deny. With that said, I will stand before you today and gladly announce that those in the conflict-plagued regions will no longer have to worry about such injustices taking place on my watch." Obama proclaimed with a sincere tone.

"I will be announcing my changes to my foreign policy right here before you, especially regarding Syria, Egypt, and most importantly, the radical group of terrorists who are known as ISIS, ISIL, or simply IS. But first, I will be addressing secondary levels of concern regarding my foreign policy in the regions." Obama declared, taking a moment to regather himself. "In Iran, the leaders there show no intent to decommission their nuclear program. This is a direct violation of the Non-Proliferation Treaty to which Iran became a signatory to in 1968. The United States and it's allies will not stand for such broad insurrections against international law. To combat Iranian aggression, I will sign an executive order that will implement a ban on all dealings between Iranian and American companies, the freezing of all Iranian assets in the United States, the banning of American goods being shipped to Iran and vice versa, and the overall cut in all trade to the Iranian state until they agree to end the Nuclear program they have in place." Obama announced.

"Moving on to another concern, the nation of Libya. Since the disposition of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, the nation of Libya, located in North Africa has been thrust into an absolute state of anarchy. Any government trying to set up it's authority has ultimately failed to do so and now there is just a state of total chaos in the nation. I, along with members of my cabinet, are in fear of the turbulence crossing over into outlying states such as Tunisia, Algeria, Chad, Niger, and Sudan. If such events took place we could look at the establishment of another Gaddafi-esque regime in Africa and that is nothing in the interests of the United States nor the world. I will begin working heavily with America's allies in Europe and NATO to discuss a way to help institute a formal government and rid Libya of the insurgency taking place there." Obama finished, taking a pause before moving on.

"In Yemen and Oman, the dangerous branch of Al-Qaeda who go by Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, or simply AQAP, have plagued the two nations with ruthless aggression using means of terrorism to inspire fear among the people there. The United States has been providing military aid to both nations while also conducting drone strikes as well. Though they remain hot beds for terrorism. To combat AQAP, the United States will be increasing the military aid provided from $140 million to nearly $450 million while also increasing our persistence with drone strikes in the region. Not only this, but we will be working with the Saudi government and Saudi military to assist in the extermination of AQAP from the region."

"Now to the primary points of concern. Egypt, Syria, and the Islamic State. First, I would like to begin with Egypt. President Sisi in Egypt has enacted a swift but subtle change into a militarily authoritative state. Even going as far as assuring the Egyptian people that democracy will not come to them for another 25 years at the least, I fully condemn the rule of Sisi in Egypt and will be taking action against it immediately. Signing another executive order, I will cut all trade between the American and Egyptian states, ban all dealings between American and Egyptian trade, cut all military assistance to Egypt in full, freeze all Egyptian assets and work with my American allies to help implement an embargo on Egyptian goods." Obama said before moving on.

"Next, I will tend to the ongoing conflict in Syria that so many of us here in the United States have forgotten about. I assure you, I haven't forgotten about the chemical attacks that President Assad used against his own people. I will in no way support an Assad regime that has lost every shred of dignity and legitimacy it had at one point. It's just not possible for me to do so, not after the horrendous acts he committed. Now, with that said Syria is in a truly great state of crisis. In a civil war that has seen Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State take arms which has made it difficult to distinguish between the radical and the moderate rebels in Syria. There is no easy way around this in Syria but action must be taken. That is why I will be working alongside American allies in NATO to help finally come to a resolution, and if NATO fails to institute the measures needed then the United States will take measure into it's own hands and resolve the situation once and for all." Obama proclaimed to the country.

