the Triglav Declaration

Issued here today, near the mountain of Triglav, part of the Alps mountain range, is a declaration on the eternal revolution.

Always, there has been a High and a Low. It is the goal of the High to suppress the Low, and the goal of the Low to replace the high. One day, the Low will rise up, depose the High, and institute complete equality.

This is the eternal revolution. Monarchism, imperialism, and colonialism are all the attempts of the High to oppress the Low. The High create oligarchic societies in order to maintain their position.

This relationship also exists with nations. You will find that about large, powerful nations suppress small ones through the creation of large, imperialistic, colonialist, and monarchistic alliances and trade pacts.

Today is the first day of the eternal revolution. Today is the beginning of the end of internationalism, of colonialism, of imperialism, of monarchism, and of the High.