"Lastly, and most importantly, is the impending threat that is provided by the Islamic State. First off, let me assure you that ISIL is not Islamic in any way. No such religion would condone the massacring of innocent civilians or the beheading of two innocent journalists. No, ISIL is a radical extremist group whose soul reason for being is to destroy the fundamentals of the Human way of life. To assess the crisis created by the Islamic State, the United States will be working with the Iraqi government to determine in what ways would be best to assist the Iraqi Defense Forces who have been weakened and displaced by ISIL. The U.S will also be sending in even more military advisers to help reorganize the Iraqi Defense Forces and help form strategic response to strike back at ISIL with not just power, but efficiency as well. The United States will be continuing the use of drone strikes on key ISIL holding in Iraq, while performing just as strategic air raids as well. And if needed, America WILL deploy combat soldiers into Iraq to help defend the principles of Iraqi freedom that we fought so long for in 2003 through 2011." Obama stated. "That's my new foreign policy, America. I intend to prove to the world that the United States will no longer be 'leading from behind' as many have said, rather we will be leading from the far and above any other nation. Thank you, and God bless."

KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

After a general meeting of the King, the Crown Prince, the high ministers of state, and other important members of the royal family, the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia settled on a generalized foreign policy and agreed to put it into action immediately.

For one thing, they were unanimous about their need to weaken Iran wherever possible, and to eradicate their influence in the region. To the Saudis, it only took one look at Hezbollah to see the Iranian influence behind the scenes, and as such they were dedicated to fighting them whenever possible. Hezbollah would have to go; anyone fighting them would get their assistance.

But one force, at least, was willing to fight the Iranian menace wherever it could be found - the Kurds. The primordial race-hate between Kurd and Parsi was the stuff of legends; the Saudis knew that they could count on the Kurdish authorities to carry on the struggle against the hated Persians.

They were rather more undecided about Syria. Assad had to go; that much was obvious. The Saudis could draw a direct ideological line between modern-day Assad and the satanic mischief of old man Nasser, who had caused the Saudis so much trouble back in the 50s. Truly, his ghost haunted them still. But who to replace him? ISIS was theologically sound, but they were also dangerous. The last thing the Kingdom needed was more international scrutiny, and the wagging fingers of West floated around ISIS like flies around shit. As for the Free Syrians, they were - at least for the moment - the darling of the West. It also looked like they could win. But they were secularists; they were trying to build a Western democracy in Syria. Such a movement would embolden anti-monarchist elements in Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf States.

"Fund them both," suggested the Crown Prince. "Once the Free Syrians defeat Assad, they'll have to turn around and fight ISIS. The more fighting they do, the more mistakes they make, and their star will fall. Besides, the more resistance ISIS faces, the more money they'll need, and the more compliant they'll become to our needs."

They settled on the plan, and away they went.

His Majesty is aware of your struggles against the Hezbollah-supported Shi'a militias in your country. We are prepared to offer you USD 25 million in preliminary military support, as well as purchasing assistance for modern military equipment. As your cause is just and noble, those who love justice and nobility will come to your side. We are prepared to offer USD 150 million to support your national ambitions, with further support later on as it becomes necessary.

To the Free Syrian Army,
His Majesty is aware of your battles against the satanic forces of the Assad regime. Though we cannot announce such in public for fear of appearing over-partial, be ye aware that the King stands with you in your righteous struggle. We are prepared to offer your forces USD 150 million at this time, in addition to purchasing assistance for military equipment. Should it become necessary, we can provide more money in the future.

To the President of the Republic of Turkey,
Through various sources, we have come to know that your government is attempting rapprochment with the "Islamic Republic of Iran" and encouraging others to do the same. We consider this a dire mistake. The Iranians are dangerous, and closer relations with them will only deepen the sting of their inevitable betrayal. They are the principle force for regional destabilization, and it falls to us - The Republic of Turkey, as the strongest power in the Middle East, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as the acknowledged head of the international Arab community - to stand united in resistance to their influence.

President Sisi of Egypt today made a speech on state TV to the people of the world concerning the crisis unfolding around Egypt.

"Salamu alaykum,People of Egypt, people if the Middle East, people of the world. Since the overthrow of Saddam Hussein in Iraq, the Middle East has been a hot bed for radical terrorism. IS in Syria and Iraq, Al-Shabaab in Somalia, Al-Qaeda in Yemen, Revolutionaries Operations Room (LROR) in Libya. Many of the people of Egypt are Muslim but these people are not. As President Obama rightly said, these people just want power. They do not care of the Qaran or even human life. That is why, from the moment Egypt will not tolerate, ANY radical terrorist group in this region. The Middle East was the cradle of civilization, we must make it so again.

From this moment Egypt is willing and able to give arms to the government of Somalia, the government of Yemen, the government of Iraq and the Kurds of Syria and Iraq. In Libya however we will take a more hands on approach, if I deem in needed, Egypt's air force, the largest in Africa and the Middle East will launch air strikes on LROR positions in Libya. The Free Syrian Army won't be standing and looking its allies being attacked, that's why the Brigadier General ordered an attack on a Syrian Military checkpoint, to take it over and kill any enemy who stands in front of the FSA. Also, the FSA men made a small camp where they will rest for the night, a few are on guard shift, but most of them are currently sitting around the campfire, also having a medium food effort. Anyway, the Free Syrian Army will try to take over another Syrian Military checkpoint, after this one is complete.

BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping denounced the recent foreign policy announcement by United States President Barack Obama as being "extremely short-sighted" and "inherently flawed" in it's stated goal of combating the onset of rising tensions and insecurity within the Middle-East.

Speaking to reporters ahead of his state visit to the Republic of Singapore, Xi was quick to lay out the official Chinese position concerning Obama's new foreign policy concerning Iranian sanctions and dealings with the Egyptian and Syrian governments.

"Obviously, this so-called 'New Course' in American diplomacy is nothing more than a repetition of America's myopic refusal to accept that the principle of national sovereignty applies to all nations across the world and is not the exclusive right of the United States. America should recognise this and accept the right of the Iranian government and it's people to choose for themselves whatever path they so desire towards national development and technological betterment, even if through nuclear means. Sanctions and other such unilateral measures do nothing more than adversely affect opportunities for peaceful coexistence and diplomatic dialogue.

We have also noted with grave concern that the US appears intent on influencing the political scene within several Middle-Eastern nations such as Syria and Egypt. Now if America is really so serious about combating the threat of Islamic terrorism, then it certainly would not make sense for them to alienate their fellow nations who are united in combating the threat of radical Islamism.

The al-Assad regime in Syria has long been a beacon of moderate governance in the Middle-East and an active partner in the war against global terrorism. I would certainly think that the United States should've possessed the necessary foresight to recognise this rather than simply pushing for the illegal and unlawful removal of the al-Assad government. We sincerely advise the United States to strongly reconsider her foreign policy and accept the political realities of the Middle-East rather than push for unrealistic and fantastical outcomes."

President Xi also pledged to announce a foreign policy initiative by his own government concerning the spate of tensions within the Middle-East. No doubt such a policy would be a continuation of the oft-stated position of China, that countries such as Syria, Egypt and Iran should be actively supported and aided in their struggle against Islamic terrorists and that peaceful dialogue should be encouraged instead of measures such as sanctions.

The recent upsurge of radical jihadists movements in the Middle-East, most notably the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) which has made lighting gains in the northern areas of Iraq and Syria as part of it's goal of establishing an "Islamic Caliphate", has been of great concern to China, especially so since such movements could attract Uigher Muslims in Xinjiang to join ISIS before returning to carry out possible terrorist acts in Xinjiang. Currently, China claims the majority of security issues within the region stem from extremists elements from the East Turkestan Islamic Movement, an organisation which is alleged to be campaigning for the creation of a similar Islamic state in the Central Asian region, a charge that is heavily disputed by many international groups such as Amnesty International and the World Uigher Congress.

He had thought that the Gaza crisis was over but then that idiot Benjamin decided to call all Islamic culture "Barbarian" this coming from the mouth of the child murders had been ample ammunition for Egyptian satirical magazine, there were many pictures of Benjamin in an F-16 blowing up Gaza while shouting "Barbarians!"

Sisi had had enough of the endless war and decided to act. He decided to order a conference of the Arab league in Cairo in which ambassadors of all the countries of the league as well as ambassadors from Israel, Turkey, Palestine, the Syrian government and FSA as well as Kurdistan would be present to try and end the wars before they engulfed everyone.

Syria to mount final offensive to end crisis: President Bashar al-Assad

DAMASCUS. President Bashar al-Assad announced a final offensive of the Army to end the 4-year old crisis in a speech earlier this evening. The President outlined a comprehensive plan consisting of military, political, economic and diplomatic measures to to restore security and stability to the entire country by the end of 2014 in a speech delivered to political figures and foreign representatives.

"For the past four years, our country and people have suffered immense violence at the hands of aggressors presenting themselves as Syrians. It is time for this suffering to come to an end, so it can make way for the restoration and future prosperity of our country. But before we embark on this path of peace and stability, we must make the final push against the forces of evil that have ravaged our homeland with foreign help. The General Staff of the Syrian Arab Army has informed me that an all-out final offensive against the insurgency has begun in all governorates and provinces of the country. Our valiant troops inflicted hundreds of casualties on a terrorist convoy outside Quneitra, a demonstration of what awaits those who conspired against our people", the President said with regards to the situation in the southwest.

The President also outlined a long-term strategy for political stabilisation, involving broader representation of opposition groups in the People's Council. According to the plan, snap parliamentary elections should occur after stability is restored to all of the country. He criticised a speech delivered by American president Barack Obama earlier today as "inadequate":

"President Obama claims our government has lost legitimacy, but it is the only Syrian representation holding elections. This is why the Syrian people trust us, and not other self-proclaimed governments elected by Qatar and France."

The strategy involves normalisation of international relations and economic redevelopment programmes. According to dr. Assad, "the world needs to recognise that we have been fighting 100,000 terrorists, including from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, with all our resources. We have probably written off half of the official terror suspect lists that exist, yet we continue to be sanctioned and vilified." He urged some Western members of the international community to "reassess their relations" with certain Gulf countries, which were openly supporting terrorism and crimes against humanity. The President thanked Russia, China, Iraq and Iran for their assistance in the crisis, and warned some Arab League members against supporting terrorism.

In the past 5 days alone, the Peshmerga had received nearly 1000 fresh recruits, many full of vigour after the liberation of Kirkuk. The Peshmerga was by far the most powerful Kurdish military, and it held the respect of over 250,000 men in uniform, along with their families and the nations of the world, the Kurds were an oppressed people, Gassed under Saddam, beaten under the Ottomans, marginalized under the Persians, oppressed by nearly all whether Turk, Persian or Arab, yet still they prospered. The British and French had slit their nation into four and yet they still remained united, and today would be another day with a step closer to salvation. With the Iraqi flags removed from Southern Kurdistan, and the Peshmerga now in control of the Mosul dam, the last major battle in the south was just around the corner, Mosul.

France, Germany, Israel, Russia, Iran, Turkey all provided arms and funding to the Kurds for the past few weeks, and soon the Kurds would have more guns than trained soldiers, although that wasn't the worst problem to have. President Barzani had just got out of closed-door meetings with important leaders from North, East and West Kurdistan. The most important families, including the Talabanis of Iraq and the Barzani's as well all had representatives, these Kurdish summits needed to be kept secret lest they draw international attention, but a great deal of progress would be made. In the coming weeks thousands of PKK and KSC soldiers would find themselves integrated into the Peshmerga under new names and identities, with Kurdish as the national language it would be difficult to identify who was from which nation, but the dialects were fairly obvious to a real Kurd.

In Syria, advances against the ISIS were being made quickly by the Syrian Kurds, yet the YPG was struggling to keep supply lines open during the crisis, thus Barzani was quick to put Sipan Hemo (General Commander; People's Protection Units) and Mustafa Qadir Mustafa Aziz (Minister of Peshmerga Affairs) in a room together. Within hours a comprehensive plan to integrate the YPG into the Peshmerga was agreed upon, the Kurds would stand united in Iraq and Syria, this was no longer two civil wars, but one strife for Kurdish sovereignty.

Various letters from factions around the world found themselves in Barzani's meeting room, himself along with several trusted advisors combed through them.

The first, was a letter from Syria.

"Assad must be desperate. He's never reached out to us like this before, the ISIS is kicking his ass in the East, FSA has all but breached Damascus, the Russians have stopped sheltering him and by the looks of it the Americans are going to be conducting drone strikes by weeks end," an advisor stated.

"But this is all he offers? Autonomy? We've had that in Iraq, it's simply not enough! Assad is at his weakest and he's offering us a crumb. this is an insult to Kurdistan and I will not stand for it!" The Syrian-Kurdish general yelled, getting up from his seat. A nearby Peshmerga moved to gesture him to sit, the general begrudgingly complied.

"I agree General, yet we are not Arabs not Persians. We wont throw insults at him, rather we'll make clear our position. If he complies, we can agree to stop fighting pro-government forces, if he declines we'll focus on them."

The other advisors in the room nodded in agreement, a missive was sent out.

Thus, we have complied a series of counter-offers for your consideration, it would be best for the security of your forces within Kurdish territory for you to accept.

We offer the following:
-YPG and other Kurdish Forces within the de jure borders of the Syrian Arab Republic will not actively engage or combat Syrian governmental forces, nor will they assist the Free Syrian Army or their allies in attacks against Syrian Arab Republic Forces
-All citizens of West Kurdistan, regardless of ethnicity, will be offered protection by the YPG and other Kurdish forces, and will be allowed to retain their citizenships, regardless of political affiliation.

We have the following demands:
- The region of Western Kurdistan will be allowed to hold a referendum, with international observers, as to the future governance of the region, Kurdish and Syrian representation will all be offered
- Syrian Government forces will immediately cease all attacks on Kurdish forces both within and outside of Syria and Western Kurdistan
- The Syrian Government will recognize the claimed region of Western Kurdistan as an ethnically Kurdish region, regardless of governance, for diplomatic purposes

We thank you for offering this olive branch of cooperation and hope we can remedy the rift created by this conflict.

However, it was the Kurdish liaison to Eastern Kurdistan that spoke hesitantly, "The said 'Iranian Shia terrorism', they want us to fight Hezbollah and Iran? That complicated things."

Massoud Barzani spoke next, 'Yes, it does. Accept the money, God knows we could use it. But don't engage Hezbollah yet, scattered reports suggest they are cooperating with Assad, if Assad truly does spit in our face and get his dogs to attack us, then we will be ready, until then we wont risk the potential sovereignty of Eastern Kurdistan for a check. And so the money was accepted, warily.

The last order of business was the letter from the Arab League through Egypt, attending the summit was one step from gaining recognition, they had to attend, that was blatantly obvious. Barzani had an undersecretary RSVP the Kurdish delegation.

From there, the Kurds would continue to mobilize and prepare, they currently controlled nearly as much land as the Iraqi government did, they needed to wipe out the ISIS as soon as possible. Until then, the referendum would need to wait.

It has a population of around 11,800 inhabitants while the broader Jalalaqsi District has a total population of 46,724 residents. It was the birthplace of the current president of Somalia. Yesterday it was attacked by Al-Shabaab as it was completely undefended position. Al-Shabaab wiped out many of the Populace of the city and it wasn't for a while after before anyone outside the area knew. The first man to know was General Randam who immediately had gone to the President.

Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud was seated in his chair when he heard the news from the General. He was in disbelief. He had thought Al-Shabaab was almost defeated and then they pulled a stunt like that. They needed to end Al-Shabaab as soon as possible. Hassan decided that America and The African Union weren't enough. The Israeli Government was laughed at and youtube parodies of Netanyahu's speech went viral. Riots happened on the night of the 21st in East Jerusalem among Palestinian youths. Haaretz reported that there was 4 dead, 26 injured and 27 were arrested after the worst riots in East Jerusalem in nearly 24 years. IDF Tanks were brought in to the area to patrol much of Jerusalem in case of more riots. Benyamin Nethanyahu decided it was time for another speech. "Hamas are starting riots in Jerusalem by scaremongering" he said opening his speech. "They are trying to recruit members. They want Israel to be at risk from these barbarians. Western civilisation will fall. The world will be ruled by barbarians if we don't stand up now. They must stop these actions or there will be an all out invasion of both the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The Promised Land includes most of Lebanon and all of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. We are not afraid to take these lands if their terrorist rulers continue their evils. They are brainwashing their populations. They want the World to be there's. I, as leader of a strong country will not let them. Long live Israel!"

I mean by his logic if I wrote the promised land of the Egyptians is New York I'd get New York." he paused and took on a darker tone I hope he does come to the summit, if not, well... who knows what will happen." Still no reply from Somalia, Israel and some others." The cabinet continued talking about domestic affairs such as a new railway between Aswan and Alexandria.

Meanwhile on the streets of Cairo the satirists had a filed day with Netanyahu's new speech, likening him to Hitler. Especially the warning of Muslims out to destroy the world. The government had condemned the magazines making false connections but had admitted he was worried about Israel's threats.

President Serzh Sargsyan and Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan announced that the region of Nagorno-Karabakh is to be annexed by Armenia. President Serzh Sargsyan said "Armenians must stand united at all times." Experts speculate that the Armenian leadership took this path as a way of attempting to make them selves look stronger. After the announcement Armenian nationalist groups took to the streets singing the Armenian national anthem. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan asks the Azerbaijani government to not take up arms to, as he put it "save the lives of our children."

On Twitter we've seen Armenian Tweeting about large columns of camouflaged vehicles moving towards Nagorno-Karabakh. One man allegedly asked one of the drivers ,who's truck had broke down, where they were going he replied with "we are on patrol". A YouTube video that had recently been uploaded contained footage of tanks bearing the Armenian flag approaching the border town of Goris. Armenian and Azerbaijani's alike are exchanging views on these recent developments over twitter, we can see that tensions are high.

Turkish President Abdullah Gül mad a press statement condemning the actions of Armenia and criticizing their intentions. Abdullah Gül said this was a violation of several international laws.

Militias in Nagorno-Karabakh have began entrenching their positions and civilians have been warned of a possible conflict. Though many of the Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh want to be united with Armenia, they are worried a conflict may breakout. President Bako Sahakyan was confidant that his forces could defend against the Azerbaijani army. Experts say the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army may have been preparing for this, months ago the militia was accused of smuggling in weapons from conflict zones in Iraq and Syria.

On the matter of arming the Kurds, in my opinion, IS, FSA, Anasr Al-Islam etc are to powerful to be beaten by the Syrian government alone and do believe you need Kurdish help. I would be willing to send small amounts of weapons covertly, but arming you with large amounts of weapons would be most tricky. Hassan Nasrallah and some military commanders had discussed the details of their plans that where discussed by the council three days ago.
Trainers where send to Yemen in order to prepare the Houthis in case another civil war would break out, some 110 men where picked out for the job and would set up three different trainingcamps in Yemen.
Libya was a matter in which the commanders failed to find a possible way in to form a militia and so they, together with Hassan Nasrallah, decided that they would send 40 men to Libya to train several militias that had the money to afford it. While the council of Hezbollah wanted a militia loyal to Hezbollah, it wasn't possible at this point, therefor they decided to turn it into a profit raiser for now.
260 men where send to Syria and Iraq to train a number of militias that where loyal to the Syrian government, this came as a result of the increasing danger of IS in the two countries.
The last matter that came to the table was the involvement of Hezbollah itself in Iraq and Syria. The commanders had suggested to keep the men in Iraq on a halt, this duo to the heavy battles they already fought and duo to the fact that Iraqi forces seemed to be making advances of their own.
On Syria they had decided that it was important to secure the borders with Lebanon, it became a top priority of the commanders. Besides that they planned on a number of operations against the terrorists in the south and west of the country.
A letter from the Syrian government had also arrived and Nasrallah wrote a reply, informing the Syrian government about the new operations that where planned by Hezbollah.

In the Rif Dimashq Governorate we have planned a fresh assault against the terrorists in Ain Hawr. For this operation the following unit has been deployed:

We also continue our efforts in Damascus itself with the remaining units that are still deployed in the city.

At last we announce a series of assaults in the Homs Governorate against terrorists in Al-Dar Al-Kabirah, Teir Maalah, Ghantu and Talbiseh.
All of our current forces in Homs will participate in this operation.

Hassan Nasrallah also met with the council, discussing political, economical and social matters.
For long Hezbollah as been seeking a way to become more independent, for decades this was not possible duo to the amount of money Hezbollah needed from Iran. The council discussed this matter, depending on Iran was not something they wanted in all situations. For now they could not seperate themselves from Iran but they had established a base to work on a more independent future.
For this the economics where the main discussion, the annual $150 million a year from Iran wasn't something that could be filled quickly, but the council had to start somewhere if they wanted to fill the gap. Decisions where made to expand Hezbollah operations in South America aswell as Lebanon itself. Besides the illigal buisness, the council also decided to increase their income through legal means.
At last, to gain more support for Hezbollah the council made it clear that the social services had to be expanded aswell. The council decided to start the construction of a new hospital, two new schools and a new agricultural centre.

King Abdullah II met with the parliament of Jordan to discuss the foreign policy of the Kingdom. The ministers agreed that the main focus of Jordan's Foreign policy should be the Syrian civil war and the Syrian refugee crisis.

There was no obvious choice on which side to support in the Syrian Civil War. The Islamist side was a no, it would be suicidal for Jordan to support the creation of an expansionist fanatical state on it's northern border. Assad's regime wasn't any better, relations between his government and Jordan have always been rather tense. Especially after the various border incidents in 2012 and the expulsion of that barbarian ambassador, Bahjat Suleiman, they sent over in May. No, Assad can't win the war either. The only side that was left was the Free Syrians, you could call them the lesser of three evils, a Western democracy on Jordan's northern border wasn't ideal and definitely was not healthy for the monarchy but when compared to the other options it was the best option.

To deal with the refugee crisis, it was agreed that Jordan need to put in more resources in build more permanent dwellings and distribute basic supplies to the refugees. Thousands of refugees were streaming across the border, however, what worried many in the government were the beliefs of the refugees. Many of the refugees were supported free Syria and they were spreading anti-monarchical beliefs through the populace there had already been a few leftist protest in cities in Northern Jordan. Soon we would probably have to move more troops into the region to control the refugees and the leftists. We wouldn't want to have a repeat of Black September in Jordan.

The high-ranking multinational generals, all holding prestigious commissions and commanding sizeable formations, sat at the large refined oak wood table in the middle of the room as they stared at a large map of the Middle East and Southern Europe projected on the wall. While waiting for the American and other NATO commanders to arrive, they began discussing as a small group. Pointing at a small icon depicting an aircraft carrier on France's southern coast, the French general stood up.

"As you all can see, this is currently the only NATO aircraft carrier in the Med," he said to his German and British counterparts as his adjutant left the room to preserve the secrecy of the talks. "I've spoken to my command, and Paris is willing to let other NATO air forces use it in case the crisis in Syria and Iraq takes a turn to the worse."

He paused, drank a sip of water and continued.

"It will depart Toulon later today with its carrier battle group and we expect it to stay in Cyprus on standby," he then announced before turning towards the British officer. "If that's all right with your government, of course."

"I'm sure Downing Street will have no objections," replied the British officer.

After an entire hour of discussion about a joint European Commission statement on the failure of the Scottish independence plebiscite, leading to the consensus that there would be none due to vocal objections from the Spanish and Belgian commissioners, they were prepared to adjourn for the day when suddenly, a clerk ran into the room and gave José a letter originating from Istanbul. He read it out loud, to the annoyed reaction of the commissioners who had hoped to end the meeting early and go home.

While the Cypriot commissioner stayed emotionless and mute, the rest of the twenty-eight statesmen and women discussed the matter and soon came to a rare consensus on the subject. Turkey was insane and there would be no liberalisation of Iranian sanctions until its nuclear programme was terminated in its entirety. However, after another hour, in which the Cypriot continued to stay silent, they agreed to receive a Turkish delegation to Europarl to discuss membership.

Besides the vast straddling complex of the Forbidden City lies a relatively secluded and heavily-guarded imperial garden often known simply as Zhongnanhai. It is here that the history of the People's Republic of China is continuously charted and plotted in the vast labyrinthine halls and corridors of this Red Palace. It is Zhongnanhai that is the headquarters of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council. Here the top echelon of the PRC meets, under the innocuous bureaucratic title of the "Politburo Standing Committee". Ever since the 18th Party Congress, it has comprised of seven men, men who now helm the world's second largest economy and superpower-in-the-waiting.

And so it was that the Politburo Standing Committee began it's weekly meeting to discuss the various issues that they, and China, faced. The discussion was long and covered contentious topics such as cross-straits relations with Taiwan, the ongoing issue of political tensions in Hong Kong and Macau, fraying ties with the USA, the issue of economic reforms, the continued purge of former security czar Zhou Yongkang and his close associates, amongst other things. Finally, when everything else had been settled or tentatively shelved for further consultations and discussion, the Standing Committee finally moved onto the prickly issue of the Middle-Eastern powder keg.

It was a few days ago that the Foreign Ministry had received the top-secret communique from the al-Assad regime in Syria requesting considerable levels of military and financial aid from Beijing in order to allow al-Assad to continue his efforts at crushing all opposition to his rule, whether it was the Free Syrian Army or the ISIS cabal that was running amok. And the cosseted old men of Zhongnanhai had every reason to fear and abhor ISIS, for there was always the danger that radicals in Xinjiang could take heart from ISIS and wage war against the State. That would not do, especially after the numerous terrorist attacks carried out by the Uighers.

Yet it was not so easy to just consent to al-Assad's request. There were some in the Standing Committee who argued that military aid was bound to incur the ire of the United States and the European Union, powerful entities that Beijing had no desire to antagonize just yet. Better for China to limit itself to expressions of diplomatic solidarity and financial support. Others insisted that al-Assad, being a prominent friend of Beijing, should be supported in every possible way, even if it meant exporting vast quantities of missiles and rockets for his government to use against civilians and rebels. Even then, other members baulked at the demand for $10-$12 billion in credit by al-Assad, money which could not be easily distributed just like that. The Politburo was bound to raise a huge commotion when it was due to meet soon.

The issue was itself complicated by a few things: The use of chemical weapons by Damascus, which Beijing arduously desired not to be seen as condoning, and reports from the Chinese embassy in Syria that Damascus was leaning towards offering political concessions to the Kurds in order to use them as a bulwark against the Free Syrian Army. Beijing had no intention, despite the lip-service it paid to the revolutionary struggle of free peoples against their oppressors (relics from a Communist past), to see an autonomous Kurdish state. Again, the eyes of the men in the Standing Committee were cast towards Xinjiang.

What then was to be done? In the typical atmosphere of discussions and debates, of compromises and concessions wrestled from reluctant Standing Committee members, the PSC finally agreed to a preliminary response to Damascus. It was left to Premier Li Keqiang and the Foreign Ministry to flesh out the details.

It was a shiny day,an apartment building between a few other buildings that was damaged due to Israeli Airstrikes.Good thing the conflict ended at the end of last month,26th of August.Inside the apartment,the few of Hamas' high ranking who stayed at Gaza,as well as representatives from the Izz ad Din Al Qassam Brigades,Mohammed Deif and Marwan Issa.Moussa Abu Marzouq was also there,participating via an online video call.Only one man was not there,Hamas' leader Khalid Meshaal.He is in Doha,Qatar with all his luxuries.The meeting started once all the representatives were there.The goal and the main topic of the meeting was one,a plan to depose Khalid Meshal.By Hamas,it has become clear that while its men dies in Gaza,he enjoys his life at Doha under the protection of the Gulf States,who are obviously working with the Zionist and the Western entity.
